Abstract
The application provides a project management method, a project management device, electronic equipment and a storage medium; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a project creation request sent by a user logging in a development platform; generating a project page to be filled in according to the project creating request; receiving input operation of a user aiming at a project page to be filled, creating a corresponding target project according to the content of the input operation, and determining the user as a manager of the target project; and acquiring member configuration operation of an administrator aiming at the target project, and determining project members of the target project, wherein the project members at least comprise the permission for viewing the target project. The created project can be disclosed to project members, so that the transparency of the project is reflected to a certain degree while the safety of the project is ensured; and the user can check which project members belong to by logging in the development platform, and can check the progress condition of any project with permission, thereby bringing great convenience to the user.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of internet technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for project management, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
Background
With the development of information-based construction, the application services used by units and enterprises are gradually increased. In order to meet the needs of users and facilitate the users to use various application services, a city portal system of web sites capable of providing single-point access to applications and information has been developed. The developer provides a development platform to develop and release the application based on the city portal system. The requirement of project management is involved in the development of the application by the developer.
In the prior art, project management is relatively dispersed, project reserve submission and auditing processes and project execution management are generally transmitted through lines, a systematic management method is lacked, project states cannot be seen transparently, and project process management and control are difficult to achieve. In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. The city portal system is a public platform portal which integrates comprehensive internet information aiming at city planning and provides comprehensive application services. The service objects of the city portal system include: government, individual, enterprise, developer, can provide a plurality of comprehensive services such as government affairs service, individual service, enterprise service, etc.
The city portal system can comprise a front-end system, a back-end system, an authentication platform, an API development platform, an operation center, a developer portal system and other application service platforms.

Referring to fig. 1, a method for project management provided by an embodiment of the present application is illustrated, and the method is applied to a development platform of a developer portal system, which is deployed in a city portal system.
In the urban portal system, a developer rapidly develops and releases applications using environments, components, templates and the like provided by the platform based on the platform provided by the urban portal system. The developer portal system is deployed in the urban portal system and provides the developer with an environment for application, algorithm and data development and deployment, as well as general AI building blocks, technical building blocks and business building blocks. Next, a method of project management in the present exemplary embodiment will be further described.
In step 101, a project creation request sent by a user logging in the development platform is obtained.
In the embodiment, the home page and part of the content display page of the developer portal system can be opened for the user who does not log in the developer portal system to access; but only open access to logged-on users with developer role privileges, related to business functions. For example, a development platform portal is exposed in the top page of the developer portal system, and when a user needs to utilize the relevant functions of the development platform, the user must log in the developer portal system.
Specifically, a user finds a development platform entry from a home page of a developer portal system, clicks a control related to the development platform entry, and if the user does not log in the developer portal system, the page jumps to a login page. If the user logs in the developer portal system before clicking the control related to the development platform entrance, the user can be considered to have the right of logging in the development platform, and the page is directly jumped to the home page of the development platform. A user finds a development project list module in a home page of a development platform and enters a development project list module page; as shown in fig. 2, the development project list module page includes a new development project control, and a user clicks the new development project control to generate a project creation request, and sends the request to the development platform.
In step 102, a project page to be filled in is generated according to the project creation request.
In this embodiment, when the development platform receives a project creation request sent by a user, a corresponding project page to be filled in is generated, and the project page to be filled in is displayed in a currently displayed page. Optionally, the item page to be filled in may be displayed on the uppermost layer of the currently displayed page in a form of a dialog window; the current display page may also be skipped to the project page to be filled in, which is not limited in the present application. Further, when the project page to be filled in is displayed on the uppermost layer of the current display page in a dialog window mode, automatically closing the dialog window corresponding to the project page to be filled in after the target project is established; when the whole display page is full of the project page to be filled, automatically jumping to other pages after the target project is created, for example, the other pages can be development project list module pages, also can be the first page of a development platform, and also can be member configuration pages corresponding to the target project; this is not limited by the present application. And, after the target project is created, automatically adding the target project to the development project list module page; the administrator can check the target project through a development project list module page and set other configurations of the target project; as shown in fig. 4, in the development project list module page, the relevant information of the target project is correspondingly filled into the corresponding position of the development project list; and under the operation title bar of the development project list, the system also comprises an application architecture management control, a project management control and an API design control, and a manager can set the corresponding configuration of the target project by clicking the related control.
In step 104, acquiring the member configuration operation of the administrator for the target item, and determining the item member of the target item, where the item member at least includes a right to view the target item.
In this embodiment, the administrator of the target project has the authority to perform member configuration on the target project so as to distribute the development work of the target project to the corresponding responsible person for processing. For example, member configuration can be performed according to organization structure information corresponding to the target project; the organization structure information comprises at least one role and authority corresponding to each role, and different roles can correspond to different work duties.

