The document management device comprises an organization architecture and user management submodule and is used for establishing and maintaining the organization architecture and a target account, and the document management device is divided into roles of a common user, a system administrator, a safety administrator, an approval administrator and the like. Wherein, the system using function in the authorization range of the common user; the system administrator ensures the normal operation of the document management device and is responsible for the creation of a target account unique identifier in the document management device, the flow configuration of the document management device and the parameter maintenance of the document management device; the security administrator mainly configures the authority of a target account of the document management device, unlocks the target account and resets a password, and is responsible for log audit work of operation behaviors of common users and examination and approval administrators. The approval administrator is responsible for viewing the operation logs of the system administrator and the security administrator.
And the authority management submodule is used for setting the authority of the target account in the management document device. The rights management first sets the rights groups, each of which has rights. After the permission groups are set, each target account is assigned with which permission groups, node permissions and department permissions belong to. Carrying out authority group and department authority on the target account; and authorizing the nodes, namely authorizing project authority to a target account, participating in which project by the target account, and having operation authority under which node under the project.
The parameter setting submodule is used for adding, deleting and configuring a business approval process form in the management document device and flexibly configuring approval nodes; maintaining and configuring a data dictionary of a document management device; the management document device is configured, for example, with the number of wrong passwords, the system exit time, and the like.
And the log management submodule is used for recording the operation executed by each target account in the document management device so as to be checked by a system administrator. The log record includes the time, place, type, subject, object, and result (success or failure) of the event occurrence; namely, the audit content comprises a user name, operation time, a login IP address, an operation picture, an operation type and operation content, and the system log cannot be deleted or modified.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application provides a document management apparatus, which can be applied to a document management method provided in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 and fig. 3, and referring to fig. 5, the document management apparatus 5 (the document management apparatus 5 in fig. 5 corresponds to the document management apparatus 4 in fig. 4) includes:
a first obtaining unit 501, configured to obtain item information; wherein the project information comprises information associated with project implementation;
a second obtaining unit 502 for obtaining a template associated with feature information of the item information;
a first processing unit 503, configured to process the content of the item information based on the template, to obtain a first file set; wherein the first set of files includes a plurality of first files and a plurality of second files;
a second processing unit 504, configured to obtain a second file set based on the first file set; wherein the second set of files includes a plurality of first files and an encrypted plurality of second files.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which may be applied to a method for managing documents provided in embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 and fig. 3, and referring to fig. 6, the electronic device 6 includes: a processor 61, a memory 62 and a communication bus 63; the communication bus 63 is used for realizing communication connection between the processor 61 and the memory 62; the processor 61 is used for executing the program for managing the document stored in the memory 62, and the electronic device 6 realizes the following steps through the processor 61:
acquiring project information; wherein the project information comprises information associated with project implementation;
acquiring a template associated with the feature information of the project information;
processing the content of the project information based on the template to obtain a first file set; wherein the first set of files includes a plurality of first files and a plurality of second files;
obtaining a second file set based on the first file set; wherein the second set of files includes a plurality of first files and an encrypted plurality of second files.
In other embodiments of the present application, the processor 61 is configured to execute a multi-channel data processing program stored in the memory 62 to implement the following steps:
extracting feature information from content included in the item information;
and acquiring a template associated with the characteristic information.
In other embodiments of the present application, the processor 61 is configured to execute a multi-channel data processing program stored in the memory 62 to implement the following steps:
acquiring first attribute information of the project information, and determining the first attribute information as characteristic information; the first attribute information comprises at least one of an item name, an item type, an item number, an item stage, an item security level, an item source, an item summary, an undertaking unit of the item, an item professional classification, a security term of the item and a document list of the item;
and acquiring a template associated with the characteristic information.
In other embodiments of the present application, the processor 61 is configured to execute a multi-channel data processing program stored in the memory 62 to implement the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of calibration information of a template;
modifying the content of the project information based on the plurality of calibration information to obtain modified project information;
and processing the modified project information based on the template to obtain a first file set.
In other embodiments of the present application, the processor 61 is configured to execute a multi-channel data processing program stored in the memory 62 to implement the following steps:
obtaining a target operation corresponding to the target account and aiming at the second file set;
determining the operation authority of the target account;
if the operation authority indicates that the target account cannot access the second file set, prompt information is generated; the prompting message includes prompting the target account to fail to access the second set of files, and/or prompting the management account that the target account performed a target operation on the second set of files.
