Description

Decompression headgear
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of headgear, in particular to a decompression headgear.
Background
A coma patient is immobilized in bed for a long time, one area of the head is always contacted with the pillow, and in addition, the patient is often thin and weak, the subcutaneous fat is very little, the area of the head contacted with the pillow is easily pressed for a long time, and the air is not ventilated, so that the pressure injury is caused. To avoid pressure injury, a softer pillow is adopted at present, and even if the head of a clinically unconscious patient is still difficult to avoid pressure injury.
For patients with head wounds, the area of the head contacting the pillow should avoid the wound when sleeping. However, after the patient falls asleep, the posture of the patient changes involuntarily, which causes the wound area to contact the pillow, thereby causing the wound to be stressed and painful, or the wound condition to worsen.
In addition, some patients require shaving or removal of the hair due to medication, which can make the patient's head susceptible to cold.
The existing headgear has more patents. ZL201220043808.4 discloses a novel disposable elastic headgear for trauma, which mainly can be adjusted in size. ZL201020525914.7 discloses a tracheal cannula fixing head sleeve, which is mainly used for fixing a tracheal cannula. ZL201921798778.6 discloses a medical headgear that is primarily capable of securing a head dressing against displacement. None of these patents solve the above problems, nor do other headgear patents have been searched for.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a decompression head cover which is beneficial to avoiding pressure injury of the skin of the head of a coma patient.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the problems is as follows: the decompression headgear comprises a headgear inner layer, a headgear intermediate layer, a headgear outer layer and an elastic band, the headgear inner layer is made of flexible breathable material, the headgear intermediate layer is connected with the headgear inner layer, a plurality of air holes are arranged on the headgear intermediate layer, the headgear outer layer is composed of curled elastic threads, the curled elastic threads are densely distributed on the headgear intermediate layer, the headgear outer layer can support the head of a human body, and the elastic band is arranged along the edge of the headgear intermediate layer and is connected with the headgear intermediate layer.
Further, the method comprises the following steps: the crimped elastic yarn is made of PBT, nylon or nylon.
Further, the method comprises the following steps: the pressure reducing headgear comprises a fixing strap connected with the headgear intermediate layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. for a coma patient, the pressure reducing headgear is sleeved on the head of the patient, the head of the patient is not contacted with the pillow, and the curled elastic wires support the head of the patient at multiple points. Thus, the blood circulation in an area of the head of a patient caused by the overall compression of the area can be avoided, and the scalp blood circulation can be improved. Because a gap is reserved between the scalp and the pillow, the inner layer of the head cover is ventilated, the middle layer of the head cover is provided with a plurality of air holes, and the outer layer of the head cover is naturally ventilated due to the curled elastic wires, the invention can improve the ventilation condition of the scalp. The pressure reducing headgear is sleeved on the head, and the position of the headgear can be finely adjusted at intervals, so that the curled elastic wires support different points of the scalp, and the scalp can be prevented from being pressed at the same point for a long time. For the reasons, the invention is beneficial to avoiding pressure injury to the head skin of the unconscious patient.
2. For a patient with a wound on the head, the curled elastic wires at the corresponding part of the wound can be cut off, and then the pressure reduction headgear is sleeved on the head of the patient. Therefore, when the patient changes the sleeping position, even if the wound faces the pillow, the wound is not pressed with the pillow due to the support of the curled elastic wires around the wound. Can avoid the wound from being stressed and painful and avoid the wound condition from being worsened.
3. For patients without hair, the hair-curling elastic silk has a heat preservation effect, and the curled elastic silk is similar to hair, so that the psychological state of the patients can be improved.

labeled as: the head cover comprises a head cover outer layer 1, a curled elastic wire 11, a head cover middle layer 2, air holes 21, a head cover inner layer 3, an elastic belt 4 and a fixing belt 5.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the decompression headgear includes a headgear inner layer 3, a headgear intermediate layer 2, a headgear outer layer 1 and an elastic band 4, the headgear inner layer 3 is made of a flexible breathable material, the headgear intermediate layer 2 is connected with the headgear inner layer 3, a plurality of air holes 21 are provided on the headgear intermediate layer 2, the headgear outer layer 1 is composed of a curled elastic thread 11, the curled elastic thread 11 is densely distributed on the headgear intermediate layer 2, the headgear outer layer 1 can support the head of a human body, and the elastic band 4 is arranged along the edge of the headgear intermediate layer 2 and is connected with the headgear intermediate layer 2.
The headgear inner layer 3 is mainly used to improve the headgear feel. The headgear intermediate layer 2 is used to attach the curled elastic yarn 11. The coiled elastic wire 11 should have sufficient elasticity so that the densely packed coiled elastic wire 11 can support the weight of the patient's head without being completely collapsed. The curled elastic threads 11 can be made of the existing brush-making materials, such as PBT, nylon 610, nylon 612 or nylon 1010. Although the individual curled elastic wires 11 have a small supporting force, the densely arranged curled elastic wires 11 can provide a sufficient supporting force. The elastic band 4 is used for being hooped on the head of a patient to prevent the decompression head cover from falling off.
For a coma patient, the pressure reducing headgear is sleeved on the head of the patient, the head of the patient is not contacted with the pillow, and the curled elastic wires 11 support the head of the patient at multiple points. Thus, the blood circulation in an area of the head of a patient caused by the overall compression of the area can be avoided, and the scalp blood circulation can be improved. Because a gap is reserved between the scalp and the pillow, the inner layer 3 of the head cover is ventilated, the middle layer 2 of the head cover is provided with a plurality of air holes, and the outer layer 1 of the head cover is naturally ventilated by the curled elastic wires 11, the invention can improve the ventilation condition of the scalp. The decompression headgear is sleeved on the head, and the position of the headgear can be finely adjusted at intervals, so that the curled elastic wire 11 supports different points of the scalp, and the same point of the scalp can be prevented from being pressed for a long time. For the reasons, the invention is beneficial to avoiding pressure injury to the head skin of the unconscious patient.
For a patient with a wound on the head, the curled elastic wires 11 at the corresponding part of the wound can be cut off, and then the pressure reduction headgear is sleeved on the head of the patient. Therefore, when the patient falls asleep and changes position, even if the wound faces the pillow, the wound is not pressed against the pillow due to the support of the curled elastic wires 11 around the wound. Can avoid the wound from being stressed and painful and avoid the wound condition from being worsened.
For patients without hair, the hair-curling elastic silk has a heat preservation effect, and the curled elastic silk is similar to hair, so that the psychological state of the patients can be improved.
In order to further avoid the pressure reduction headgear to fall off, the pressure reduction headgear comprises a fixing strap 5, and the fixing strap 5 is connected with the headgear middle layer 2. The fixing band 5 can be sleeved under the chin of a patient, so that the decompression headgear is prevented from falling off.