In one embodiment, after the target item is created, the member configuration page corresponding to the target item is automatically jumped to. In another embodiment, an administrator can check the target project through a development project list module page, click a project management control of the target project to enter a project management interface, then find a member configuration control in the project management interface and click, and then generate a member configuration request; and the development platform receives the member configuration request, generates a member configuration page of the target project, and displays the member configuration page in the current display page. Optionally, the member configuration page may be displayed on the uppermost layer of the currently displayed page in a form of a dialog window; the current display page may also be skipped to the member configuration page, which is not limited in this application.
As shown in fig. 5, the member configuration page includes a new member control, and a new member request is generated by clicking the new member control by a user and is sent to the development platform; and the development platform generates a dialog box of the new member after acquiring the request of the new member and displays the dialog box of the new member on the uppermost layer of the current page. As shown in fig. 6, the dialog box of the new member includes the new member to be filled in and role assignment, where an account number of the new member should be filled in an input box corresponding to the new member, and the account number has uniqueness, for example, the account number or the id number used by the user to log in the development platform. In addition, the role assignment can be more than one, that is, the same member can correspond to a plurality of roles to bear the responsibilities corresponding to the plurality of roles.
Optionally, the step of receiving the filling operation of the administrator on the dialog box of the new member and determining the new member of the target item may further include:

It can be understood that when the administrator clicks the view permission control, the permission information of the corresponding item member in the target item can be viewed, and the permission of the item member in the target item can be changed; specifically, when the administrator clicks the viewing permission control of any one of the other project members, a permission dialog box can be presented in the current page, the permission dialog box contains permission names of all roles, each permission name corresponds to one selection control, and the selection control corresponding to the permission name of the project member is in a selected state by default; the administrator can change the authority of the project member by modifying the operation, namely modifying the state of the selection control corresponding to the authority name. And the development platform acquires the modification operation of the administrator on the authority of any project member in the member list and updates the authority of the project member. When the administrator clicks the transfer control of the row where the administrator is located, the method is used for transferring the role of the administrator to any one of the other project members; when the administrator clicks the deletion control of the row where other item members are located, the other item members of the corresponding row can be deleted.
It should be noted that when the account of other project members is logged in, only a viewing permission control is under an operation title bar of a corresponding member configuration page, and when other project members click any viewing permission control of a project member including an administrator, a permission dialog box can be presented in the current page, the permission dialog box contains permission names of all roles, each permission name corresponds to a selection control, and the selection control corresponding to the permission name of the project member is in a selected state by default; other project members do not have the authority to change the state of the selection control; it will be appreciated that other item members can only see which rights the item member has, and not change the rights of the item member.
Further, in an embodiment, the method further comprises:
acquiring a viewing request aiming at the target project, which is sent by a project member logging in the development platform;
displaying an item profile of the target item according to the viewing request; the project profile includes progress, milestones, and risk data for the target project.
In this embodiment, a project member (including an administrator) of a target project has a right to log in and access a development platform, when the project member logs in the development platform, project information of the target project can be found from a related display page of the development platform, a viewing request is generated by clicking a related viewing control, and after receiving the viewing request, the development platform displays a project overview page of the target project on a current display page, or jumps to the project overview page of the target project from the current display page; a project profile is presented in a project profile page, the project profile including progress, milestones, and risk data for the target project, among others.
After the project member logs in the development platform, finding a development project list module in a home page of the development platform, entering a development project list module page, and displaying all project information participated by the project member in a project list of the development project list module page; the project member can find a target project from all the participated projects, click the related viewing control to generate a viewing request, and the development platform displays a project overview page of the target project on the current display page after receiving the viewing request, or jumps to the project overview page of the target project from the current display page so that the project member can view the project overview of the target project. If the projects participated by the project member are more, and the target project is difficult to quickly find in a one-by-one searching mode, a search function in a development project list module page can be used, after the name of the target project is input in a search bar, a query control is clicked, a search request can be generated, after the development platform receives the search request, the target project is found from a plurality of projects according to the project name corresponding to the search request, and only the target project is displayed in a project list, or a special visual identification is added to the target project, so that the project member can quickly find the target project.
In the embodiment of the application, a project creation request sent by a user logging in a development platform is obtained; generating a project page to be filled in according to the project creating request; receiving input operation of a user aiming at a project page to be filled, creating a corresponding target project according to the content of the input operation, and determining the user as a manager of the target project; and acquiring member configuration operation of an administrator aiming at the target project, and determining project members of the target project, wherein the project members at least comprise the permission for viewing the target project. The created project can be disclosed to project members, so that the transparency of the project is reflected to a certain degree while the safety of the project is ensured; and the user can check which project members belong to by logging in the development platform, and can check the progress condition of any project with permission, thereby bringing great convenience to the user.
