本发明涉及合成革技术领域,特指一种咖啡渣仿皮革、带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平越来越高,对皮革用品的要求也越来越高,由于真皮材料的产量有限,合成革逐步成为了市场的主流。PVC(PolyvinylChloride,聚氯乙烯)合成革具有耐折,柔软,使用寿命长的特点,作为真皮的替代品,已经成为目前市场流行的服装和家具用品的主要面料。
PVC合成革是在PVC中加入增塑剂在高温塑化后成膜制得,由于加入增塑剂,生产过程中会产生油烟而污染环境,另外皮革在使用过程中还会散发异味儿,导致体验感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种咖啡渣仿皮革、带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子及其制备方法,解决现有的PVC合成革存在的生产过程污染环境以及会散发异味造成体验感差的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种咖啡渣仿皮革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
提供PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂,将所提供的PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂按照以下重量份混合均匀形成混合料:PVC 40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份;
将混合均匀的混合料送入压延机中压延成膜片;
提供基布,将所述基布与所述膜片相贴合;以及
对所述膜片进行发泡、吸纹,从而制得咖啡渣仿皮革。
本发明在PVC中加入了咖啡渣,咖啡渣具有天然的物理性吸附功能,对人体无任何伤害,非常的环保健康,咖啡渣的加入可吸附皮革散发的异味儿,达到降低异味散发的效果,能够增强用户的体验感,满足人们对皮革用品的高要求。本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革中未加入增塑剂,减少了油烟排放,达到环境友好型的生态合成革。
本发明咖啡渣仿皮革的制备方法的进一步改进在于,在混入咖啡渣之前,对所述咖啡渣进行如下处理:
对所述咖啡渣进行研磨以得到粒径为40目~80目的咖啡渣;
对研磨好的咖啡渣进行清洗;
对清洗好的咖啡渣进行烘干;
对烘干好的咖啡渣进行除油。
本发明还提供了一种咖啡渣仿皮革,包括以下重量份的原料:PVC 40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份。
本发明咖啡渣仿皮革的进一步改进在于,所述咖啡渣经研磨形成粒径为40目~80目的咖啡渣,且所述咖啡渣经清洗、烘干以及除油处理。

提供咖啡渣颗粒,将所述咖啡渣颗粒填设于所述纤维编织层的编织孔隙内;
提供PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂,将所提供的PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂按照以下重量份混合均匀形成混合料:PVC 40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份;
将混合均匀的混合料送入压延机中压延成膜片;
提供基布,将所述基布与所述膜片的下表面相贴合;
将所述的复数个纤维编织层与所述膜片的上表面相贴合;

参阅图1,本发明提供了一种咖啡渣仿皮革、带有该咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子及其制备方法,在皮革原料中加入咖啡渣,利用咖啡渣天然的物理吸附功能,吸附制备皮革的原料所散发的异味儿,降低皮革散发的异味,满足人们对皮革用品的高要求。另外本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革去除了增塑剂的使用,减少了增塑剂在生产过程中产生油烟而污染环境的问题,本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革生产工艺简单,环境友好。下面结合附图对本发明咖啡渣仿皮革、带有该咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子及其制备方法进行说明。
