Method embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a language switching method according to the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, displaying a language selection interface, wherein candidate languages are displayed in the language selection interface;
step 102, determining a target language in the candidate language languages;
step 103, setting the current input language as the target language, and determining a key mapping relationship between a first keyboard layout of a system default language and a second keyboard layout of the target language.
The language switching method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can be any electronic product capable of performing man-machine interaction with a user through a keyboard. The electronic devices include, but are not limited to: a server, a smart phone, a recording pen, a tablet computer, an e-book reader, an MP3 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) player, an MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) player, a laptop, a car computer, a desktop computer, a set-top box, a smart tv, a wearable device, and the like. The keyboard can be any kind of physical keyboard or virtual keyboard, including but not limited to QWERTY full keyboard, general mobile phone keyboard (keypad), alphabetical full keyboard, and virtual keyboard with any custom layout.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, a scene of inputting information to the electronic device through the keyboard is not limited. For example, the input scenario includes, but is not limited to, inputting instant messaging information, inputting recorded information, inputting search information in a search box, and the like.
Typically, the operating system of the electronic device is associated with a preset system default language that is used by applications in the electronic device. When a user inputs through the input method, the current input language can be used for inputting, the current input language can be the default language of the system, or the current input language can be switched in real time according to the requirements of the user.
Optionally, the operation step of displaying the language selection interface may be triggered manually by a first operator of the user, or may be triggered automatically by the electronic device according to a change of a currently input language environment.
Taking user triggering as an example, when a user needs to switch a current input language to a language of another language, a first operation may be triggered on a preset interface of the electronic device. The first operation is used for triggering and displaying a language selection interface, and selectable candidate languages are displayed in the language selection interface. The preset interface can be a display interface of an input method program. The first operation includes, but is not limited to, a mouse click operation such as a left click, a left double click, a right double click, a touch operation on a touch screen of the electronic device, a sliding operation, and the like.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific manner of the user trigger. For example, the triggering may be performed manually through the preset first operation, or may be performed by receiving a voice instruction of a user.
In one example, the default language of the system is Chinese, and the current input language is also Chinese. Assuming that a first operation (such as a right click operation) triggered on a preset interface is received, responding to the right click operation, and displaying a language selection interface, wherein candidate languages displayed in the language selection interface comprise: french, german, italian, portuguese, spanish, japanese, korean, etc.
At this time, by triggering a second operation on the language selection interface, a target language can be selected from the candidate language languages. The target language is the input language that the user currently desires to use. The second operation is used for selecting a target language from the candidate language languages displayed in the language selection interface. The second operation includes, but is not limited to, a mouse click operation such as a left click, a left double click, a right double click, a touch operation on a touch screen of the electronic device, a sliding operation, and the like.
Taking automatic triggering as an example, the electronic device may detect whether the currently input language environment changes in real time. For example, in the case where it is detected that the language environment of the current input is changed from the chinese language environment to the french language environment, a language selection interface may be automatically displayed so that the user can directly select french from the language environment and quickly switch the current input language to french. And under the condition that the language environment of the current input is detected to be changed from the French language environment to the Chinese language environment, automatically displaying the language selection interface again so that the user can select Chinese from the language selection interface and quickly switch the current input language back to the Chinese language. Therefore, the operation cost of the user can be further reduced, the automation and the intelligent degree of language switching are improved, and the user experience is improved.
Assuming that a second operation (such as a left click operation) on the French language in the candidate language is received, determining the French language as the target language. The current input language is set to French, and a first keyboard layout in a system default language (Chinese) is mapped to a second keyboard layout in a target language (French).
The keyboard layout (KeyboardLayout) is a diagram or definition of the distribution of keys on a keyboard, and is usually determined by software in a computer, and different languages may correspond to different keyboard layouts.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the language categories of the default language, the current input language, and the target language of the system.
In another example, the system default language is chinese, the current input language is english, in response to a second operation on the candidate language, determining that the target language is portuguese among the candidate language languages, determining that the target language is portuguese, and setting the current input language to portuguese, and mapping the first keyboard layout of the system default language (chinese) to the second keyboard layout of the target language (portuguese).
In yet another example, the system default language and the current input language are both english, and in response to the second operation on the candidate language languages, determining that the target language is italian among the candidate language languages, determining that the target language is italian, and setting the current input language to italian, and mapping the first keyboard layout of the system default language (english) to the second keyboard layout of the target language (italian).
