Further, the port entering and exiting judging module comprises:
the ship analysis unit is used for obtaining the ship type information, the cargo type information and the ship size information according to the image information of the ship;
the cargo type judging unit is used for judging whether the ship type information and the cargo type information are consistent with the port type information of the ship port; if the ship type information and the cargo carrying type information are consistent with the port type information of the harbor, selecting a corresponding berth as a preset berth according to the ship type information and the cargo carrying type information, and sending guiding information from a gate to the preset berth to the ship; and if the ship type information or the cargo type information does not accord with the port type information of the port, sending first alarm information that the ship type information or the cargo type information does not accord with the port type information of the port to the ship.
Further, the port entering and exiting judging module further comprises:
the port-parking information reading unit is used for reading port-parking time information, ship type information and cargo type information of the ship from a database according to the ship name information of the ship;
and the payment calculating unit is used for generating payment information of the ship according to the harbor residence time information, the ship type information and the cargo type information of the ship.
Further, the harbor managing system further includes:
the berthing positioning module is used for judging whether the ship berths at a preset berth or not according to the ship entering image information; if the ship does not stop at the preset berth position, sending second warning information of wrong stopping position to the ship; if the ship is parked at the preset berth, recording the position, where the ship is parked, of the preset berth in the database
Further, the harbor managing system further includes:
the monitoring module is used for acquiring monitoring image information in the harbor;
the open fire alarm module is used for judging whether open fire exists in the harbor according to the monitoring image information; if open fire exists in the harbor, an open fire alarm is sent out;
the video sending module is used for receiving a ship video watching request; and obtaining the ship name information of the ship according to the ship video request, and obtaining and sending the monitoring image information of the preset berth position corresponding to the ship according to the ship name information of the ship.
For the specific limitations of the harbor management system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the harbor management method, which are not described herein again. The modules in the harbor managing system can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a harbor management method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring image information, AIS information and ship data information of a ship passing through a gate; identifying ship name information of the ship according to the image information of the ship; obtaining corresponding ship port entering and exiting information according to the ship data information of the ship; judging whether the ship is abnormal or not according to the ship name information of the ship and the AIS information of the ship under the condition that the ship is determined to enter the port according to the ship entering and exiting information; if the ship is abnormal, first warning information that the AIS of the ship is not matched with the name of the ship is sent to the ship; if the ship is not abnormal, opening a brake and releasing, planning a preset berth of the ship, sending corresponding guiding information to the ship, and tracking and shooting the ship to obtain ship entry image information; under the condition that the ship is determined to be out of port according to the ship in-and-out-of-port information, generating payment information of the ship according to the ship name information of the ship; judging whether the ship pays according to the payment information; if the ship does not pay, generating payment information according to the payment information and sending the payment information to the ship; if the ship is paid, judging whether the ship is abnormal or not according to the ship name information of the ship and AIS information of the ship; if the ship is abnormal, second warning information that the AIS of the ship is not matched with the name of the ship is sent to the ship; and if the ship is not abnormal, opening the gate and releasing the ship.
In one embodiment, the acquiring image information of the ship passing through the gate comprises: acquiring real-time image information at a gate; carrying out image recognition on the real-time image information to identify a ship; respectively shooting the bow, the stern and the whole of the ship to obtain image information of the bow of the ship, image information of the stern of the ship and image information of the whole ship; and obtaining the image information of the ship according to the image information of the bow of the ship, the image information of the stern of the ship and the image information of the whole ship.
In one embodiment, obtaining corresponding ship port entry and exit information according to the ship data information of the ship includes: obtaining navigation planning information of the ship according to the ship data information of the ship; and obtaining the port entering and exiting information of the ship according to the navigation planning information of the ship.
In one embodiment, the planning a predetermined berth of the ship and sending corresponding guidance information to the ship includes: obtaining the ship type information, the cargo type information and the ship size information according to the image information of the ship; judging whether the ship type information and the cargo type information are consistent with the port type information of the harbor; if the ship type information and the cargo carrying type information are consistent with the port type information of the harbor, selecting a corresponding berth as a preset berth according to the ship type information and the cargo carrying type information, and sending guiding information from a gate to the preset berth to the ship; and if the ship type information or the cargo type information does not accord with the port type information of the port, sending first alarm information that the ship type information or the cargo type information does not accord with the port type information of the port to the ship.
In one embodiment, the generating payment information of the ship according to the ship name information of the ship comprises: reading the harbor-staying time information, the ship type information and the cargo type information of the ship from a database according to the ship name information of the ship; and generating payment information of the ship according to the harbor residence time information, the ship type information and the cargo type information of the ship.
In one embodiment, after the ship is tracked and shot to obtain ship entry image information, the method further includes: judging whether the ship stops at a preset berth or not according to the ship harboring image information; if the ship does not stop at the preset berth position, sending second warning information of wrong stopping position to the ship; and if the ship is parked at the preset berth, recording the ship parked at the preset berth in the database.