本发明提供了一种咖啡渣仿皮革,包括以下重量份的原料:PVC(Polyvinylchoride,聚氯乙烯)40份~20份、聚氨酯(Polyurethane,PU)40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份。
其中的发泡剂采用AC发泡剂或者白发泡剂。色母粒采用聚酯型色母粒或者聚醚型色母粒。光稳定剂采用受阻胺类光稳定剂,抗氧剂采用受阻酚类抗氧剂或者芳香胺类抗氧剂。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,咖啡渣经研磨形成粒径为40目~80目的咖啡渣,且咖啡渣经清洗、烘干以及除油处理。具体地,将咖啡渣放在研磨器中进行研磨,而后过筛,得到粒径在40目~80目(包括端值)之间的咖啡渣,之后将经研磨的咖啡渣在水中进行清洗,去除掉咖啡渣表面的灰尘和杂质,将水洗后的咖啡渣放到烘干箱中进行烘干,烘干后的咖啡渣含水量在25~30%之间,而后对咖啡渣进行除油,将烘干后的咖啡渣放置到真空加热炉中,进行碳化除油,得到了咖啡渣原料。咖啡渣经过清洗及除油后,能够避免咖啡渣发霉,咖啡渣经除油处理后,可以提高咖啡渣内部的孔隙率,提高其吸附性能,可提高咖啡渣除味的效果。
咖啡渣在真空加热炉中进行碳化除油时,真空加热炉将温度逐步的升高到220℃,而后保温30分钟,逐步的蒸发掉咖啡渣内剩余的水分,而后在逐步升温到400℃,保温45分钟,进行有机成分挥发,去除咖啡渣中的油脂。而后自然冷却到室温即获得了咖啡渣原料。
本发明还提供了一种咖啡渣仿皮革的制备方法,下面对该制备方法进行说明。
如图1所示,本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
执行步骤S11,提供PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂的混合料,将所提供的PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂按照以下重量份混合均匀形成混合料:PVC(Polyvinyl choride,聚氯乙烯)40份~20份、聚氨酯(Polyurethane,PU)40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份;接着执行步骤S12;
执行步骤S12,将混合均匀的混合料送入压延机中压延成膜片;接着执行步骤S13;
执行步骤S13,提供基布,将基布与膜片相贴合;接着执行步骤S14;
执行步骤S14,对膜片进行发泡、吸纹,从而制得咖啡渣仿皮革。
具体地,将混合料加入到密炼机中进行混合均匀,得到混合料后,再将混合料加入到开炼机进行开炼,使各原料进一步混合。
在一种实施例中,选取PVC40KG、聚氨酯40KG、咖啡渣25KG、光稳定剂3KG、抗氧剂1KG、色母粒0.5KG和发泡剂1KG,将该些原料投入到密炼机中进行混合均匀,而后将混合料投入到开炼机中进行开炼,达到塑化状态后,将其转移到延压机中,调整需要的厚度进行延压形成膜片,较佳该膜片的厚度在0.3mm,而后将该膜片与一基布相贴合,而后对该膜片进行发泡、吸纹,从而得到咖啡渣仿皮革。基布较佳采用涤纶布、棉布、丙纶布或者无纺布。
在另一种实施例中,选取PVC35KG、聚氨酯50KG、咖啡渣40KG、光稳定剂3KG、抗氧剂2KG、色母粒1KG以及发泡剂2KG,将该些原料投入到密炼机中进行混合均匀,而后将混合料投入到开炼机中进行开炼,达到塑化状态后,将其转移到延压机中,调整需要的厚度进行延压形成膜片,较佳该膜片的厚度在0.2mm,而后将该膜片与一基布相贴合,而后对该膜片进行发泡、吸纹,从而得到咖啡渣仿皮革。基布较佳采用涤纶布、棉布、丙纶布或者无纺布。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,在混入咖啡渣之前,对咖啡渣进行如下处理:
对咖啡渣进行研磨以得到粒径为40目~80目的咖啡渣;
对研磨好的咖啡渣进行清洗;
对清洗好的咖啡渣进行烘干;
对烘干好的咖啡渣进行除油。
将本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革与普通的PVC人造革进行气味测试对比,本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革采用上述制备方法制得,普通的PVC人造革的主要原料有增塑剂、PVC、聚氨酯以及发泡剂。将两种皮革放在强光下照射一段时间后进行对比,普通的PVC人造革具有明显气味,使人感觉不适;而本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革有一点气味,但较为不明显。采用气味儿测试方法对两种材料进行测试,按照德国大众公司的标准PV3900-2000进行检测,普通的PVC人造革的气味等级在5级,属于有强烈的干扰性气味;本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革的气味等级在2级,属于有气味,但无干扰性气味。
