The method can be executed in sequence or in parallel according to the method shown in the embodiment or the figure when the method is executed in an actual processing procedure or a device.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a logistics item management method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201, responding to the project management creation request, creating a management object template corresponding to the logistics project to be managed. The management object template comprises a plurality of project management page templates, and each project management page template is a set of a plurality of management objects corresponding to the target demand attribute of the logistics project to be managed;
step 202, determining a time progressive relation among the plurality of project management page templates according to a predefined progressive relation of a project management stage and a target life cycle corresponding to the logistics project to be managed, wherein an initial state of the project management page templates is configured as a locking state.
Step 203, based on the completion index value of the management object contained in the project management page template corresponding to the current project management stage, automatically triggering a part of project management interface templates corresponding to the next project management stage adjacent to the current project management stage to execute an unlocking action.
In the above steps, the physical distribution item management apparatus creates a management object template corresponding to the physical distribution item to be managed in response to the item management creation request.
The logistics items to be managed refer to the logistics items after winning the bid. For example, on a logistics project management client, a project management creation request is received. The project management creation request is a project keyword corresponding to the bid-winning project input by the user. Or, after text scanning is carried out on the bidding document after bid winning, the project key words are extracted from the bidding document. The term keyword is, for example, a phrase extracted from the title of the bidding document. Such as logistics warehouse items, which serve as item keywords.
And after the project key words are obtained, creating a management object template corresponding to the logistics project to be managed. The management object template includes a plurality of project management page templates.
For example, the logistics storage project comprises a project information page template, a project affiliate page template, a project plan page template, a project chapter page template, a project budget tracking template, a project on-line page template, a project handover page template and a project document uploading page template related to the logistics storage project.
Each project management page template is a collection of a plurality of management objects corresponding to the target demand attributes of the logistics project to be managed. The target demand attribute refers to determining a construction target according to a standard. For example, the bidding document about the logistics storage construction project, the storage and custody service of the products, the sorting and distribution of the products, the circulation processing service, the goods tracking query, etc. are determined and provided. Based on these target demand attributes, the scope and demand of the project corresponding to the project order phase need to be determined.
The project information page template comprises a management object corresponding to the specification parameters related to the logistics storage. The management object is management information that needs to be known about a management item. For example, the management object is a project name, a project implementation area, a project related amount, a project manager, a project executor, a project stage file, an approval file of the project stage file, a project test file, and the like.
For example, a project plan page template includes: supplier data corresponding to the purchase plan, plan view data corresponding to the warehouse decoration plan, fire department storage equipment filing data, information interaction service requirement data, supplier management system design data and the like.
For example, a project document upload page template includes: and uploading an uploading interface corresponding to the file, uploading prompt requirements and the like are required in each stage of the project.
After the target demand attribute is obtained, determining the time progressive relation among the multiple project management page templates according to the predefined progressive relation of the project management stage and the target life cycle corresponding to the logistics project to be managed. The project management stage refers to a management stage defined according to logistics project management. For example, as shown in the project management phase attribute diagram of fig. 3, the project phase attributes may include a project presetting phase, a project order phase, a project planning phase, a project implementing phase, and a project handover phase. The progressive relationship of the project management stage refers to a relationship that is sequentially executed according to the progress of project management. For example, the project pre-setting stage → the project booking stage → the project planning stage → the project implementation stage → the project handover stage.
In the project presetting stage, project execution conditions of the stage are managed through a project information page. For example, the time for specifying the winning bid item, the person in charge of the winning bid item, and the contents of the item transfer.
In the project booking phase, according to the requirements of the winning bid project, determining a project range and a requirement index, specifically, completing a warehouse operation range and requirement, an information technology range and requirement, a project risk level assessment, a project budget approval and the like.
In the project planning stage, a procurement plan, a warehouse fitment plan, project permissions, and the like are determined according to the requirements determined in the project reservation stage.
Then, in the project implementation phase, the plans are determined to implement the respective plans in time phases according to the project plan phase.
And finally, entering a project transfer phase, and finishing the whole logistics warehousing project when the project transfer phase is finished.
