The system of claim 1, wherein the proctoring module comprises a customer information management and query module, a proctoring planning unit, a service notification unit, a project maintenance unit, an equipment information management and query unit, a project map unit, a project maintenance unit, a proctoring file management and query unit, a service auditing unit, a personnel dispatching unit, a proctoring problem tracking unit, a knowledge base unit, a query statistics unit, a personnel qualification unit, a personnel performance unit, a company information introduction unit, a project information query unit, a planning file look-up unit, an equipment information query unit, and a proctoring report look-up unit.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the external management terminal and the internal management terminal are each independently a PC terminal, a tablet computer, or a mobile phone.