本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革及其制备方法在PVC中加入了咖啡渣,咖啡渣具有天然的物理性吸附功能,对人体无任何伤害,非常的环保健康,咖啡渣的加入可吸附皮革散发的异味儿,达到降低异味散发的效果,能够增强用户的体验感,满足人们对皮革用品的高要求。本发明的咖啡渣仿皮革中未加入增塑剂,减少了油烟排放,达到环境友好型的生态合成革。
本发明还提供了一种带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子,下面对该带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子的结构进行说明。
如图2所示,该带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子包括基层21、复数个纤维编织层22、咖啡渣颗粒以及面层23,基层21为上述的咖啡渣仿皮革层,该基层21包括以下重量份的原料:PVC40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份。复数个纤维编织层22设于基层21之上,每一纤维编织层均具有横纵向排列设置的编织孔隙;咖啡渣颗粒填设于纤维编织层的编织孔隙内;面层23盖设在复数个纤维编织层22之上,该面层23具有透气孔隙,且透气孔隙的尺寸小于咖啡渣颗粒的尺寸。
较佳地,复数个纤维编织层22层层叠设在一起,在纤维编织层的编织空隙内填满咖啡渣颗粒,利用咖啡渣颗粒的除味、吸汗功能,可使得垫子具有除味及吸汗的功能。
咖啡渣颗粒在填入到纤维编织层内之前需要进行处理,对咖啡渣颗粒进行清洗除尘;对清洗好的咖啡渣颗粒进行烘干;对烘干好的咖啡渣颗粒进行除油。如此得到的咖啡渣颗粒具有较高的孔隙率,较高的吸附性能,提高其吸汗除味的效果。
又佳地,面层23和基层21可通过胶与复数个纤维编织层22粘结固定,采用胶粘结时,将胶粘层涂覆于面层23的四周,将面层23和纤维编织层22的四周粘结固定,这样可不影响面层23的透气性。胶粘层粘结基层21和纤维编织层22时,可满涂于基层21和纤维编织层22之间。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,复数个纤维编织层22的编织孔隙的尺寸从下至上逐渐变小,也即位于下方的纤维编织层内填塞的咖啡渣颗粒较多,位于上方的纤维编织层内的填塞的咖啡渣颗粒较少。较佳地,在最顶层的纤维编织层内不加入咖啡渣颗粒,以避免咖啡渣颗粒向外露。
进一步地,纤维编织层22采用咖啡纤维编织层和竹炭纤维编织层,咖啡纤维编织层和竹炭纤维编织层层叠设置,咖啡纤维编织层采用咖啡纤维编织形成,竹炭纤维编织层采用竹炭纤维编织形成。
其中的咖啡纤维用棉浆粕和咖啡渣为原料制成,具体的,选取短丝生成用棉浆粕作为原材料,经浸渍、压榨、粉碎、老成、黄化、溶解、脱泡、过滤工序,制得粘胶溶液;将咖啡渣研磨成粉末,进行清洗、烘干以及除油后,加入到水溶液中得到浆料,将浆料加入到胶粘溶液中,混合均匀后,制得纺丝粘胶溶液,咖啡渣的加入量占粘胶溶液中纤维素重量的10%;将制得的纺丝粘胶溶液在凝固浴中纺丝成型,经牵伸、精炼、烘干工序制得咖啡纤维,凝固浴为硫酸、硫酸锌和硫酸钠的水溶液,硫酸的浓度为115g/L、硫酸锌的浓度为30g/L以及硫酸钠的浓度为360g/L,温度为40℃。
较佳地,控制咖啡纤维编织层和竹炭纤维编织层的编织孔隙的大小时,通过选取不同直径的纤维线来实现,纤维线的直径越小,其编织形成的编织层内的孔隙尺寸就越小,反之,纤维线的直径越大,其编织形成的编织层内的孔隙尺寸就越大。
进一步地,在将咖啡渣颗粒填设于纤维编织层的编织孔隙内时,可采用如下方法实现:先将编织孔隙最小的纤维编织层铺设于平台上,而后再其上铺设一层编织孔隙稍大一些的纤维编织层,在该纤维编织层上铺设咖啡渣颗粒,振动两层纤维编织层,使得咖啡渣颗粒填入到编织孔隙内,将多余的咖啡渣颗粒刮除;接着再铺设一层纤维编织层,再铺设一层咖啡渣颗粒,通过振动让咖啡渣颗粒填入到编织孔隙内,重复该步骤,直至铺设好编织孔隙最大的纤维编织层,再将面层粘贴于该编织孔隙最大的纤维编织层上。或者还可以采用如下方法实现:将复数个纤维编织层以编织孔隙从小到大层叠设置,在最上面铺设一层咖啡渣颗粒,接着振动该些纤维编织层,让咖啡渣颗粒填入到编织孔隙内。