Referring to fig. 1-2, a transformer 1 with a side buffer function according to the present invention includes a transformer body 11, a transformer base 12, and a transformer housing 13; wherein, a side buffer assembly 14 is arranged between the transformer main body 11 and the transformer shell 13; the transformer housing 13 includes: a cover plate 135, and a first side plate 131, a second side plate, a third side plate 133 and a fourth side plate 134 which are respectively arranged below the cover plate 135; the first side plate 131 and the third side plate 133 are oppositely arranged; the second side plate and the fourth side plate 134 are oppositely arranged; the cover plate 135, the first side plate 131, the second side plate, the third side plate 133 and the fourth side plate 134 together enclose a rectangular housing with an open lower portion, the cover plate 135, the first side plate 131 and the second side plate are integrated into a whole, the third side plate 133 and the cover plate 135 are detachably connected, and the fourth side plate 134 and the cover plate 135 are detachably connected; the side bumper assembly 14 includes: a first buffer unit 141, a second buffer unit, a third buffer unit 143, and a fourth buffer unit; the first buffer unit 141 is disposed between the transformer body 11 and the first side plate 131; the second buffer unit is arranged between the transformer main body 11 and the second side plate; the third buffer unit 143 is disposed between the transformer body 11 and the third side plate 133; the fourth buffer unit is arranged between the transformer main body 11 and the fourth side plate 134; the first buffer unit 141, the second buffer unit, the third buffer unit 143, and the fourth buffer unit have the same structure, and the first buffer unit 141 includes: a main mounting plate 1411, a guide post 1412, an elastic member 1413 and a guide sleeve 1414 with a receiving cavity; the main mounting plate 1411 is fixed to the side of the transformer body 11, one end of the guide pillar 1412 is fixed to the side of the main mounting plate 1411 far away from the transformer body 11, and the other end of the guide pillar 1412 extends into the elastic member 1413; the end of the guide sleeve 1414, which faces the main mounting plate 1411, is an open end, and the elastic piece 1413 is partially accommodated in the guide sleeve 1414. In the present embodiment, a side buffer unit 14 is provided between the transformer body 11 and the transformer housing 13, so that a side impact on the transformer can be buffered. The side bumper assembly 14 includes: a first buffer unit 141, a second buffer unit, a third buffer unit 143, and a fourth buffer unit; and locate respectively four lateral walls of transformer main part 11, this design does benefit to and provides the cushioning effect from a plurality of directions, handles the impact force of equidirectional. The guide posts 1412 and the guide sleeves 1414 cooperate to guide the elastic member 1413, so as to effectively ensure the extending and retracting direction of the elastic member 1413. The cover plate 135, the first side plate 131 and the second side plate are of an integral structure, the third side plate 133 and the cover plate 135 are connected in a detachable mode, the design is beneficial to installation and disassembly of the side buffering assembly 14, and the side buffering assembly 14 can be assembled. Meanwhile, the number of separated elements is reduced as much as possible, and the production and assembly efficiency is improved.
More specifically, the first buffer unit 141 is disposed opposite to the third buffer unit 143, and the second buffer unit is disposed opposite to the fourth buffer unit. The design is favorable for the superposition of the buffering effect, and the buffering effect is further improved.
More specifically, the elastic member 1413 is a tower spring; the guide sleeve 1414 is in a shape of a truncated cone shell, the large end of the guide sleeve 1414 is an open end, and the large end of the guide sleeve 1414 is arranged opposite to the main mounting plate 1411. This design does benefit to the flexible stability that improves the bolster. The main mounting plate 1411 is fixed to the transformer body 11 by a screw connection. The guide sleeve 1414 is welded with the transformer housing 13. The design facilitates assembly and molding.
Compared with the related art, the transformer with the side buffer function can buffer the side impact force on the transformer by arranging the side buffer assembly between the transformer main body and the transformer shell. When the transformer with the side buffering function is subjected to external lateral impact force, elements in the transformer main body can be effectively protected under the buffering action of the elastic piece, and damage is avoided.

1. A transformer with a side buffering function comprises a transformer main body, a transformer base and a transformer shell; the transformer is characterized in that a side buffer assembly is arranged between the transformer main body and the transformer shell; the transformer housing includes: the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate are respectively arranged below the cover plate; the first side plate and the third side plate are oppositely arranged; the second side plate and the fourth side plate are oppositely arranged; the cover plate, the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate jointly enclose a rectangular cover shell with an opening at the lower part, the cover plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are integrated into a whole, the third side plate is detachably connected with the cover plate, and the fourth side plate is detachably connected with the cover plate; the side bumper assembly includes: the buffer device comprises a first buffer unit, a second buffer unit, a third buffer unit and a fourth buffer unit; the first buffer unit is arranged between the transformer main body and the first side plate; the second buffer unit is arranged between the transformer main body and the second side plate; the third buffer unit is arranged between the transformer main body and the third side plate; the fourth buffer unit is arranged between the transformer main body and the fourth side plate; the first buffer unit, the second buffer unit, the third buffer unit and the fourth buffer unit have the same structure, and the first buffer unit includes: the main mounting plate, the guide post, the elastic piece and the guide sleeve with the accommodating cavity are arranged on the main mounting plate; the main mounting plate is fixed on the side part of the transformer main body, one end of the guide post is fixed on one side of the main mounting plate, which is far away from the transformer main body, and the other end of the guide post extends into the elastic part; one end of the guide sleeve, which is opposite to the main mounting plate, is an opening end, and the elastic part is partially contained in the guide sleeve.

6. The transformer with side buffering function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a bottom buffering assembly is provided between the transformer body and the transformer base.