On the basis of the embodiment, the completion condition of the current project management stage is determined by configuring an independent preset threshold value in each project management stage, and part of management work of the next project management stage is automatically unlocked based on the completion condition of the current project management stage. And automatically triggering a part of project management interface templates corresponding to the next project management stage adjacent to the current project management stage to execute an unlocking action by detecting a completion index value of a management object contained in the project management page template corresponding to the current project management stage. The completion index value is a parameter that quantifies the completion of one or more project management pages corresponding to the project management stage according to the project management stage. For example, after the project presetting phase is completed, the calculation of the budget amount in the project information page of the project booking phase is triggered through the completion condition of the BDToPD page.
In the embodiment of the application, the work overlapping time of the adjacent project management stages is automatically calculated by the system, so that the time consumed by manually counting project management data is saved, and the project management efficiency is effectively improved.
In the above step, creating a management object template corresponding to the logistics item to be managed includes:
extracting target demand attributes of the logistics items to be managed;
and searching a management template database based on the target demand attribute to obtain a management object template corresponding to the target demand attribute.
For example, the target demand attribute refers to an attribute defined according to a project keyword. For example, the warehouse logistics is used as a keyword to represent the target demand attribute, and the template database is searched according to the warehouse logistics to obtain a management object template corresponding to the warehouse logistics, where the management object template includes a plurality of management objects corresponding to the warehouse logistics, such as a warehouse operation range and demand, warehouse-related equipment such as shelves and the like, a warehouse plan view required by the warehouse, information interaction equipment required by the warehouse logistics, software and hardware products required by the warehouse management, and the like.
In the above step, determining a time progression relationship between a plurality of project management page templates according to a predefined progression relationship of a project management stage and a target life cycle corresponding to a logistics project to be managed may include the following steps:
combining a plurality of project management page templates according to the progressive relation of the project management stages to obtain a project management page template corresponding to each project management stage;
extracting a target life cycle of a logistics project to be managed;
segmenting the life cycle of the target to obtain a time interval corresponding to each project management stage;
determining the starting time and the ending time corresponding to the project management page corresponding to each project management stage according to the progressive relation and the time interval;
and determining the time progressive relation among the plurality of project management page templates according to the starting time and the ending time.
The target life cycle refers to a target time node determined by the logistics item to be managed based on the winning contract, or is called item delivery time. The value may be determined based on the date of the winning contract. For example, the winning date is the time starting point, and the delivery time of the project determined by the commitment or agreement of both parties in the bidding document is the time ending point defined in the time. The target life cycle corresponds to the time length determined by the time end point and the time starting point. For example, the winning time is 4/15/2020, and the delivery time is 7/1/2020.
And segmenting the time period according to the project management stage to obtain a plurality of time intervals, wherein each time interval is determined by a time starting point and a time ending point. For example, the project presetting phase includes 11 days, the time starting point is 4/17/2020, and the time ending point of the project presetting phase is 4/30/2020.
The project management page template is a page template defined according to the content required by the project management stage, and a plurality of predefined option contents can be included in the page template.
And then, determining the corresponding time distribution relation in one or more project management pages corresponding to each project management stage according to the progressive relation of the project management stages. For example, the project management stage has a delivery relationship of a project presetting stage, a project booking stage, a project planning stage, a project implementing stage and a project transferring stage. The project presetting stage and the project booking stage are respectively associated with project management pages, and the two stages can be associated with one project management page or a plurality of project management pages. For example, when two project management pages are associated, a project information page and a project affiliate page are associated. Wherein the project information page includes a plurality of management objects. The management objects may be, for example, project bid numbers, project bid time, project leader, internal projects, external project startup meeting time, project scope and requirements, internal budget approval, and the like. Each management object included in the item management page corresponds to one time subinterval. For example, to formulate project scope requirements, 4 natural days are required, which occupy the time interval corresponding to the project order phase. The internal budget approval requires 13 natural days, which occupy the time interval corresponding to the project booking phase. In the project booking phase, the internal budget approval is taken as a key project, and the completion index value can unlock the next project management page in the same phase, so that the connection time between projects in the same phase is effectively shortened.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a logistics item management method according to another embodiment of the present application, which is further described below with reference to fig. 4.
