技术领域

背景技术

为了消除原型的缺点并获得所要求的技术结果,开发了一种获得平行-垂直球面系统的方法,该方法包括以下操作:a)选择至少六个相同的元件,b)在第一元件上确定至少一个连接点;c)在第二元件上至少确定连接点;d)在某些结合点将元件连接成使得穿过第一元件和第二元件的平面垂直的方式;e)选择下一个元件;f)确定其与先前元件的交点;g)在交点处将元件与先前元件连接成使得通过所述元件的平面相互垂直,执行操作e)-g)只要所有元件都安装在三维物体中并且其中满足第一元件与第四元件平行、第二元件与第五元件平行、第三元件与第六元件平行的条件。
元件可以是环形的,并以扁平的圆形或正方形的形式制成。元件可以由金属制成并通过焊接连接。元件可以由聚合物制成并用胶水粘合。元件可以由复合材料制成。
另外,要求保护一种三维物体,所述三维物体是使用要求保护的方法获得的,包括至少六个相交平面。

具体实施方式
所要求保护的方法实施如下:首先,选择至少六个相同的元件,然后,在第一元件上确定至少一个连接点;然后,在第二元件上至少确定连接点;然后,在某些接合点的元件的连接成使得穿过第一元件和第二元件的平面垂直的方式;之后,选择下一个元件;确定其与先前元件的交点;然后,在交点处的元件与先前元件的连接成使得通过元件的平面与之后的元件相互垂直的方式。为了附加(attach)其余元件,重复在先前元件上确定交点的操作和将它们附加到已组装的结构相关联的操作,直到将所有元件安装到三维物体中为止,其中满足以下条件:第一元件与第四元件平行、第二元件与第五元件平行、第三元件与第六元件平行并且每个元件固定在两个点上。实验表明,以这种方式执行方法操作时,因为穿过对象的元件的平面以直角相交,因此获得了具有高强度属性的三维物体。此外,组装这种物体的方法非常简单,因为它包括一组重复的简单操作。
当实施所述方法时,根据所获得的三维物体的应用领域,可以使用各种形状的元件,例如,用于组装船只的螺旋桨的元件形状可以是扁平的圆形板。在其他情况下所述元件可以是环形的,以扁平圆形或正方形的形式制成。其中连接元件的材料和方法也可以根据通过所要求保护的方法组装的三维物体的应用领域选择。因此,元件可以例如由金属制成并且通过焊接连接,或者元件可以由聚合物制成并且例如通过胶水连接。此外,元件可以由复合材料制成。其中三维物体的每个元件可以由与其他元件不同的材料制成。
接下来考虑所要求保护的方法的可能实施例之一。六个元件被选择以代表二维图形-圆形;它们中的每一个都分为三部分,它们的面积相等,其中两部分是给定圆的线段。标记这些部分的分割点(参见图1),所有6个元件通过标记的依次(in series)连接(参见图2),以使得穿过这些元件的平面彼此垂直,其中满足以下条件:第一个元件与第四个元件平行、第二个元件与第五元件平行、第三元件与第六元件平行(参见图3),每个元件在两点上与其他元件相连。根据该方法的可能的实施例,所述元件被连接以形成两个单独的组,每组3个元件,所述组在标记点处进一步彼此连接。在需要连接六个以上的元件的情况下,所述方法的动作顺序不会改变,而是成对地添加附加的元件,并且其中在平面之间的连接点处的连接角度改变。
如果将二维图形用作元件,则可以是圆形、正方形,而如果将三维图形用作元件,则可以是环面、立方、三角形形式。其中应当理解的是,图形形状的选择是由所获得的三维物体的范围而不是其生产方法的操作要求决定的。
为了制造元件,可以使用强度特性与所获得的三维物体的应用领域相对应的材料,例如金属、金属合金、塑料、弹性材料。

Claims (10)

1.一种获得平行-垂直球面系统的方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作:
a)选择至少六个相同的元件;
b)在第一元件上确定至少一个连接点;
c)在第二元件上确定至少连接点;
d)在某些接合点将所述元件连接成使得穿过所述第一元件和所述第二元件的平面垂直;
e)选择下一个元件;
f)确定其与先前元件的交点;
g)在交点处将元件与先前元件连接成使穿过所述元件的平面相互垂直;
执行操作e)-g),只要将所有元件都安装在三维物体中,并且满足条件:第一元件与第四元件平行、第二元件与第五元件平行、第三元件与第六元件平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元件的形状是环形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元件的形状是圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元件的形状是正方形。

7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,元件由聚合物制成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元件通过胶水连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述元件由复合材料制成。
10.通过根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法获得的三维物体,包括至少六个相交平面。
