The sampling analysis module 34 is configured to sample and analyze the electronic chemicals corresponding to the electronic chemical packaging work order, and when it is analyzed that the electronic chemicals meet the electronic chemical information, fill the electronic chemical packaging into the unlocked tank car filling area.
The confirming module 35 is configured to confirm, in the tank car parking area, whether the tank car counter number information, the electronic chemical information, and the customer information corresponding to the electronic chemical packaging work order filled in the tank car filling area are consistent with the tank car counter number information, the electronic chemical information, and the customer information corresponding to the identification tag, so as to obtain a confirmation result.
The shipment module 36 is configured to ship the e-chemical package filled in the tank car filling area at the tank car parking area when the determination result is consistent.
Optionally, the configuration module 32 may be specifically configured to:
scanning the identification tag and the electronic chemical packaging work order, acquiring tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information in the identification tag and acquiring tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information in the electronic chemical packaging work order, and configuring a corresponding electronic chemical packaging work order for the identification tag according to the acquired identification tag, the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information and the customer information in the electronic chemical packaging work order.

The recording module 41 is used for recording the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information, the customer information and the like of the electronic chemical package associated with the shipment, recording the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information, the customer information and the like of the identification tag associated with the shipment, recording the filling time, the filling weight and the like of filling the electronic chemical package into the unlocked tank car filling area, recording the shipment time associated with the shipment and the like.
Each unit module of the electronic chemical product packaging and shipping apparatus 30/40 can respectively execute the corresponding steps in the above method embodiments, and therefore, the description of each unit module is omitted here for details.
The present invention further provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 5, comprising: at least one processor 51; and a memory 52 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 51; the memory 52 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 51, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 51 to enable the at least one processor 51 to perform the above-mentioned method for packing and shipping electronic chemicals.
Wherein the memory 52 and the processor 51 are coupled in a bus, which may comprise any number of interconnected buses and bridges, which couple one or more of the various circuits of the processor 51 and the memory 52 together. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The data processed by the processor 51 is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 51.
The processor 51 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And the memory 52 may be used to store data used by the processor 51 in performing operations.
The present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.

configuring a corresponding electronic chemical packaging work order for the identification tag; the electronic chemical packaging work order information comprises tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information;
unlocking a tank car filling area corresponding to the identification tag according to the configured electronic chemical packaging work order;
sampling and analyzing the electronic chemicals corresponding to the electronic chemical packaging work order, and filling the electronic chemical packaging to the unlocked tank car filling area when the electronic chemicals are analyzed to be in accordance with the electronic chemical information;
confirming whether the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information and the customer information corresponding to the electronic chemical packaging work order filled in the tank car filling area are consistent with the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information and the customer information corresponding to the identification tag in a tank car parking area to obtain a confirmation result;
and when the determination result is consistent, packing and delivering the electronic chemicals filled in the tank car filling area in the tank car parking area.
2. The method for shipping electronic chemical packages of claim 1, wherein said configuring a corresponding electronic chemical package worksheet for said identification tag comprises:
scanning the identification tag and the electronic chemical packaging work order, acquiring tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information in the identification tag and acquiring tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information in the electronic chemical packaging work order, and configuring a corresponding electronic chemical packaging work order for the identification tag according to the acquired identification tag, the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information and the customer information in the electronic chemical packaging work order.
3. The method for delivering e-chemical packages according to claim 1, wherein said unlocking the tank car filling area corresponding to the identification tag according to the configured e-chemical package worksheet comprises:
and scanning a code identification tank car according to the configured electronic chemical packaging work order, and unlocking a tank car filling area corresponding to the identification tag according to the identified tank car.
4. The method for delivering electronic chemical packages according to claim 1, wherein when the determination result is yes, after the delivering the electronic chemical packages filled in the tank car filling area in the tank car parking area, further comprises:
recording tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information of the electronic chemical package associated with the shipment, recording tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information of the identification tag associated with the shipment, recording filling time and filling weight for filling the electronic chemical package into the unlocked tank car filling area, and recording shipment time associated with the shipment.
5. An electronic chemical packaging delivery device, comprising:
the system comprises a setting module, a configuration module, an unlocking module, a sampling analysis module, a confirmation module and a delivery module;
the setting module is used for setting an identification label in a tank car filling area; the identification tag comprises tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information;
the configuration module is used for configuring a corresponding electronic chemical packaging work order for the identification tag; the electronic chemical packaging work order information comprises tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information;
the unlocking module is used for unlocking the tank car filling area corresponding to the identification tag according to the configured electronic chemical packaging work order;
the sampling analysis module is used for sampling and analyzing the electronic chemicals corresponding to the electronic chemical packaging work order, and filling the electronic chemical packaging to the unlocked tank car filling area when the electronic chemicals are analyzed to be in accordance with the electronic chemical information;
the confirmation module is used for confirming whether the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information and the customer information corresponding to the electronic chemical packaging work order filled in the tank car filling area are consistent with the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information and the customer information corresponding to the identification tag in the tank car parking area to obtain a confirmation result;
and the delivery module is used for packaging and delivering the electronic chemicals filled in the tank car filling area in the tank car parking area when the determination result is consistent.
6. The e-chemical packaging shipping apparatus of claim 5, wherein the configuration module is specifically configured to:
scanning the identification tag and the electronic chemical packaging work order, acquiring tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information in the identification tag and acquiring tank car cabinet number information, electronic chemical information and customer information in the electronic chemical packaging work order, and configuring a corresponding electronic chemical packaging work order for the identification tag according to the acquired identification tag, the tank car cabinet number information, the electronic chemical information and the customer information in the electronic chemical packaging work order.