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,如图3所示,基层21有部分包覆于的复数个纤维编织层22的侧部。利用基层21的侧部包覆住纤维编织层22的侧部,可避免纤维编织层22内填设在咖啡渣颗粒外露。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,面层23为冰凉纤维制成的织物层,具有较好的透气性能,降温效果好。冰凉纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,能够保持较长时间的低温,使人体触摸感到冰凉。面层23中还包括蚕丝,蚕丝与冰凉纤维混合编织形成面层23,如此可降低面层23的成本。
本发明的带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子内部具有咖啡渣,通过面层的透气性能,使得咖啡渣能够发挥其吸附功能,实现吸汗和除味的效果,该垫子可以做成坐垫、床垫、餐垫以及鼠标垫等,用途广泛。面层采用冰凉纤维,具有表面冰凉的效果,降温效果好,适合夏季使用。
本发明还提供了一种带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子的制备方法,下面对该制备方法进行说明。
本发明的带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
利用纤维编织形成纤维编织层,所形成的纤维编织层具有横纵向排列设置的编织孔隙;
将复数个纤维编织层依次相贴设置;
提供咖啡渣颗粒,将咖啡渣颗粒填设于编织孔隙内;
提供PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂,将所提供的PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂按照以下重量份混合均匀:PVC40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份;
将混合均匀的混合料送入压延机中压延成膜片;
提供基布,将基布与膜片的下表面相贴合;
将的复数个纤维编织层与膜片的上表面相贴合;
对膜片进行发泡以使得基布和的复数个纤维编织层与经发泡的膜片连成一体;
提供具有透气孔隙的面层,且透气孔隙的尺寸小于咖啡渣的尺寸,将面层盖设于的复数个纤维编织层的上表面,并将面层与的复数个纤维编织层连接在一起,从而就制得了带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子。
较佳地,将面层的四周与纤维编织层的四周通过粘胶连接固定。
又佳地,纤维编织层采用咖啡纤维编织层和竹炭纤维编织层。面层采用蚕丝与冰凉纤维混合编织形成,具有较好的透气性能,降温效果好。冰凉纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,能够保持较长时间的低温,使人体触摸感到冰凉。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,提供咖啡渣颗粒之后,还包括:
对咖啡渣颗粒进行清洗;
对清洗好的咖啡渣颗粒进行烘干;
对烘干好的咖啡渣颗粒进行除油。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,本发明的制备方法还包括:
裁切的复数个纤维编织层,让复数个纤维编织层尺寸小于基布和膜片的尺寸;
将复数个纤维编织层贴合于膜片的上表面时,让纤维编织层的四周与膜片的四周留设一定距离;
对膜片进行发泡时,经发泡的膜片有部分包覆于的复数个纤维编织层的侧部。
利用膜片发泡包覆住纤维编织层的侧部,可避免纤维编织层内填入的咖啡渣颗粒外露,能够将咖啡渣颗粒封装在纤维编织层内。
在本发明的一种具体实施方式中,先将编织孔隙最小的纤维编织层铺设于平台上,而后再其上铺设一层编织孔隙稍大一些的纤维编织层,在该纤维编织层上铺设咖啡渣颗粒,振动两层纤维编织层,使得咖啡渣颗粒填入到编织孔隙内,将多余的咖啡渣颗粒刮除;接着再铺设一层纤维编织层,再铺设一层咖啡渣颗粒,通过振动让咖啡渣颗粒填入到编织孔隙内,重复该步骤,直至铺设好编织孔隙最大的纤维编织层,再将面层粘贴于该编织孔隙最大的纤维编织层上。
在另一种具体实施方式中,将复数个纤维编织层以编织孔隙从小到大层叠设置,在最上面铺设一层咖啡渣颗粒,接着振动该些纤维编织层,让咖啡渣颗粒填入到编织孔隙内。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。因而,实施例中的某些细节不应构成对本发明的限定,本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种咖啡渣仿皮革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
