At present, the unwinding tension and the winding tension are controlled manually or intelligently to adjust and control the winding tightness of the mica tapes, the thickness of the mica tapes is not uniform, the tension control requirement is higher when the mica tapes with narrower width are cut, otherwise, the cut ultra-narrow split-disc mica tapes are cracked or crossed due to uneven tightness, the yield is extremely low, and even partial width of the split-disc mica tapes cannot be split.
