Abstract
本发明涉及一种船用紧凑型滤器,具有至少两个装有滤芯的过滤筒,所述装有滤芯的过滤筒之间上下串联布置,其中,顶部的过滤筒上部设有水进品,底部的过滤筒下部设有水出品,形成紧凑型过滤器;水从水进口依次通过多级装有滤芯的滤筒后从水出口流出,达到净化过滤的效果。本发明将两级滤器集成在一个滤筒内,上下串联布置。第一级滤器的出口可作为第二级滤器的进口,省去管路连接。既减小了外形尺寸,节约了空间。同时由于第一级滤器出口就是第二级滤器的进口,中间节省了管路,降低了的阻力,因此装置总体初始阻力下降,延长了滤器寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用饮用水终端处理装置,尤其是一种船用紧凑型滤器。
背景技术
现有的船用饮用水终端处理装置均采用一只滤器安装一只滤芯的方式,按处理要求配置两只或三只滤器,滤器之间采用管路进行连接。该处理装置存在如下缺陷:一个滤芯需要配一只滤筒,导致占用空间较大,由于船上尺寸紧张,较大尺寸的饮用水终端处理装置在某些空间难以放置;并且前一级滤器和后一级滤器之间采用管路连接,为节约体积,连接管路一般管路较细并且弯头较多,因此阻力较大,导致滤芯更换频繁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了减小饮用水终端处理装置的外形尺寸,同时降低装置的总阻力,延长滤芯使用时间,而提供一种船用紧凑型滤器。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种船用紧凑型滤器,具有至少两个装有滤芯的过滤筒,所述装有滤芯的过滤筒之间上下串联布置,其中,顶部的过滤筒上部设有水进品,底部的过滤筒下部设有水出品,形成紧凑型过滤器;水从水进口依次通过多级装有滤芯的滤筒后从水出口流出,达到净化过滤的效果。
进一步,所述装有滤芯的过滤筒之间通过法兰或拷贝林固定连接。
进一步,所述底部的过滤筒置于底座上,并通过法兰或拷贝林与底座固定连接。
进一步,所述水出口设置在底座的侧面上,并通过底座内腔与底部的过滤筒的水出口连通。
本发明的有益效果:

如图1所示,本发明的船用紧凑型滤器,包括水进口1、第一级滤筒2、第一级滤芯3、第一级出口4、第二级滤筒5、第二级滤芯6、水出口7、底座8。
第一级滤筒2内装有第一级滤芯3,第一级滤筒2上端侧面设有水进品1组成第一级过滤器;第二级滤筒5内装有第二级滤芯6,第二级滤筒5下方设有水出口7组成第二级过滤器。第一级过滤器与第二级过滤器通过法兰或拷贝林固定连接。第二级过滤器置于底座8上,并通过法兰或拷贝林与底座8固定连接,水出口7设置在底座8的侧面上,并通过底座8的内腔与第二级过滤器的出口连通。
使用时,水从进口1进入第一级滤筒2,在一定的压力下进入第一级滤芯3,然后水从第一级出口4流出,进入第二级滤筒5,在一定的压力下进入第二级滤芯6,最后从出口7流出。达到净化过滤的效果。

1.一种船用紧凑型滤器,具有至少两个装有滤芯的过滤筒,其特征在于:所述装有滤芯的过滤筒之间上下串联布置,其中,顶部的过滤筒上部设有水进品,底部的过滤筒下部设有水出品,形成紧凑型过滤器,水从水进口依次通过多级装有滤芯的滤筒后从水出口流出,达到净化过滤的效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用紧凑型滤器,其特征在于:所述装有滤芯的过滤筒之间通过法兰或拷贝林固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用紧凑型滤器,其特征在于:所述底部的过滤筒置于底座上,并通过法兰或拷贝林与底座固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的船用紧凑型滤器,其特征在于:所述水出口设置在底座的侧面上,并通过底座内腔与底部的过滤筒的水出口连通。
