Description

Convenient method and device for changing multimedia resources in document and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and an electronic device for changing multimedia resources in a document.
Background
With the development of technology, the functions of various documents become more and more, and the use demands of users on various documents are also more and more. PPT presentations have gained increasing use in the work and learning of people. The user can not only demonstrate on a projector or a computer, but also print the PPT demonstration manuscript to make other propaganda materials so as to be applied to wider fields. The PPT presentation can also be utilized to conduct a teleconference over the Internet or to present the PPT presentation to an audience. Each page in the PPT presentation is called a slide, and each slide is independent of each other in the PPT presentation. Users will typically import multiple resources into the slides, such as text, tables, and multimedia resources including pictures.
Often multiple copies of the same multimedia asset (sound, background music, video, pictures) will appear in different locations in a presentation, e.g. the same picture appears in different slides, most often multiple slides use the same picture as the background picture. Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a presentation document that needs to be modified in the prior art is shown. In the presentation shown in fig. 1, five slides contain the same picture. If the picture in all slides is to be modified to another picture, the prior art needs to switch to all slides to select the picture and then change. The more times a picture appears, the more operations are changed, and the more operations are changed, which easily causes missing problems. The same problem exists with current technology for video. For sound and background music, there is no entry that can be changed, i.e. the user must delete the original and then insert a new entry, which not only has the aforementioned problems, but also causes the loss of the original set attributes, for example: volume, loop play, play hidden icon.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of modifying a picture in a presentation according to the prior art. As can be seen, the prior art needs to switch to all slides to select the picture and then change. It can be seen from fig. 2 that the prior art change picture is only valid for the selected picture object and not valid for the picture objects on the other slides. If the pictures on the four subsequent slides need to be changed, the pictures need to be selected and changed one by one.
Therefore, the media resource changing method in the prior art document has the defect of complicated operation and easily causes the problem of missing change. How to overcome the above problems becomes a problem to be considered by the skilled person.

Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Various embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for facilitating the explanation of the present invention, and have no specific meaning in themselves. Thus, "module" and "component" may be used in a mixture.
The embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The term "and/or" is used herein only to describe the association relationship of the association object, and this description means that the association object may have three relationships, for example, when the description of "a and/or B" is used herein, it may mean: firstly, A exists independently; secondly, A and B exist simultaneously; thirdly, B exists independently; it can be seen that there are three cases.
In the present application, the electronic device may be various terminal devices including a mobile terminal and a fixed terminal. The mobile terminal may be implemented in various forms. For example, mobile terminals such as mobile phones, smart phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), navigation devices, and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like may be included.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of a convenient method for changing multimedia resources in a document according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the convenient method for changing multimedia resources in a document includes:
step 101, receiving a selected operation for changing a multimedia resource object in a document;
in this embodiment, the selecting operation for changing the resource object is: all the same multimedia assets in the document are selected.
And step 102, when all the same multimedia resources in the document are selected, replacing the original multimedia resource data corresponding to the changed resource object with new multimedia resource data.
In this embodiment, the receiving of the selected operation for changing the resource object may be performed at any terminal device. A human-machine interaction interface may be provided by the terminal device through which a user selected action to change the resource object is received.
In some implementations, the selected operation received from the terminal device may include: receiving a selection instruction input by a user; in practical application, a user selects an object to be edited on a user interface presented on a screen of the terminal device, and the terminal device receives a selection instruction input by the user to identify the object to be edited, wherein the selection instruction can be a click instruction and the like.
In practical applications, the click command is generally applicable to objects that can be selected by clicking, for example, for objects such as pictures, text boxes, charts, etc., objects can be selected by clicking once or twice, or clicking a specified position. If the click command is input, the terminal equipment identifies the object at the clicked position after receiving the click command.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a shortcut may be set for a selected operation of changing a resource object, that is, after a user selects a media multimedia resource by a click command, a menu is presented on a user interface, for example, "select all", and after a click operation of "select all" by the user is received, all the same multimedia resources are identified. The menu may also be presented directly in the user interface, such as "select all", and all of the same multimedia assets are identified upon receiving a user click operation on "select all".
Therefore, all the same multimedia resources in the document are identified after receiving a selection instruction input by a user, such as the operation of clicking a shortcut menu, and the method has the characteristic of simple operation. Excessive repeated operation is avoided, so that the operation process is simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved.
The same multimedia resources refer to multimedia resources with the same data marks, that is, the multimedia resources can be identified according to the data marks.
In the present embodiment, the document includes text data and multimedia data. The text data refers to computer data formed by characters, and includes English, digital and special information (such as carriage return information, line feed information and the like) data stored in an ASCII code mode or Chinese character data stored in a computer internal code mode. The text data does not contain any multimedia information such as sound, animation, image and video information, except for valid character information.
The multimedia data refers to data containing multimedia information, such as one or more of sound, animation, picture and video. In this embodiment, the receiving of the selected operation for changing the resource object in the document specifically refers to an operation for selecting a multimedia object.
The picture data can be directly copied into a certain page of the PPT file, and when a plurality of same pictures exist in the same PPT file, the original data is referenced by the first picture, so that the insertion of the original data into the document is caused by the insertion of the first picture. And the other pictures are provided by way of a path index by which the original multimedia data is displayed when displayed.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, in order to implement changing the same multimedia resource at one time, it is considered to replace the resource in the data layer, because the same multimedia resource has one copy displayed in different places, only one copy of data is actually obtained in the data layer, and all places where the resource is used need to be changed only if the copy of data is replaced. The new resources are added in the data layer, all the places using the original resources are changed into the new resources, and finally the original resources are deleted.
In this embodiment, as an implementation manner, the method further includes:
and 103, displaying a prompt message when the replacement operation is judged to be completed.
The operation of the user is prompted in this way, the user is simply prompted that the replacement operation is completed, and the user is not required to do any processing for informing the user of the working state condition of the relevant terminal equipment.
Of course, this is only an exemplary description, in practical applications, various settings may be performed on the selection interface, and a user may perform various selection operations according to the selection interface, so that better human-computer interaction experience may be achieved.

In the embodiment of the present invention, some multimedia resources of the same type in the document may be the same multimedia resource, such as the same picture, or the same audio. Or, different media resources, such as different pictures, may be used, but the selected multimedia resource type must be the same, either all pictures or audio and video, so as to realize the unified replacement of multimedia data.
Step 202, when part of multimedia resources in the document are selected by the selecting operation, replacing the path index of the selected part of original multimedia resources with the path index of the new multimedia resource data.
In this embodiment, the method further includes:
step 203, judging whether there is a path index of the resource object using the original multimedia resource, and deleting the original multimedia resource data when judging that there is no path index of the resource object using the original multimedia resource.
In this embodiment, the receiving of the selected operation for changing the resource object may be performed at any terminal device. A human-machine interaction interface may be provided by the terminal device through which a user selected action to change the resource object is received.

In the embodiment of the present invention, a shortcut may be set for a selected operation of changing a resource object, that is, after a user selects a media multimedia resource by clicking an instruction, a menu, such as "change a specific range", is presented on a user interface, and after a click operation of "change a specific range" by the user is received, the selected multimedia resource is identified.
Therefore, when a selection instruction input by a user is received, such as the operation of clicking a shortcut menu, the multimedia resources with the same selected part in the document are identified, and the method has the characteristic of simple operation. Excessive repeated operation is avoided, so that the operation process is simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, as an implementation manner, the method further includes:
and step 204, when the replacement operation is judged to be completed, displaying prompt information.