In other embodiments of the present application, the processor 61 is configured to execute a multi-channel data processing program stored in the memory 62 to implement the following steps:
and if the operation authority indicates that the target account has the authority of accessing the second file set, processing the files in the second file set based on the operation authority.
The computer storage medium/Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Random Access Memory (FRAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical Disc, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM); but may also be various terminals such as mobile phones, computers, tablet devices, personal digital assistants, etc., that include one or any combination of the above-mentioned memories.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a removable Memory device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, and an optical disk.
The methods disclosed in the several method embodiments provided in the present application may be combined arbitrarily without conflict to obtain new method embodiments.
Features disclosed in several of the product embodiments provided in the present application may be combined in any combination to yield new product embodiments without conflict.
The features disclosed in the several method or apparatus embodiments provided in the present application may be combined arbitrarily, without conflict, to arrive at new method embodiments or apparatus embodiments.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method of managing documents, the method comprising:
acquiring project information; wherein the project information comprises information associated with project implementation;
acquiring a template associated with the feature information of the project information;
processing the content of the project information based on the template to obtain a first file set; wherein the first set of files comprises a plurality of first files and a plurality of second files;
obtaining a second file set based on the first file set; wherein the second set of files includes the plurality of first files and the encrypted plurality of second files.
2. The method for managing documents according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining a template associated with feature information of said item information comprises:
extracting the feature information from the content included in the item information;
and acquiring the template associated with the characteristic information.
3. The method for managing documents according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining a template associated with feature information of said item information comprises:
acquiring first attribute information of the project information, and determining the first attribute information as the feature information; the first attribute information comprises at least one of an item name, an item type, an item number, an item stage, an item security level, an item source, an item summary, an undertaking unit of the item, an item professional classification, a confidentiality term of the item and a document list of the item;
and acquiring the template associated with the characteristic information.
4. The method for managing documents according to claim 1, wherein said processing the content of said project information based on said template to obtain a first set of files comprises:
acquiring a plurality of calibration information of the template;
modifying the content of the project information based on the plurality of calibration information to obtain modified project information;
and processing the modified project information based on the template to obtain the first file set.
5. The method for managing documents according to claim 1, wherein after obtaining a second set of files based on said first set of files, said method further comprises:
obtaining a target operation corresponding to a target account and aiming at the second file set;
determining the operation authority of the target account;
if the operation authority indicates that the target account cannot access the second file set, prompt information is generated; the prompting information includes prompting that the target account cannot access the second file set, and/or prompting a management account that the target account performs the target operation on the second file set.
6. The method of managing documents according to claim 5, wherein after said deriving a second set of files based on said first set of files, said method further comprises:
and if the operation authority indicates that the target account has the authority of accessing the second file set, processing the files in the second file set based on the operation authority.
7. An apparatus for managing documents, comprising:
a first acquisition unit configured to acquire item information; wherein the project information comprises information associated with project implementation;
a second acquisition unit configured to acquire a template associated with feature information of the item information;
the first processing unit is used for processing the content of the project information based on the template to obtain a first file set; wherein the first set of files comprises a plurality of first files and a plurality of second files;
the second processing unit is used for obtaining a second file set based on the first file set; wherein the second set of files includes the plurality of first files and the encrypted plurality of second files.
8. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises: a processor, a memory, and a communication bus; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the communication bus is used for realizing communication connection between the processor and the memory;
the memory to store executable instructions;
the processor is configured to execute the program for managing documents stored in the memory to implement the steps of:
acquiring project information; wherein the project information comprises information associated with project implementation;
acquiring a template associated with the feature information of the project information;
processing the content of the project information based on the template to obtain a first file set; wherein the first set of files comprises a plurality of first files and a plurality of second files;
obtaining a second file set based on the first file set; wherein the second set of files includes the plurality of first files and the encrypted plurality of second files.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the processor is further configured to:
acquiring a plurality of calibration information of the template;
modifying the content of the project information based on the plurality of calibration information to obtain modified project information;
and processing the modified project information based on the template to obtain the first file set.
10. A computer storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs being executable by one or more processors to implement a method of managing documents as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