Step 401, in response to the project management creation request, creating a management object template corresponding to the logistics project to be managed. The management object template comprises a plurality of project management page templates, and each project management page template is a set of a plurality of management objects corresponding to the target demand attribute of the logistics project to be managed;
step 402, combining a plurality of project management page templates according to the progressive relation of the project management stages to obtain a project management page template corresponding to each project management stage;
step 403, extracting a target life cycle of the logistics project to be managed;
step 404, segmenting the life cycle of the target to obtain a time interval corresponding to each project management stage;
step 405, determining a start time and an end time corresponding to the project management page corresponding to each project management stage according to the progressive relation and the time interval;
step 406, determining a time progression relationship between the plurality of project management page templates according to the start time and the end time.
Step 407, counting the completion index values of the management objects contained in the project management page template corresponding to the current project management stage in the time interval corresponding to the current project management stage;
step 408, comparing the completion index value with a preset threshold value;
and 409, when the finish index value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, automatically triggering a part of project management interface templates corresponding to the next project management stage adjacent to the current project management stage to execute an unlocking action.
In the above steps, when the completion index value is smaller than the preset threshold, the completion index value of the management object contained in the project management page template corresponding to the current management project stage is continuously counted. Counting the completion index values of the management objects contained in the project management page template corresponding to the current project management stage, wherein the management data corresponding to the management objects contained in the project management page template corresponding to the current project management stage can be extracted; and generating a completion index value based on the data integrity and the key information corresponding to the management data.
The completion index value is generated based on the data integrity and the key information corresponding to the management data, and the method can be realized by the following steps: determining whether the project file corresponding to the management data is uploaded; when the project file is determined to be uploaded, determining whether necessary data contained in the project file is complete or not to obtain data integrity corresponding to the project file; when the data integrity reaches a data integrity threshold value, counting the file quantity of the project files which are uploaded; and generating a completion index value when the file amount is determined to reach the file number threshold value.
For example, when the management data meets a preset condition, triggering a next project management page adjacent to a previous project management page to change from a locked state to an unlocked state, and extracting the management data corresponding to a management object included in the previous project management page; and then, when the data integrity and the key information corresponding to the management data reach a preset threshold value, changing the next project management page adjacent to the previous project management page from a locked state to an unlocked state. The data integrity refers to the completion condition of the management data to be submitted contained in the project management page. For example, it may refer to the completeness of data filling for a certain page, or the number of files that need to be uploaded after the management object included in a certain page is completed, or a combination of the two. For example, the project plan page includes a procurement plan file, a warehouse fitment plan file, an IT business requirements identification and validation file. The data integrity of the management data contained in the project plan page is determined based on the weight or identification information of these files. The key information is necessary management data defined in the project management page. Still taking the project plan page as an example, the collection plan file and the warehouse decoration file in the project plan page are specified as files which need to be uploaded.
After determining whether the project file corresponding to the management data is uploaded completely, determining whether necessary data contained in the project file is complete when the project file is uploaded completely, and obtaining data integrity corresponding to the project file; when the data integrity reaches a data integrity threshold value, counting the file quantity of the project files which are uploaded; and when the file amount is determined to reach the threshold value of the file amount, changing the locking identifier corresponding to the next project management page into an unlocking state identifier.
According to the embodiment of the application, the management objects contained in the related project management pages are monitored and managed to trigger the automatic updating of the project management pages, manual triggering actions are not needed, and the efficiency of automatic logistics project management is effectively improved.
Optionally, when the management data includes an index parameter corresponding to the project phase attribute, extracting management data corresponding to a management object included in a project management page template corresponding to the current project management phase, and the method may further include: based on the detected plurality of project files corresponding to the index parameters; index parameters are extracted from each project file. The method can call a processing strategy corresponding to the project file according to the file attribute of the project file; and identifying the project file according to the processing strategy to obtain the index parameter.