According to the method and the device, the key mapping relation between the first keyboard layout of the default language of the system and the second keyboard layout of the target language is determined, the keyboard layout of one language can be mapped to the keyboard layout of another language, so that rapid switching among multiple input languages is achieved, and then the switched target language can be used for inputting. Therefore, a user can switch the current input language to the expected target language only by simple click operation without executing a series of operation steps such as entering a system language setting interface, manually adding a language keyboard of a required language and the like, so that the operation steps for switching languages can be simplified, and the efficiency for switching languages is improved.
It should be noted that, after determining the key mapping relationship between the first keyboard layout in the system default language and the second keyboard layout in the target language, the embodiment of the present application may map the first keyboard layout in the system default language (chinese) to the second keyboard layout in the target language (french). That is, the user uses the input rule of the first keyboard layout of the default language (chinese) of the system during the input process, so as to conform to the habit that the user frequently uses the chinese keyboard and occasionally uses the french keyboard. Alternatively, the second keyboard layout of the target language (french) may be mapped to the first keyboard layout of the system default language (chinese). That is, the user uses the input rule of the second keyboard layout of the target language (french) in the input process to conform to the habit that the user frequently uses the french keyboard and occasionally uses the chinese keyboard.
Further, the specific mapping manner can be customized by a user. When the user uses the language switching function for the first time, the key relationship between the first keyboard layout and the second keyboard layout can be mapped based on a mapping mode which is customized by the user in advance. For example, it may be defined to map a first keyboard layout in a system default language to a second keyboard layout in a target language, or to map a second keyboard layout in a target language to a first keyboard layout in a system default language. When the user does not use the language switching function for the first time, the mapping can be performed based on the mapping mode stored last time by default, or the mapping can be performed based on the mapping mode set by the user in real time.
It can be understood that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit how to select the mapping manner between the first keyboard layout in the default language of the system and the second keyboard layout in the target language. For convenience of description, the embodiment of the present application mainly takes a mapping manner of mapping a first keyboard layout in a default language of a system to a second keyboard layout in a target language as an example.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, mapping the first keyboard layout in the system default language to the second keyboard layout in the target language may be implemented in two optional ways: the first mode is that the first keyboard layout is mapped to the second keyboard layout by directly utilizing the keyboard mapping relation of the system. And the second mode is that the first keyboard layout is mapped into the second keyboard layout through an input method.
For the first mode, the keyboard mapping relationship of the system refers to the mapping relationship of each key in the input method keyboard carried by the operating system of the electronic device, such as windows or linux. Specifically, for the windows operating system, the keyboard mapping relationship of the candidate languages may be manually registered with the system. However, this approach may result in multiple input methods in the system default language being displayed in the list of language bars. For the Linux operating system, the keyboard layout can be modified through a setxkbmap command, the setxkbmap is a system command in the Linux operating system, and in a specific implementation, the setxkbmap command can be embedded into an input method to be effective.
Therefore, the second preferred mode of the embodiment of the present application is to map the first keyboard layout to the second keyboard layout by an input method. That is, in the process of inputting by using the input method, the first key information generated by the first keyboard layout (such as the Chinese keyboard layout) is converted into the second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout (such as the French keyboard layout) by using the input method, so as to achieve the purpose of language switching.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, after determining the key mapping relationship between the first keyboard layout of the system default language and the second keyboard layout of the target language, the method may further include:
step S11, receiving first key information generated by the first keyboard layout;
step S12, determining second key information of the second keyboard layout corresponding to the first key information according to the key mapping relation between the first keyboard layout and the second keyboard layout;
and step S13, outputting the content corresponding to the second key information.
The first keyboard layout is a keyboard layout of a default language of the system, such as a keyboard layout for Chinese input. The second keyboard layout is a keyboard layout of a target language, such as a keyboard layout for french input.
According to the embodiment of the application, after the current input language is switched to the target language, the layout of the keyboard which is naturally input can be unchanged, after first key information input by a user through an entity input keyboard or a virtual input keyboard of the electronic equipment is received, second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout is determined according to the key mapping relation between the first keyboard layout and the second keyboard layout, and then the content corresponding to the second key information can be output.
In an optional embodiment of the application, the determining that the first key information corresponds to the second key information of the second keyboard layout may specifically include:
and under the condition that the second key information is consistent with the first key information, determining the first key information as the second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout.
