10. The method for sampling and checking the electronic commerce product quality safety quick sampling and checking system as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps:
A. determining a product to be spot checked;
B. the product is purchased anonymously on the network, the purchasing information of the product is stored by using the network spot check module to obtain purchasing and storing information, and the information processing module stores the purchasing and storing information to the storage module;
C. when the sampling inspection personnel receives the goods, the integrity of the outer package of the goods is checked, the logistics waybill number is checked, and the whole receiving process is shot and recorded through a receiving video recording unit to obtain receiving and storing information; the information processing module stores the receiving and storing information to the storage module;
D. performing product evidence obtaining on a received product, recording the processes of the product before unpacking, during unpacking and after unpacking by an unpacking evidence obtaining video unit, and clearly recording the quality information of the product by a camera; after the disassembly and inspection is finished, the disassembly and inspection personnel put the product into the package, package the package to obtain related product certificate information, and the information processing module stores the product certificate information into the storage module;
E. the information processing module generates a two-dimensional code containing the certificate storage information in the steps A-D, the two-dimensional code is printed by a two-dimensional code printer and is pasted on the side face of the package, and the package which is disassembled and inspected is obtained;
F. the information processing module stores the reserved certificate-storing information to the storage module;
G. when a merchant puts forward a challenge application, the information processing module reads the relevant evidence storing data in the storage module, transmits the corresponding evidence storing data to the evidence obtaining module, and then the evidence obtaining module sends out an identification report according to the relevant evidence storing data.
