The head cover is sleeved on the head of a patient, the head of the patient is not contacted with the pillow, the curled elastic wires support the head of the patient at multiple points, and the blood circulation and ventilation conditions of the scalp can be improved. The position of the head cover can be finely adjusted at intervals, so that the curled elastic wires support different points of the scalp to avoid long-term pressure on the same point of the scalp. The headgear inner layer 3 is mainly used to improve the headgear feel. The headgear intermediate layer 2 is used to attach the curled elastic yarn 11. The coiled elastic wire 11 should have sufficient elasticity so that the densely packed coiled elastic wire 11 can support the weight of the patient's head without being completely collapsed.