Referring to fig. 8, a block diagram of a project management apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the project management apparatus is applied to a development platform of a developer portal system, and the developer portal system is deployed in a city portal system. The method specifically comprises the following modules:
a request obtaining module 801, configured to obtain a project creation request sent by a user logging in the development platform;
a page generating module 802, configured to generate a project page to be filled in according to the project creation request;
a project creating module 803, configured to receive an input operation of the user on the project page to be filled in, create a corresponding target project according to the content of the input operation, and determine the user as an administrator of the target project;
a member determining module 804, configured to obtain an operation that the administrator performs member configuration on the target item, and determine an item member of the target item, where the item member at least includes a right to view the target item.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the module 804 for determining a member may include:
the request acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a new member request sent by the administrator in a member configuration page of the target project;
the dialog box generation submodule is used for generating a dialog box of the newly added member according to the request of the newly added member; the new member dialog box comprises new members to be filled in and role distribution;
and the information receiving submodule is used for receiving the filling operation of the administrator on the dialog box of the newly added member and determining the newly added member of the target project.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the information receiving sub-module further includes:
the development process acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the development process of the target project;
the development node acquisition submodule is used for determining roles corresponding to each development node and authorities corresponding to the roles according to the development nodes of the development process;
and the permission determining submodule is used for determining the permission of the newly added member according to the role of the newly added member.
In a preferred embodiment of the embodiments of the present application, the apparatus further comprises:
and the member information adding submodule is used for adding the member information of the newly added member into a member list of the member configuration page, and the member information comprises a member account and a role.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the member list further includes the authority of each item member; the device further comprises:
and the permission updating module is used for acquiring the modification operation of the administrator on the permission of any item member in the member list and updating the permission of the item member.
In a preferred embodiment of the embodiments of the present application, the apparatus further comprises:
and the project sending module is used for sending the project information of the target project to an account corresponding to the project member so that the project member can log in the development platform by using the account to check the target project.
In a preferred embodiment of the embodiments of the present application, the apparatus further comprises:
the viewing request acquisition module is used for acquiring a viewing request aiming at the target project, which is sent by a project member logging in the development platform;
the item profile display module is used for displaying the item profile of the target item according to the viewing request; the project profile includes progress, milestones, and risk data for the target project.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiment of the application also discloses an electronic device, which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, the steps of the method for project management of the embodiment are realized.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the project management method of the embodiment are realized.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
As will be appreciated by one of skill in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. The method for project management, the device for project management, the electronic device and the storage medium provided by the present application are introduced in detail above, and specific examples are applied in the present application to explain the principle and the implementation of the present application, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understand the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A method for project management is characterized in that the method is applied to a development platform of a developer portal system, and the developer portal system is deployed in a city portal system; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a project creation request sent by a user logging in the development platform;
generating a project page to be filled in according to the project creating request;
receiving an input operation of the user for the project page to be filled, creating a corresponding target project according to the content of the input operation, and determining the user as an administrator of the target project;
and acquiring member configuration operation of the administrator aiming at the target project, and determining project members of the target project, wherein the project members at least comprise permission for viewing the target project.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining member configuration of the administrator for the target project, determining project members of the target project, comprises:
acquiring a new member request sent by the administrator in a member configuration page of the target project;
generating a dialog box of the newly added member according to the request of the newly added member; the new member dialog box comprises new members to be filled in and role distribution;
and receiving the filling operation of the administrator on the dialog box of the newly added member, and determining the newly added member of the target project.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of receiving the filling operation of the administrator on the dialog box of the new member and determining the new member of the target item further comprises:
acquiring a development process of the target project;
determining roles corresponding to each development node and authorities corresponding to the roles according to the development nodes of the development process;
and determining the authority of the newly added member according to the role of the newly added member.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the step of receiving the filling operation of the administrator on the dialog box of the new member and determining the new member of the target item, the method further comprises:
and adding the member information of the newly added member into a member list of the member configuration page, wherein the member information comprises a member account and a role.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the member list further includes permissions of each item member; the method further comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the modification operation of the administrator on the authority of any item member in the member list, and updating the authority of the item member.
6. The method of claim 5, after the step of obtaining member configuration of the administrator for the target project, determining project members of the target project, further comprising:
and sending the project information of the target project to an account corresponding to the project member so that the project member can log in the development platform to view the target project by using the account.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
acquiring a viewing request aiming at the target project, which is sent by a project member logging in the development platform;
displaying an item profile of the target item according to the viewing request; the project profile includes progress, milestones, and risk data for the target project.
8. The project management device is applied to a development platform of a developer portal system, wherein the developer portal system is deployed in a city portal system; the device comprises:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring a project creation request sent by a user logging in the development platform;
the page generation module is used for generating a project page to be filled according to the project creation request;
the project creating module is used for receiving input operation of the user for the project page to be filled, creating a corresponding target project according to the content of the input operation, and determining the user as an administrator of the target project;
and the member determining module is used for acquiring member configuration operation of the administrator for the target item and determining the item members of the target item, wherein the item members at least comprise the permission for viewing the target item.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the method of item management according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of project management according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
