技术领域
本发明涉及电磁阀领域,尤其涉及一种双滤网电磁阀。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的电磁阀大都是二次打开的先导式的,其工作原理是借助管路内水压使其作用于橡胶片上实现关闭密封,用于向压力变化腔增压的增压孔和用于压力变化腔泄压的泄压孔由于孔径较小,易被水中的杂质堵塞,所以在自来水进口处加了防堵网,从而解决经常被堵的情况,而随着使用周期的延伸,防堵网遂步被堵,阀内流量会遂步减小,最后还是会被堵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的电磁阀存在的上述缺陷,提供的一种增压孔和泄压孔防堵效果好的双滤网电磁阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的双滤网电磁阀,包括电磁控制机构、上阀盖、下阀盖、阀体、阀芯、弹簧、活动铁芯,活动铁芯下端有密封头,上阀盖上有空心管,其特征在于:还包括第一滤网、第二滤网,所述下阀盖上有泄压孔、增压孔、联通孔、上泄压通道、压力变化腔,所述阀体上有进水口、出水口、阀芯腔、第一滤网定位部、第二滤网定位部、下泄压通道;其中,所述进水口与所述阀芯腔联通,所述下泄压通道与所述出水口联通;
所述阀芯在所述阀芯腔中,所述第一滤网在所述第一滤网定位部,所述第二滤网在所述第二滤网定位部,所述下阀盖在所述阀体上,其中,所述上泄压通道与所述下泄压通道联通,所述弹簧、所述活动铁芯在所述空心管中,所述上阀盖在所述下阀盖上,所述电磁控制机构在所述上阀盖上,所述密封头在所述泄压孔上方;所述电磁控制机构控制所述活动铁芯上下移动使所述密封头开启或者关闭所述泄压孔;
作为本发明的双滤网电磁阀的改进,其进一步的特征是:所述第一滤网的网孔大于所述第二滤网的网孔。

在进水口14有流体进入的情况下,当电磁控制机构22控制活动铁芯21上移使密封头 23上移开启泄压孔6时,压力变化腔10内的流体通过联通孔8、泄压孔6、上泄压通道9 后流向下泄压通道19,压力变化腔10内的压力减少,阀芯1由于受到来自进水口14的流体的压力膜片2向上变形,出水口15开启;当电磁控制机构22控制活动铁芯21下移使密封头23下移关闭泄压孔6时,流体通过增压孔7、联通孔8流向压力变化腔10,使压力变化腔10内的压力增加,膜片2向下变形,出水口15关闭。
在本具体实施方式中增压孔7的孔径设置为0.5mm,泄压孔6的孔径设置为0.8mm,第一滤网11的网孔设置为1mm,第二滤网12的网孔设置为0.4mm;
在本具体实施方式中由于增压孔7设置在下阀盖5上,进入增压孔7的流体首先要经过第二滤网12,第二滤网12的网孔又小于增压孔7的孔径,所以增压孔7与泄压孔6一般不会堵塞;
在本发明中由于第一滤网11为直径相对较大的环形结构,比起传统的设置在进水口中的直径相对较小的平面圆形结构过滤面积大了好几倍,增加了使用寿命;
在本发明中阀芯1设计为的外圈为能变形的膜片结构,但其实也可以设计为活塞结构等等,这些阀芯结构的改变都是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种双滤网电磁阀,包括电磁控制机构、上阀盖、下阀盖、阀体、阀芯、弹簧、活动铁芯,活动铁芯下端有密封头,上阀盖上有空心管,其特征在于:还包括第一滤网、第二滤网,所述下阀盖上有泄压孔、增压孔、联通孔、上泄压通道、压力变化腔,所述阀体上有进水口、出水口、阀芯腔、第一滤网定位部、第二滤网定位部、下泄压通道;其中,所述进水口与所述阀芯腔联通,所述下泄压通道与所述出水口联通;
所述阀芯在所述阀芯腔中,所述第一滤网在所述第一滤网定位部,所述第二滤网在所述第二滤网定位部,所述下阀盖在所述阀体上,其中,所述上泄压通道与所述下泄压通道联通,所述弹簧、所述活动铁芯在所述空心管中,所述上阀盖在所述下阀盖上,所述电磁控制机构在所述上阀盖上,所述密封头在所述泄压孔上方;所述电磁控制机构控制所述活动铁芯上下移动使所述密封头开启或者关闭所述泄压孔。