In an optional embodiment of the application, the determining that the first key information corresponds to the second key information of the second keyboard layout may specifically include:
and under the condition that the second key information is inconsistent with the first key information, converting the first key information into second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout according to a key mapping relation between the first keyboard layout and the second keyboard layout, or outputting prompt information, and determining the second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout according to the selection operation of a user on the prompt information.
In one example, the default language of the system is Chinese, and the target language is French. After setting the current input language to french and determining the key mapping relationship between the first keyboard layout in the system default language (chinese) and the second keyboard layout in the target language (french), it is assumed that the first key information generated by the first keyboard layout is the typing information of a single key "d", and in the first keyboard layout, the key "d" can be used to output the character "d". According to the key mapping relationship between the first keyboard layout and the second keyboard layout, the key in the second keyboard layout with the same key position as the key "d" in the first keyboard layout is also known as "d". That is, the second key information is identical to the first key information, and therefore, the first key information (key "d") can be used as the second key information (key "d") corresponding to the second keyboard layout, and the content corresponding to the second key information can still be output as the character "d".
In another example, it is assumed that the first key information generated by receiving the first keyboard layout is the typing information of the single key "a", and in the first keyboard layout, the key "a" may be used to output the character "a". According to the key mapping relation between the first keyboard layout and the second keyboard layout, the keys in the second keyboard layout which have the same key position as the key position of the key "a" in the first keyboard layout are not "a", but are "q". That is, the second key information is not consistent with the first key information, and therefore, the first key information (key "a") is converted into the second key information (key "q") corresponding to the second keyboard layout, and the content corresponding to the second key information is output as the character "q".
Similarly, the default language of the system is Chinese, and the target language is French. When the first key information generated by the first keyboard layout is the key input information of the combination key Ctrl + a, the second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout is the key input information of the combination key Ctrl + Q, and the two key information are not consistent, so that the first key information Ctrl + a can be converted into the second key information Ctrl + Q. In the keyboard layout of French input, the shortcut functions of the combination keys Ctrl + Q are still all selected, so that the content corresponding to the second key information is output and the content in the current display interface is still all selected.
Further, in the case that the second key information is inconsistent with the first key information, the embodiment of the application may output a prompt message to prompt the user that the current input conflicts, and provide the user with alternative input information. For example, in the case that the first key information "a" and the second key information "q" are not consistent, the user may be prompted that the current input is in conflict, and be asked to select whether the input character is "a" or "q", and the second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout is determined according to the selection operation of the user on the prompt information. For example, if the user selects "q", the second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout is determined to be "q", and the character "q" is output.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the first key information may include: information of individual keys and information of combination keys.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the second key information may include: information of individual keys and information of combination keys.
The combination keys may include a combination key for a shortcut function and/or a combination key for an input function.
The process of converting the first key information generated by the first keyboard layout into the second key information corresponding to the second keyboard layout includes converting the information of the single key generated by the first keyboard layout into the information of the single key corresponding to the second keyboard layout, and converting the information of the combined key generated by the first keyboard layout into the information of the combined key corresponding to the second keyboard layout.
The single key includes, but is not limited to, an alphabet key, a number key, a punctuation mark key, and a function switching key (e.g., a capsLock key, a Shift key, an Accent key, etc.). The combination key includes, but is not limited to, a combination key of a shortcut function, a combination key of an input function, and the like. The shortcut function combination keys include, but are not limited to, a Shift + CapsLock combination key, a Ctrl + Alt combination key, and a Ctrl + a combination key. The combination keys for inputting functions include, but are not limited to, a combination key for inputting accents, and a combination key for inputting special symbols.
For the combined key of the shortcut function, in an example, the default language of the system is chinese, and the target language is french. After setting the current input language as french and mapping the first keyboard layout of the system default language (chinese) to the second keyboard layout of the target language (french), assuming that the received first key information generated by the first keyboard layout is the key-in information of the combination key Ctrl + a, in the first keyboard layout, the shortcut function of the combination key Ctrl + a is to select all the contents in the current display interface. According to the key mapping relation between the first keyboard layout and the second keyboard layout, the keyboard mapping of the first keyboard layout is forcibly modified into the keyboard mapping of the second keyboard layout, namely, the first key information Ctrl + a is converted into the second key information Ctrl + Q. In the second keyboard layout, the shortcut function of the combination key Ctrl + Q is all selected. Therefore, the content corresponding to the second key information is output, that is, the content in the current display interface is all selected.
