Background
Experiments prove that the use of the biogas manure plays a remarkable role in crop growth and yield increase, not only can reduce environmental pollution to a certain extent, but also can maximally utilize rural waste resources, however, with the increasing amount of biogas in China, how to efficiently treat the biogas manure becomes a difficult problem to be treated urgently.
At present, biogas fertilizers produced in domestic biogas engineering are mainly used for realizing solid-liquid dual purposes through solid-liquid separation of biogas residues and biogas slurry, wherein the separated biogas residues are usually treated as organic fertilizers and returned to fields; the biogas slurry is mainly used for irrigation by planting and raising in south China, but the biogas slurry has the defects of large number of scattered households and small scale in animal husbandry in China, so that certain limitation is brought to the use of the biogas slurry for irrigation; in the north, a biogas slurry spreading machine is adopted to directly transport biogas slurry to the field for spreading application, namely the biogas slurry in the tank body is sent to a distributor by combining environmental protection requirements, agricultural requirements and the like, and finally the biogas slurry is scattered by a hose which sends the biogas slurry to shallow trench earth.
The use of biogas slurry by irrigation is not only labor intensive, but also affects existing irrigation systems, and therefore mechanical distribution of biogas slurry has become a necessary trend, wherein the distributor is a core component of the biogas slurry distribution machine. However, in order to prevent the distributor from being blocked, the conventional biogas slurry spreading machine needs to perform solid-liquid separation on biogas manure in advance, otherwise, the distributor is blocked and is unevenly distributed in the biogas manure distribution process, and other problems are caused.
