技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国“三北”地区及水土流失严重地区每年都在大面积的植树造林及绿化植被,但由于受当地气候、地形地貌及管理手段等因素制约,每年的成活率极低。主要原因是:1、在播种前只是对种子进行简单的浸种处理,没有较好的保护措施;2、播撒的种子容易受到各种虫类、啮齿类动物及食草类动物的侵害;3、很容易被大风吹走而不能就地生根;4、播种后没有很好地养护等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子及其制备方法,将各类植物种子,经过内层、中间层、外层组份进行团粒处理,让种子带有多层相同或者不同结构的外包团粒层团粒化外层的种子,在经过养护或者自然降水后外层逐步分解破碎形成营养层和储水能力基质土壤,让种子发芽生长。而少量的水分,或者短时间遇水则不会破损,从而保护种子在特定的足够的水分下发芽,而维持生长的性能。

一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)种子经过挑选,去掉坏的,残缺的;
2)将内层组分高分子团粒剂、高分子稳定剂、高分子粘合剂、石蜡、植物胶、明胶、黏土、膨润土混合得到防水混合物;将防水混合物经过喷淋机喷淋在步骤1中挑选好的种子表面,得到高分子粘结防水层种子;
3)将步骤2中得到的附着高分子粘结层的种子拌和均匀后放入高速风干机中进行25-45℃的干燥处理;
4)预先将中间层组分高分子团粒剂、土壤稳定剂、柔性稳定剂、改良剂、抑菌剂、膨润土、黏土、粘合剂、肥料、有机质、腐殖酸、硫酸铜份、水泥、水泥改良剂、石膏、细木纤维、合成纤维、菌剂、生长调节剂、AB菌、益生菌、种植土,水解氨基酸、草炭土、聚丙烯材料、聚氨酯材料、硫酸亚铁、腐殖质、复合型纤维、木质素、木纤维、高分子保水剂、粘合剂、钙镁磷肥,尿素、硫酸二胺、磷酸二胺、硫酸二氢钾、赤霉素、磷酸钾、微量元素肥、百菌清、多菌灵、钙粉,石蜡、乳化沥青混合成30-90%浓度的悬浮液备用;另一部分中间层材料经过研磨机成为粉末状材料备用;
5)将步骤4中得到的悬浮液采用喷淋机以喷淋的方式喷洒在步骤3中干燥后的种子表面,然后滚入步骤4经过研磨的粉末材料中,得到中间层团粒种子;
6)将步骤5中得到的中间层团粒种子震荡2-5s后筛选后采用高速风干机中干燥处理;
7)将外层组分高分子团粒剂、高分子稳定剂、柔性稳定剂、高分子粘合剂、石蜡、植物胶,明胶,蛋白纤维、石油提取物、乳化沥青、黏土、膨润土,石膏、水泥、水泥改良剂、炭粉、硫酸亚铁、高分子吸水剂、灭菌剂混合在一起得到混合液,将混合液采用喷淋机以喷淋的方式喷洒在步骤6中干燥处理后的中间层团粒种子表面,再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子。
进一步,所述步骤5中还可将步骤3中干燥后的种子采用浸泡的方式浸泡在步骤4中得到的悬浮液中。
进一步,所述步骤5中可根据需要的厚度多次进行步骤5、步骤6的操作。
进一步,所述步骤7中还可将步骤6中干燥处理后的种子浸泡在混合液中2-5s后再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子及其制备方法,将各类植物种子,经过内层、中间层、外层组份进行团粒处理,让种子带有多层相同或者不同结构的外包团粒层团粒化外层的种子,在经过养护或者自然降水后外层逐步分解破碎形成营养层和储水能力基质土壤,让种子发芽生长。而少量的水分,或者短时间遇水则不会破损,从而保护种子在特定的足够的水分下发芽,而维持生长的性能。内层主要具有养分和基质,给种子提供足够的萌发需求,中间层具有较强的吸水膨胀性能,给植物提供有效的水分和生长环境,并且有一定的肥力和元素,提供长期的支持,外层主要具有保护性能,和附着能力,可以吸附或者掉落在岩石缝隙等地方,沙漠等需要的环境里,可以不被雨水冲走,或者风吹走,也不被鸟类的误食,也具有一定的保护性能。