For the combination key of the input function, it can be used to input letters with accent or special symbols. In practical applications, for languages such as french and portuguese, it is usually necessary to input letters with accents, and the letters can be input by using the combination keys for accents. For example, a specific key is pressed first, then a letter key is pressed, and the output letter corresponding to the letter key is provided with an accent symbol. In one example, the combination keys for inputting accents include, but are not limited to, shift +7, CapsLock + letter keys.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, after the setting the current input language to the target language, the method may further include:
step S21, displaying a switch key in the input method interface;
and step S22, responding to the trigger operation of the switching key, and switching the current input language.
In the embodiment of the application, a switch key can be displayed in the input method interface, and the switch key is used for switching the current input language. It can be understood that the display form of the switch key is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The switching key can be in any form of icon, text and the like. Of course, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific form of the triggering operation. For example, the trigger operation includes, but is not limited to, a mouse click operation such as a left click, a left double click, a right double click, a touch operation on a touch screen of the electronic device, a sliding operation, and the like. Further, the triggering operation may also be key information input through a keyboard, such as key information of a Shift key.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the switching the current input language in response to the triggering operation of the switch key may specifically include:
and responding to the triggering operation of the switching key, and switching the current input language to the system default language or the target language.
In one example, assume that the system default language is Chinese and the target language is French. After setting the current input language to french and mapping the first keyboard layout of the system default language (chinese) to the second keyboard layout of the target language (french), the current input language may be switched to the system default language (chinese) or the target language (french) in response to a triggering operation of the switch key.
Further, after the switching of the currently input language is completed, the switch key may display identification information indicating a language kind of the currently input language. For example, after switching the currently input language to french, the switch key may display text information "french" indicating that the language category of the currently input language is french. After the currently input language is switched to chinese again, the switch key may display the text information "medium", indicating that the language category of the currently input language is chinese.
Alternatively, the switch may implement a switch style corresponding to display, for example, "chinese/french" or "english/french" depending on the current input language selected by the user to prompt the user that the user is currently switchable between chinese and french, or between english and french. The switch may be a universal language switch style or the like.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, after the setting the current input language to the target language, the method may further include:
adding the target language into a preferred language list, wherein the preferred language list also comprises the default language of the system and a preset preferred language;
the switching the current input language in response to the triggering operation of the switching key may specifically include:
and circularly switching the current input language to the language in the preferred language list in response to the triggering operation of the switching key.
The preferred language list comprises a common language preferred by the user, so that the user can quickly switch a plurality of common languages in different context environments in the process of using the electronic equipment.
Optionally, in response to the second operation on the candidate languages in the language selection interface, after the target language is determined in the candidate languages, the current input language is set as the target language, and the target language is added to the preferred language list. The preferred language list may further include the system default language and a preset preferred language. Specifically, the user may add the desired preferred language in advance through a language setting function in the input method program, or may automatically add the preferred language by triggering the second operation.
In one example, it is assumed that the default language of the system is chinese, the target language is french, and the list further includes a preferred language preset by the user as english. That is, the current preferred language list includes chinese, french, and english. And responding to the triggering operation of the switching key, and circularly switching the current input language into Chinese, French or English in the preferred language list. Assuming that a first operation of the input method interface by the user is received at the moment, responding to the first operation, and displaying a language selection interface. And assuming that a second operation of the user on whether the candidate language in the language selection interface is portuguese is received, determining that the target language is the portuguese, setting the current input language as the portuguese, and mapping a first keyboard layout of a system default language (Chinese) to be a second keyboard layout of the portuguese. And, portuguese is added to the preferred language list. At this time, the preferred language list includes chinese, french, english, portuguese. And responding to the triggering operation of the switching key, and circularly switching the current input language into Chinese, French, English or Portuguese in the preferred language list.
To sum up, in the embodiment of the present application, a language selection interface is first displayed, a language candidate is displayed in the language selection interface, a target language is then determined in the language candidate, a current input language is set as the target language, and a key mapping relationship between a first keyboard layout of a system default language and a second keyboard layout of the target language is determined. According to the embodiment of the application, a series of operation steps such as entering a system language setting interface and manually adding a language keyboard of a required language are not required, so that the operation step of switching languages can be simplified, and the efficiency of switching languages is improved.
It should be noted that for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts, but those skilled in the art should understand that the embodiments are not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps can be performed in other orders or simultaneously according to the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required of the embodiments of the application.
