the rotating deflector rod (31e) rotates and acts on a rear slide hole (32c) to drive the swinging swing arm (32b) to swing in a reciprocating manner;
a front slide hole (32d) of the swing arm (32b) acts on the transmission inserted bar (42f) to drive the adjusting device (42) and the rotating ring (41) to rotate in a reciprocating manner;
and 3, detection:
the testing device runs on the cable (6), and each trigger switch (43) synchronously swings back and forth when running along the cable (6), so that each trigger switch (43) forms a wave-shaped advancing track on the cable (6);
when the trigger switch (43) passes through a damaged part on the cable (6), the compression spring (43e) drives the corresponding sliding insertion rod (43c) and the limiting side block (43d) to move downwards, and the metal moving contact and the metal static contact are contacted, so that the buzzer buzzes electrically, and the surface damage of the cable (6) is detected.
2. The method for testing the cable testing device of the standardized design of the cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the method further comprises a step 4 of adjusting the rotation amplitude of the trigger device (4):
rotating the male screw tube (42d) by hand to expose a portion below the hand insertion hole (12 b);
the external threaded pipe (42d) drives the driven nut (42e) and the transmission inserted bar (42f) to move along the rectangular slot (42 a);
and the amplitude of the reciprocating swing of the trigger device (4) when the swing arm (32b) and the front slide hole (32d) swing for one period is adjusted by the movement of the position of the transmission inserted bar (42 f).
