Abstract
本发明公开了一种生态楼顶绿化系统,包括隔离层、防水层、有机质土层和蓄排水层;隔离层铺设在楼顶平面上,在隔离层上依次铺设防水层、蓄排水层和有机质土层;所述蓄排水层连通所述楼顶平面的排水管道。在有机质土层中种植绿植,形成楼顶小生态环境,能够起到涵养水分、调节空气湿度和美化建筑的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及生态建筑技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种生态楼顶绿化系统。
背景技术
目前,在城市的主要建筑物中楼房和街道占据了大部分空间,可绿化地带变的比较少,在越来越注重生态环境和身体健康的当今社会,人们开始增加街道两侧的绿化面积,楼房居住人群也普遍会购买种植绿植用于家庭室内绿化,由于楼房等建筑多为平顶结构,因此人们逐渐利用楼顶进行绿化种植,期望能够改善局部生态环境,营造城市的第二个“绿肺”。
因此,如何实现楼顶生态绿化是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种生态楼顶绿化系统,包括隔离层、防水层、有机质土层和蓄排水层;隔离层铺设在楼顶平面上,在隔离层上依次铺设防水层、蓄排水层和有机质土层;所述蓄排水层连通所述楼顶平面的排水管道。在有机质土层中种植绿植,形成楼顶小生态环境,能够起到涵养水分、调节空气湿度和美化建筑的作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种生态楼顶绿化系统,包括隔离层、防水层、有机质土层和蓄排水层;所述隔离层铺设在楼顶平面上,在所述隔离层上依次铺设所述防水层、所述蓄排水层和所述有机质土层;所述蓄排水层连通所述楼顶平面的排水管道。
优选的,所述隔离层采用纸筋灰、麻刀灰、低强度等级砂浆或卷材。
优选的,所述防水层包括混凝土和双向钢筋网片;所述双向钢筋网片铺设在混凝土中,位于所述防水层中间或偏上位置;
所述混凝土采用C25混凝土,包括水泥、粗骨料和细骨料,所述水泥用量大于或等于330kg/m3,选用普通硅盐水泥;所述粗骨料粒径小于等于所述防水层厚度的三分之一;所述细骨料选用中砂或粗砂;所述混凝土的水灰比小于或等于0.55。
优选的,所述蓄排水层包括储水层、渗透层和排水槽;所述储水层位于所述防水层和所述有机质土层之间,可以采用海绵等吸水、储水材料;所述渗透层铺设与所述储水层和所述有机质土层之间,所述渗透层只允许水通过;所述排水槽位于所述储水层四周,且略低于所述储水层,承接所述储水层溢出的水,所述排水槽的排水口连通所述楼顶平面的所述排水管道。
优选的,所述有机质土层为铺设的有机质土,在所述有机质土内种植酢浆草;所述有机质土铺设的厚度大于或等于20mm;所述酢浆草的种植密度为每30cm*30cm种植1粒。酢浆草一年四季均可种植,具有良好的耐旱耐寒性,一年四季均可发芽,雨季生长迅速,且具备储水功能,连续三个月无降水也可以成活。
优选的,所述双向钢筋网片规格为Φ4,间距为100~20mm。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种生态楼顶绿化系统。充分利用楼顶平面,通过铺设隔离层、防水层和有机质土层来种植绿植,形成楼顶小生态环境,能够起到涵养水分、调节空气湿度和美化建筑的作用。种植的绿植选择酢浆草,充分利用其耐旱耐寒的特性,不用铺设灌溉系统,仅仅依靠自然降水就可以成活。楼顶绿化不但能有效减轻光、声污染和二次扬尘,又能吸废排氧、调节气候和降低城市热岛效应,调节室内温度,还能减轻楼顶热胀冷缩现象,延长楼顶使用寿命,能够丰富城市绿化景观。

本发明实施例公开了一种生态楼顶绿化系统,包括隔离层1、防水层2、有机质土层4和蓄排水层;隔离层1铺设在楼顶平面上,在隔离层1上依次铺设防水层2、蓄排水层和有机质土层4;蓄排水层连通楼顶平面的排水管道5。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,隔离层1采用纸筋灰、麻刀灰、低强度等级砂浆或卷材。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,防水层2包括混凝土和双向钢筋网片;双向钢筋网片铺设在混凝土中,位于防水层2中间或偏上位置;
混凝土采用C25混凝土,包括水泥、粗骨料和细骨料,水泥用量大于或等于330kg/m3,可以选用普通硅盐水泥,粗骨料粒径小于等于防水层2厚度的三分之一,细骨料选用中砂或粗砂;混凝土的水灰比小于或等于0.55。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,蓄排水层包括储水层31、渗透层32和排水槽33;储水层31位于防水层2和有机质土层4之间,可以采用海绵等吸水、储水材料;渗透层32铺设与储水层31和有机质土层4之间,渗透层32只允许水通过;排水槽33位于储水层31四周,且略低于储水层31,承接储水层31溢出的水,排水槽33的排水口连通楼顶平面的排水管道5。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,有机质土层4为铺设的有机质土,在有机质土内种植酢浆草;有机质土铺设的厚度大于或等于20mm;酢浆草的种植密度为每30cm*30cm种植1粒。酢浆草一年四季均可种植,具有良好的耐旱耐寒性,一年四季均可发芽,雨季生长迅速,且具备储水功能,连续三个月无降水也可以成活。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,防水层2设置有分格缝,双向钢筋网片在分格缝处断开;分格缝位于装配式结构的板端、现浇整体结构的支座处、屋面转折处、混凝土施工缝及突出屋面构件交接部位;分格缝的纵横间距小于或等于6m。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,双向钢筋网片规格为Φ4,间距为100~20mm。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,所述防水层2周围设立围栏,保护生长的绿植,避免人为活动造成踩踏;同时围栏上方可以遮挂遮阳布,用于为绿植遮阳。

1.一种生态楼顶绿化系统,其特征在于,包括隔离层、防水层、有机质土层和蓄排水层;所述隔离层铺设在楼顶平面上,在所述隔离层上依次铺设所述防水层、所述蓄排水层和所述有机质土层;所述蓄排水层连通所述楼顶平面的排水管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态楼顶绿化系统,其特征在于,所述隔离层采用纸筋灰、麻刀灰、低强度等级砂浆或卷材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态楼顶绿化系统,其特征在于,所述防水层包括混凝土和双向钢筋网片;
所述双向钢筋网片铺设在混凝土中,位于所述防水层中间或偏上位置;
所述混凝土采用C25混凝土,包括水泥、粗骨料和细骨料,所述水泥用量大于或等于330kg/m3,选用普通硅盐水泥;所述粗骨料粒径小于等于所述防水层厚度的三分之一;所述细骨料选用中砂或粗砂;所述混凝土的水灰比小于或等于0.55。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态楼顶绿化系统,其特征在于,所述蓄排水层包括储水层、渗透层和排水槽;
所述储水层位于所述防水层和所述有机质土层之间,采用吸水、储水材料;所述渗透层铺设与所述储水层和所述有机质土层之间,所述渗透层只允许水通过;
所述排水槽位于所述储水层四周,且略低于所述储水层,承接所述储水层溢出的水,所述排水槽的排水口连通所述楼顶平面的所述排水管道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态楼顶绿化系统,其特征在于,所述有机质土层为铺设的有机质土,在所述有机质土内种植酢浆草;
所述有机质土铺设的厚度大于或等于20mm;所述酢浆草的种植密度为每30cm*30cm种植1粒。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种生态楼顶绿化系统,其特征在于,所述双向钢筋网片规格为Φ4,间距为100~20mm。