提供PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂,将所提供的PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂按照以下重量份混合均匀形成混合料:PVC 40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份;
将混合均匀的混合料送入压延机中压延成膜片;
提供基布,将所述基布与所述膜片相贴合;以及
对所述膜片进行发泡、吸纹,从而制得咖啡渣仿皮革。
2.如权利要求1所述的咖啡渣仿皮革的制备方法,其特征在于,在混入咖啡渣之前,对所述咖啡渣进行如下处理:
对所述咖啡渣进行研磨以得到粒径为40目~80目的咖啡渣;
对研磨好的咖啡渣进行清洗;
对清洗好的咖啡渣进行烘干;
对烘干好的咖啡渣进行除油。
3.一种咖啡渣仿皮革,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:PVC 40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份。
4.如权利要求3所述的咖啡渣仿皮革,其特征在于,所述咖啡渣经研磨形成粒径为40目~80目的咖啡渣,且所述咖啡渣经清洗、烘干以及除油处理。
5.一种带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
利用纤维编织形成纤维编织层,所形成的纤维编织层具有横纵向排列设置的编织孔隙;
将复数个纤维编织层依次相贴设置;
提供咖啡渣颗粒,将所述咖啡渣颗粒填设于所述纤维编织层的编织孔隙内;
提供PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂,将所提供的PVC、聚氨酯、咖啡渣、光稳定剂、抗氧剂、色母粒以及发泡剂按照以下重量份混合均匀形成混合料:PVC 40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份;
将混合均匀的混合料送入压延机中压延成膜片;
提供基布,将所述基布与所述膜片的下表面相贴合;
将所述的复数个纤维编织层与所述膜片的上表面相贴合;
对所述膜片进行发泡以使得所述基布和所述的复数个纤维编织层与经发泡的膜片连成一体;
提供具有透气孔隙的面层,且所述透气孔隙的尺寸小于所述咖啡渣的尺寸,将所述面层盖设于所述的复数个纤维编织层的上表面,并将所述面层与所述的复数个纤维编织层连接在一起,从而就制得了带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子。
6.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,利用纤维编织形成纤维编织层的步骤包括:
提供咖啡纤维,利用咖啡纤维编织形成咖啡纤维编织层;
提供竹炭纤维,利用竹炭纤维编织形成竹炭纤维编织层。
7.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括:
裁切所述的复数个纤维编织层,让所述的复数个纤维编织层尺寸小于所述基布和所述膜片的尺寸;
将复数个纤维编织层贴合于所述膜片的上表面时,让所述纤维编织层的四周与所述膜片的四周留设一定距离;
对所述膜片进行发泡时,经发泡的膜片有部分包覆于所述的复数个纤维编织层的侧部。
8.一种带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子,其特征在于,包括:
基层,所述基层包括以下重量份的原料:PVC 40份~20份、聚氨酯40份~59份、咖啡渣10份~40份、光稳定剂3份~5份、抗氧剂1份~3份、色母粒0.5份~2份以及发泡剂0.5份~10份;
设于所述基层之上且依次相贴设置的复数个纤维编织层,每一所述纤维编织层均具有横纵向排列设置的编织孔隙;
填设于所述编织孔隙内的咖啡渣颗粒;以及
盖设于所述的复数个纤维编织层之上的面层,所述面层具有透气孔隙,且所述透气孔隙的尺寸小于所述咖啡渣颗粒的尺寸。
9.如权利要求8所述的带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子,其特征在于,所述的复数个纤维编织层的编织孔隙的尺寸从下至上逐渐变小。
10.如权利要求8所述的带有咖啡渣仿皮革的垫子,其特征在于,所述纤维编织层包括咖啡纤维编织层和竹炭纤维编织层。