7)将外层组分高分子团粒剂、高分子稳定剂、柔性稳定剂、高分子粘合剂、石蜡、植物胶,明胶,蛋白纤维、石油提取物、乳化沥青、黏土、膨润土,石膏、水泥、水泥改良剂、炭粉、硫酸亚铁、高分子吸水剂、灭菌剂混合在一起得到混合液,将混合液采用喷淋机以喷淋的方式喷洒在步骤6中干燥处理后的中间层团粒种子表面,再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子;还可将步骤6中干燥处理后的种子浸泡在混合液中2s后再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子。

6)将步骤5中得到的中间层团粒种子震荡2-5s后筛选后采用高速风干机中干燥处理;
7)将外层组分高分子团粒剂、高分子稳定剂、柔性稳定剂、高分子粘合剂、石蜡、植物胶,明胶,蛋白纤维、石油提取物、乳化沥青、黏土、膨润土,石膏、水泥、水泥改良剂、炭粉、硫酸亚铁、高分子吸水剂、灭菌剂混合在一起得到混合液,将混合液采用喷淋机以喷淋的方式喷洒在步骤6中干燥处理后的中间层团粒种子表面,再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子;还可将步骤6中干燥处理后的种子浸泡在混合液中3.5s后再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子。
经过1-2-3等步骤或者循环其中的一个或者多个过程,似的种子外层包裹0.2-2厘米厚的外壳。经过低温快速风干得到有外壳保护的团粒种子,此时种子依然具有可以发芽的能力。并且可以长期保存。有防虫,防潮的特性。

外层按重量份计包括:高分子团粒剂2.5-5.5份、高分子稳定剂5.5-9.5份、柔性稳定剂2.25-5.25份、高分子粘合剂3.25-7.25份、石蜡0.25-4.25份、植物胶0.1-0.8份,明胶1.1-1.8份,蛋白纤维1.25-4.25份、石油提取物1.25-5.25份、乳化沥青0.25-3.25份、黏土30-60份、膨润土80-120份,石膏20-35份、水泥2-7份、水泥改良剂2-7份、炭粉18-33份、硫酸亚铁10.5-15.5份、高分子吸水剂18-28份、灭菌剂0.01-0.05份。
2.一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)种子经过挑选,去掉坏的,残缺的;
2)将内层组分高分子团粒剂、高分子稳定剂、高分子粘合剂、石蜡、植物胶、明胶、黏土、膨润土混合得到防水混合物;将防水混合物经过喷淋机喷淋在步骤1中挑选好的种子表面,得到高分子粘结防水层种子;
3)将步骤2中得到的附着高分子粘结层的种子拌和均匀后放入高速风干机中进行25-45℃的干燥处理;
4)预先将中间层组分高分子团粒剂、土壤稳定剂、柔性稳定剂、改良剂、抑菌剂、膨润土、黏土、粘合剂、肥料、有机质、腐殖酸、硫酸铜份、水泥、水泥改良剂、石膏、细木纤维、合成纤维、菌剂、生长调节剂、AB菌、益生菌、种植土,水解氨基酸、草炭土、聚丙烯材料、聚氨酯材料、硫酸亚铁、腐殖质、复合型纤维、木质素、木纤维、高分子保水剂、粘合剂、钙镁磷肥,尿素、硫酸二胺、磷酸二胺、硫酸二氢钾、赤霉素、磷酸钾、微量元素肥、百菌清、多菌灵、钙粉,石蜡、乳化沥青混合成30-90%浓度的悬浮液备用;另一部分中间层材料经过研磨机成为粉末状材料备用;
5)将步骤4中得到的悬浮液采用喷淋机以喷淋的方式喷洒在步骤3中干燥后的种子表面,然后滚入步骤4经过研磨的粉末材料中,得到中间层团粒种子;
6)将步骤5中得到的中间层团粒种子震荡2-5s后筛选后采用高速风干机中干燥处理;
7)将外层组分高分子团粒剂、高分子稳定剂、柔性稳定剂、高分子粘合剂、石蜡、植物胶,明胶,蛋白纤维、石油提取物、乳化沥青、黏土、膨润土,石膏、水泥、水泥改良剂、炭粉、硫酸亚铁、高分子吸水剂、灭菌剂混合在一起得到混合液,将混合液采用喷淋机以喷淋的方式喷洒在步骤6中干燥处理后的中间层团粒种子表面,再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5中还可将步骤3中干燥后的种子采用浸泡的方式浸泡在步骤4中得到的悬浮液中。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5中可根据需要的厚度多次进行步骤5、步骤6的操作。
5.根据权利要求7所述的一种仿生自然成活的团粒化种子的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤7中还可将步骤6中干燥处理后的种子浸泡在混合液中2-5s后再进行低温高速风干处理,得到高成活率团粒化种子。
