本发明涉及房屋装修技术领域,尤其涉及一种防火厨房。
背景技术
人们的饮食条件越来越好,做饭时用到更多的油。但是现在的人们节奏较快,经常出现灶台做着饭,人去忙其他事的情况。此时较易出现火情,而油燃火后无法用水扑灭,并且油具有一定的附着性,容易粘附在易燃的木质柜体上,加大火情。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,解决或至少减轻目前厨房着火不易扑灭的问题,提供一种防火厨房。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防火厨房,包括房体,所述房体内设置有橱柜和墙柜,所述橱柜包括灶台区和洗涮区,所述灶台区放置有灶台,所述墙柜设置于灶台侧上方,所述洗涮区设置有水管,所述墙柜内设置有干粉灭火系统,所述橱柜内设置有喷淋灭火系统,所述房体的进出口处设置有人体传感器,所述灶台设置有火焰传感器;
所述防火厨房还包括控制器,所述控制器配置为:通过人体传感器判断房体内是否有人,通过火焰传感器判断灶台是否起火;当房体没没人而灶台起火时,控制器控制喷淋灭火系统向灶台处喷射干粉、喷淋灭火系统向地面喷淋水;
所述干粉灭火系统包括储粉罐、气罐和干粉喷头,所述储粉罐和气罐均放置于墙柜内,所述干粉喷头连通至储粉罐和气罐,若干个干粉喷头伸出墙柜且朝向灶台;
所述喷淋灭火系统包括连通至水管的水喷头,若干个所述水喷头阵列设置于橱柜的洗涮区下部且朝向地面。

通过上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的设置有人体传感器和火焰传感器,能够在厨房无人时判断是否出现火情,起火时能自动控制干粉灭火系统对灶台喷射干粉,将油引发的燃火喷灭,控制火情进一步蔓延,火情较大时燃火会沿橱柜掉落在地面,此时喷淋灭火系统向地面的燃火喷射水流,将火熄灭,避免火势过大引燃房体。
本发明的橱柜和墙柜的纵向外表面均铺设有防火面料,防火面料内设置有热膨胀层,热膨胀层包括若干条纵向阵列设置的横条段;燃火的油附着在防火面料上时,膨胀胶层受热膨胀,横条段处的外表面形成向下倾斜的斜面,使燃火的油直接掉落到地面,避免长时间受热引燃柜体,防止火情进一步扩大。
本发明的隔火层具有一定的阻燃性能;羊毛纤维表面具有一层鳞片层。鳞片表层为一完整包覆整个鳞片细胞的双层结构。鳞片表层的外部为类脂层,类脂层之下为蛋白层。羊毛表面类脂层的存在,使羊毛具有疏水性,有防水的作用。鳞片层向外撑开并突出,使纤维表面粗糙,且其粗糙已达到纳米水平。在纺纱之前对羊毛纤维进行预缩整理,使其充分膨胀,可提高后续面料的尺寸稳定性,减小面料界面表面张力,增加其拒外来物质黏附的能力。织造时,增加紧度,也可减少织物界面表面张力,降低外来物质对织物的黏附性。阻燃粘胶是以木浆为原料,经静态混合直接输入纺丝部位纺丝。其阻燃介质具有无毒、不溶解、无卤素等优良特点。且阻燃剂的加入不会影响纤维的自然白度、吸水性及手感。在高温环境下,具有较强的阻燃隔热性能。导电纤维的混入使面料具有非常好的防静电性能,提高了面料的安全性和舒适性。

防火厨房还包括控制器,控制器配置为:通过人体传感器判断房体1内是否有人,通过火焰传感器判断灶台是否起火;当房体1没没人而灶台起火时,控制器控制喷淋灭火系统向灶台处喷射干粉、喷淋灭火系统向地面喷淋水;

膨胀胶层102由热膨胀橡胶制成,热膨胀橡胶以EPDM为基材的胶粘剂,加入了阻燃剂、定型剂和热膨胀石墨。这种热膨胀橡胶未添加含卤化合物,所以即使燃烧也不会产生氯化氢、氰化氢及氨气等有害气体,保障了人身安全。
本发明的人体传感器采用品牌为拓安达、型号为TAD-K218D-220的红外线人体感应传感器,火焰传感器采用品牌为HAMAMATSU、型号为R2868的紫外线火焰探测器。
本发明的设置有人体传感器和火焰传感器,能够在厨房无人时判断是否出现火情,起火时能自动控制干粉灭火系统对灶台喷射干粉,将油引发的燃火喷灭,控制火情进一步蔓延,火情较大时燃火会沿橱柜2掉落在地面,此时喷淋灭火系统向地面的燃火喷射水流,将火熄灭,避免火势过大引燃房体1。
本发明的橱柜2和墙柜3的纵向外表面均铺设有防火面料,防火面料内设置有热膨胀层7,热膨胀层7包括若干条纵向阵列设置的横条段10;燃火的油附着在防火面料上时,膨胀胶层102受热膨胀,横条段10处的外表面形成向下倾斜的斜面,使燃火的油直接掉落到地面,避免长时间受热引燃柜体,防止火情进一步扩大。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火厨房,其特征在于,所述墙柜(3)的数量为两个,两个所述墙柜(3)分别位于灶台的上方两侧,两个墙柜(3)分别放置储粉罐(11)和气罐(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火厨房,其特征在于,所述橱柜(2)和墙柜(3)的纵向外表面均铺设有防火面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火厨房,其特征在于,所述防火面料包括从内向外依次设置的内衬(6)、热膨胀层(7)、隔火层(8)和金属层(9),所述热膨胀层(7)包括若干条纵向阵列设置的横条段(10),所述横条段(10)包括耐热胶层(101)和膨胀胶层(102),所述耐热胶层(101)的截面形状呈上小下大的直角三角形,所述膨胀胶层(102)的截面呈与耐热胶层(101)的截面形状对应的上大下小的直角三角形,膨胀胶层(102)位于耐热胶层(101)外侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火厨房,其特征在于,所述膨胀胶层(102)由热膨胀橡胶制成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火厨房,其特征在于,所述金属层(9)为隔火层(8)外表面喷附的铝粉。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火厨房,其特征在于,所述隔火层(8)包括如下质量百分百的组分:阻燃纤维60-65%,羊毛15-20%,锦纶7-10%,对位芳纶8%,导电纤维2%。