For example, in the project planning stage, the uploaded project file related to the project planning page is extracted via the project planning page, the extracted management data is filled in the position of the management object corresponding to the management data in the project planning page, and the project planning page filled with the management data is generated. Extracting management data from the project file, determining an extraction algorithm according to the attribute of the project file, for example, the project file is an uploaded text document, extracting the management data from the text document through a pre-trained text extraction model, converting the extracted management data into a data format which can be recognized by a system, and filling the data format into a position, corresponding to the management data, in a page; or, if the project file is uploaded picture data, the management data can be extracted by using a picture analysis model in advance, then the management data is converted into readable management data, and the picture data is inserted into a corresponding position of a webpage to generate approval data. And automatically sending the approval data to a corresponding contact address of the auditor. The auditor can be, for example, a project principal determined in the project booking phase, and the contact address can be a mailbox address of the auditor.
Optionally, the plurality of project management pages include a management data handover page and a project audit page, and the method further includes:
when a project file corresponding to the management data handover page is received, changing the project audit page locking identifier into an unlocking state identifier;
automatically filling the project files acquired from the management data handover page and the target requirement attributes of the logistics project to be managed in the project audit page, and generating electronic approval data;
and sending the electronic approval data to an approval address associated with the project approval page.
The plurality of project management pages include a project change page, and the method further includes:
receiving an activation instruction corresponding to the project change page;
responding to the activation instruction, and sending a management object to be completed in the management object template through the project change page;
and responding to the input of the change information aiming at the management object to be completed, and sending a project change request message generated based on the change information to an approval address associated with the change information.
According to the embodiment of the application, various data input interfaces are further provided, the efficiency of synchronously operating the project management system by a plurality of users is improved, and the experience degree of the users on the project management system is improved.
In order to more clearly understand the inventive concept of the present application, the following description will be further made by taking the example of constructing logistics warehouse items in conjunction with fig. 5-6.
A user inputs a project keyword 'logistics warehouse' of a bid-winning project on a client; the client sends the project keywords to the server, the server receives the project keywords and searches a management object template corresponding to the logistics storage in a management template database according to the keywords, and the management object template comprises a project information page template, a project relation person page template, a project plan page template, a project chapter page template, a project budget tracking template, a project on-line page template, a project transfer page template, a project document uploading page template and the like related to the logistics storage project.
And when the management object template is found, sending a prompt message to the client to prompt the user to input a target time attribute related to the created logistics storage. For example, the input start time is 20 days at 4 months in 2020, and the end time is 1 day at 7 months in 2020. And calculating according to the starting time and the ending time to obtain the life cycle of the whole project as 63 days.
Then, as shown in fig. 5, the life cycle is divided into 5 time intervals according to the preset project phase attributes, the first time interval corresponds to the time of the project preset phase, and the time interval value is displayed in the graph corresponding to the project preset phase. As shown by the display 24 within the circle corresponding to the project planning phase. The value indicates that the time interval value corresponding to the project calculation stage is 24 natural days.
The time distribution of the whole project life cycle is shown in fig. 6, for example, the starting time of the first time interval is 17 days in 4 months in 2020, and the ending time is 30 days in 4 months in 2020. The first time interval was 11 days. The second time interval is a time corresponding to the project establishment phase, and for example, the start time of the second time interval is 4/27/2020, and the end time is 5/15/2020. The third time interval was 17 days. The third time interval is a time corresponding to the project planning stage, and for example, the start time of the third time interval is 4, 15 and 2020, and the end time is 5, 13 and 2020. The third time interval is 24 days. The fourth time interval is a time corresponding to the project execution phase, the starting time of the fourth time interval is 4/27/2020, the ending time is 6/29/2020, and the fourth time interval is 52/days. The fifth time interval is the time corresponding to the project handover phase, the starting time is 7/month 1/2020, and the ending time is 7/month 1/2020. The fifth time interval is 1 day.
As can be seen from the above time allocation, the management objects in the plurality of different project management stages are synchronously monitored and managed according to the project characteristics of the logistics storage project, and compared with the single-line or serial management in the prior art, the plurality of management projects are automatically managed in parallel according to the time axis, thereby effectively shortening the project management time.
