Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of sarcandra glabra processing, in particular to a preparation technology of a sarcandra glabra extract with a function of clearing heat from throat, which comprises the following steps: cleaning, self-decomposition treatment of sarcandra glabra, spreading and cooling the sarcandra glabra, freezing, crushing and extracting. According to the invention, high-temperature hypoxia is used in the sarcandra glabra autolysis, so that sarcandra glabra cells are forced to degrade monosaccharides per se at a lower efficiency in an extreme environment, the thickening of sugar in subsequent crushing extraction is avoided, the processing efficiency is reduced, and the metabolism of the cells is utilized to improve the species of active ingredients. The sarcandra glabra is completely crushed by low-temperature treatment, and the prepared extract has good activity and high yield by comprehensively extracting the sarcandra glabra at high and low temperatures in combination with acid, alcohol and water.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sarcandra glabra processing, in particular to a preparation technology of a sarcandra glabra extract with a function of clearing heat from throat.
Background
Sarcandra glabra, school name: (Sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai) is perennial evergreen shrub of Chloranthaceae, commonly known as Rhododendron dauricum, herba Pileae Scriptae, Sambucus nigra, etc. It has beautiful shape, fragrance of the four seasons and extremely high medicinal, edible and ornamental values. The sarcandra glabra whole plant is used for medicine, and has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic material, dispelling wind, promoting blood circulation, eliminating swelling, relieving pain, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. Can be used for treating influenza, Japanese encephalitis, pneumonia, appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, traumatic injury, rheumatic arthralgia, amenorrhea, wound infection, and bacillary dysentery. It can also be used for treating malignant tumors such as pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, rectal cancer, hepatocarcinoma, and esophageal cancer, and has effects of relieving, reducing lump, prolonging life, and improving subjective symptom without side effect. The herba Pileae Scriptae contains volatile oil, esters, phenols, tannin, flavone, cyanogenic glycoside, coumarin, lactone, etc.; the whole plant contains L-myrrhamnetin A, isofraxidin, fumaric acid, succinic acid, flavonoid glycoside and coumarins derivative. The sarcandra glabra is widely distributed and rich in resources, and is a new food raw material with great development potential.
The extract of the sarcandra glabra prepared by the prior art is mostly dissolved by high temperature, which is easy to cause the decomposition of the nutrient components in the sarcandra glabra, or the supercritical extraction technology is used, so the extraction cost is higher, and the large-scale production is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a preparation technology of a sarcandra glabra extract with a throat clearing function, which is used for fully protecting the functional components of sarcandra glabra and reducing the loss caused in the extraction process, and the specific technical scheme is as follows:
a preparation technology of sarcandra glabra extract with the function of clearing heat from throat comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning of
Picking up impurities from fresh herba Pileae Scriptae, soaking herba Pileae Scriptae in clear water, stirring at 20-30r/min for 15-20min, taking out, and draining;
(2) self-decomposition treatment of sarcandra glabra
Placing the sarcandra glabra processed in the previous step into a porcelain basin, compacting, sealing the surface of the porcelain basin by using a plastic film, covering the surface of the plastic film by using cotton cloth for 3-5cm, placing the porcelain basin into a large basin, injecting clear water into the large basin to enable the water surface to reach the central line of the porcelain basin, heating the water in the large basin to enable the water temperature to rise to 60-65 ℃, and preserving heat for 5-8 hours;
(3) herba Pileae Scriptae
Taking out herba Pileae Scriptae, recovering to room temperature, spraying decomposition liquid on the surface of herba Pileae Scriptae, heating to 40-45 deg.C, adjusting air humidity to 45-55%, and spreading for cooling for 30-50 min; stirring herba Pileae Scriptae, spraying decomposition solution again, and spreading for cooling for 20-30 min; then raising the temperature to 48-52 ℃, turning over sarcandra glabra, spraying decomposition liquid, and spreading for cooling for 4-7 h;
the preparation method of the decomposition liquid comprises the following steps: mixing and pulping 10-20 parts of hawthorn, 5-8 parts of fructus choerospondiatis and 8-12 parts of lemon in parts by mass, carrying out colloid milling on the pulp for 2-3 times, diluting by 50-100 times, soaking at 50-55 ℃ for 20-30min, filtering with 300-mesh 400-mesh filter cloth while the pulp is hot, and adding 1-3% of cellulase in the filtrate when the temperature of the filtrate is reduced to room temperature;
(4) freezing
Taking out the sarcandra glabra, placing the sarcandra glabra into a freezing chamber, reducing the temperature to minus 40 ℃, freezing for 20-30h, taking out the sarcandra glabra, heating to the temperature of 5-8 ℃ by using microwave, placing the sarcandra glabra into the freezing chamber again, reducing the temperature to minus 20 ℃, and freezing for 10-15 h;
(5) pulverizing
Putting the sarcandra glabra with ice into a crusher, crushing the sarcandra glabra into 80-100 meshes of powder at the temperature of 1-3 ℃, then raising the temperature of the powder to 20-25 ℃, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-50min by using 500-800W;