In one embodiment, further comprising: acquiring monitoring image information in a harbor; judging whether open fire exists in the harbor according to the monitoring image information; if open fire exists in the harbor, an open fire alarm is sent out; receiving a ship video watching request; and obtaining the ship name information of the ship according to the ship video request, and obtaining and sending the monitoring image information of the preset berth position corresponding to the ship according to the ship name information of the ship.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and embellishments within the scope of the invention may occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and are considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of harbour management, comprising:
acquiring image information, AIS information and ship data information of a ship passing through a gate;
identifying ship name information of the ship according to the image information of the ship; obtaining corresponding ship port entering and exiting information according to the ship data information of the ship;
judging whether the ship is abnormal or not according to the ship name information of the ship and the AIS information of the ship under the condition that the ship is determined to enter the port according to the ship entering and exiting information; if the ship is abnormal, first warning information that the AIS of the ship is not matched with the name of the ship is sent to the ship; if the ship is not abnormal, opening a brake and releasing, planning a preset berth of the ship, sending corresponding guiding information to the ship, and tracking and shooting the ship to obtain ship entry image information;
under the condition that the ship is determined to be out of port according to the ship in-and-out-of-port information, generating payment information of the ship according to the ship name information of the ship; judging whether the ship pays according to the payment information; if the ship does not pay, generating payment information according to the payment information and sending the payment information to the ship; if the ship is paid, judging whether the ship is abnormal or not according to the ship name information of the ship and AIS information of the ship; if the ship is abnormal, second warning information that the AIS of the ship is not matched with the name of the ship is sent to the ship; and if the ship is not abnormal, opening the gate and releasing the ship.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining image information of a vessel passing through a gate comprises:
acquiring real-time image information at a gate;
carrying out image recognition on the real-time image information to identify a ship;
respectively shooting the bow, the stern and the whole of the ship to obtain image information of the bow of the ship, image information of the stern of the ship and image information of the whole ship;
and obtaining the image information of the ship according to the image information of the bow of the ship, the image information of the stern of the ship and the image information of the whole ship.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining corresponding ship port entry and exit information according to the ship data information of the ship comprises:
obtaining navigation planning information of the ship according to the ship data information of the ship;
and obtaining the port entering and exiting information of the ship according to the navigation planning information of the ship.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the planning a predetermined berth of the vessel and sending corresponding guidance information to the vessel comprises:
obtaining the ship type information, the cargo type information and the ship size information according to the image information of the ship;
judging whether the ship type information and the cargo type information are consistent with the port type information of the harbor; if the ship type information and the cargo type information are consistent with the port type information of the harbor, selecting a corresponding berth as a preset berth according to the ship type information, the cargo type information and the ship size information, and sending guiding information from a gate to the preset berth to the ship; and if the ship type information or the cargo type information does not accord with the port type information of the port, sending first alarm information that the ship type information or the cargo type information does not accord with the port type information of the port to the ship.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating payment information of the ship according to the ship name information of the ship comprises:
reading the harbor-staying time information, the ship type information and the cargo type information of the ship from a database according to the ship name information of the ship;
and generating payment information of the ship according to the harbor residence time information, the ship type information and the cargo type information of the ship.
6. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the capturing the ship tracking image information, the step of:
judging whether the ship stops at a preset berth or not according to the ship harboring image information; if the ship does not stop at the preset berth position, sending second warning information of wrong stopping position to the ship; and if the ship is parked at the preset berth, recording the ship parked at the preset berth in the database.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring monitoring image information in a harbor;
judging whether open fire exists in the harbor according to the monitoring image information; if open fire exists in the harbor, an open fire alarm is sent out;
receiving a ship video watching request; and obtaining the ship name information of the ship according to the ship video request, and obtaining and sending the monitoring image information of the preset berth position corresponding to the ship according to the ship name information of the ship.
8. A port management system, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring image information, AIS information and ship data information of a ship passing through the gate;
the information processing module is used for identifying ship name information of the ship according to the image information of the ship; acquiring ship port entering and exiting information according to the ship data information of the ship;
the port entering and exiting judging module is used for judging the port entering and exiting of the ship according to the port entering and exiting information of the ship; if the ship enters the port, judging whether the ship is abnormal or not according to the ship name information of the ship and AIS information of the ship; if the ship is abnormal, first warning information that the AIS of the ship is not matched with the name of the ship is sent to the ship; if the ship is not abnormal, opening a brake and releasing; planning a preset berth of the ship and sending corresponding guiding information to the ship; tracking and shooting the ship to obtain ship entry image information; if the ship leaves the port, generating payment information of the ship according to the name information of the ship; judging whether the ship pays according to the payment information; if the ship does not pay, generating payment information according to the payment information and sending the payment information to the ship; if the ship is paid, judging whether the ship is abnormal or not according to the ship name information of the ship and AIS information of the ship; if the ship is abnormal, second warning information that the AIS of the ship is not matched with the name of the ship is sent to the ship; and if the ship is not abnormal, opening the gate and releasing the ship.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
