Background
The flexible display screen can form an accommodating cavity after being bent, and a support part is usually arranged in the accommodating cavity, but the conventional support part is completely abutted against the bent part, so that the flexible display screen is easily damaged in the bending process, and the product yield is reduced.

In some embodiments, a composite film layer is disposed between the curved flexible display screen and the support; the composite film layer covers the first sub-portion and part of the first bending portion;
a clamping groove is formed in the first end part, close to the first sub part side, of the supporting piece;
the end part of the composite film layer, which is close to the first bending part, is abutted against the clamping groove.
In some embodiments, the depth of the clamping groove matches the thickness of the composite film layer.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the display device 100 of the present embodiment includes a curved flexible display screen 10 and a support member 20.
The curved flexible display screen 10 has a receiving chamber (not shown); the curved flexible display screen 10 includes a first sub-portion 11, a second sub-portion 12 and a first bending portion 13; the first sub-part 11 and the second sub-part 12 are spaced apart from each other. In one embodiment, the curved flexible display screen 10 may include a flexible display panel, which may be a flexible organic light emitting diode display panel or a flexible liquid crystal display panel, and a touch layer. Wherein the first sub-portion 11 is opposite to the second sub-portion 12.
Referring to fig. 2, a supporting element 20 is disposed in the accommodating chamber, the supporting element 20 is used for supporting the first sub-portion 11 and the second sub-portion 12, a first end portion 21 of the supporting element 20 is spaced from the first bending portion 13, and the first end portion 21 is close to the first bending portion 13.
Because the first end of the supporting member 20 and the first bending portion 13 are spaced, the flexible display screen is prevented from being damaged in the bending process, and the yield of products is improved.
In another embodiment, in order to further damage the flexible display screen during the bending process, a clamping groove 201 is provided on a first end 211 of the supporting member 20 near the first sub-portion 11 side; a composite film layer 30 is arranged between the curved flexible display screen 10 and the support member 20; the composite film layer 30 covers the first sub-portion 11 and a part of the first bent portion 13; the end of the composite film layer 30 close to the first bending portion 13 abuts against the engaging groove 201 to prevent the composite film layer from being dislocated. The first end 211 near the first sub-section 11 side is an upper right corner end.
In one embodiment, to improve the stability of the composite film layer, the depth of the slot 201 is matched to the thickness of the composite film layer 30. In one embodiment, the composite film 30 may include a stress buffer layer and a water blocking layer on the surface of the stress buffer layer. The stress buffer layer is made of bending-resistant transparent material. The composite film layer 30 is used to reduce bending stress to protect the display screen.
In another embodiment, to simplify the manufacturing process, the first end 212 of the supporting element 20 close to the second sub-portion 12 has a first included angle Q, and the first included angle Q is not equal to 90 degrees. I.e., the first end 212 is disposed obliquely between the two sidewalls. In a preferred embodiment, the first included angle Q is greater than 90 degrees and less than 135 degrees. The first end 212 of the supporting member 20 near the second sub-portion 12 is an end of a lower right corner.
Returning to fig. 1, the display device 100 may further include: and the flexible circuit board 40, wherein the flexible circuit board 40 is connected with one end of the second sub-portion 12, which is far away from the first bending portion 13.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a display device according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the display device of the present embodiment is different from the display device of the previous embodiment in that: the second end 23 of the supporting member 20 of the present embodiment, which is close to the second sub-portion 12 side, is provided with a chamfer. The second end 23 of the supporting member 20 near the second sub-portion 12 is an end of a lower left corner.
Wherein the second end 23 of the supporting member 20 close to the second sub-portion 12 abuts against a part of the flexible circuit board 40, the second end 23 is provided with a chamfer, and the second end 23 is far away from the first bending portion 13. Preferably, the chamfer is arc-shaped,
on the basis of the above embodiment, since the second end 23 of the supporting member 20 close to the second sub-portion 12 is provided with a chamfer, the flexible circuit board is prevented from being damaged, and the product yield is further improved.
In another embodiment, in order to reduce the size of the display device, the flexible circuit board 40 includes a second bending part 41; the second end portion 23 abuts against the second bending portion 41, that is, the flexible circuit board 40 is bent along the second end portion, so that the volume occupied by the flexible circuit board 40 is reduced, and the size of the display device is reduced.

The electronic device 200 includes the display device 100. In an embodiment, the electronic apparatus 200 may further include a main board 110, the main board 110 is electrically connected to the display device 100, specifically, the main board 110 is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board 40, and the display device 100 is any one of the display devices described above.
Although not shown, the electronic device may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described in detail herein.
The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer monitor, a game machine, a television, a wearable device, and other life appliances or household appliances with display functions.

a support member disposed in the accommodation chamber, the support member being configured to support the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion,
the first end part of the supporting piece and the first bending part are arranged at intervals, and the first end part is close to the first bending part;
a composite film layer is arranged between the bent flexible display screen and the supporting piece; the composite film layer covers the first sub-portion and part of the first bending portion;
a clamping groove is formed in the first end part, close to the first sub part side, of the supporting piece;
the end part, close to the first bending part, of the composite film layer is abutted to the clamping groove;
the composite film layer comprises a stress buffer layer and a water-resistant layer positioned on the surface of the stress buffer layer.

the depth of the clamping groove is matched with the thickness of the composite film layer.
3. The display device according to claim 1,
the supporting piece is arranged between the first end portion close to the second sub portion side and the first bending portion at an interval.

the first end part of the supporting part close to the second sub-part side is provided with a first included angle which is not equal to 90 degrees.

the first included angle is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 135 degrees.
