The weighing device 1 is further provided with a button cell, the pipe body 3 is made of PES (polyether sulfone), the PES is also called polyether sulfone, and the pipe body is colorless and transparent, light, drop-resistant, easy to clean, safe and free of bisphenol A, so that the height of the ibuprofen coagulant in the pipe body can be judged through visual inspection, and the product quality is safe.
The pipe body 3 is formed by sequentially connecting a long pipe 31, a short pipe 32 and a cantilever 33, the cantilever 33 is in contact with a weighing sensor arranged on the miniature electronic scale 11, the rubber head 2 is formed by a rubber head I21 and a rubber head II 22, the rubber head I21 and the rubber head II 22 are respectively connected to two sides of the short pipe 32 in a sealing mode, and the pipe opening 4 is connected with the lower end of the long pipe 31 through threads. The weighing sensor 111 deforms under pressure, so that the impedance changes, the excitation voltage changes, and a weakly-changed analog signal is output. The weak analog signal is amplified and then linked to a matching signal for subsequent circuits. The amplified analog signal is output to A/D converter after being amplified by CPU circuit. The A/D is converted into digital signals which are convenient to process and output to a microprocessor for control. The microprocessor outputs the result to the display screen for display according to the key command and the program. The memory is used for matching with micro-storage related data and programs. The button cell and the circuit thereof provide corresponding electric energy for the micro electronic scale 11.
The first rubber head 21 and the second rubber head 22 are made of rubber, the rubber is made of a high-elasticity polymer material capable of being reversibly deformed, is high in elasticity at room temperature, can generate large deformation under the action of small external force, and can recover the original shape after the external force is removed.
The design of mouth of pipe 4 is conical casing, and the material is aluminium, and the casing wall thickness is 1 millimeter to make pipe shaft 3 compress tightly the mouth of pipe when the level is placed, avoid the liquid medicine to flow.
