本发明属于房屋建筑领域,尤其涉及一种瓷砖及其铺装方法。本发明所述瓷砖的侧边设有高度为瓷砖厚度的1/2‑2/3,深度为1.5‑2.5mm的台阶(1);所述的瓷砖分为单双数列瓷砖,单数列瓷砖的台阶为上台阶,双数列台阶为下台阶;台阶两个侧边上涂有粘结层,粘结层外有与瓷砖匹配的多孔层。通过在瓷砖侧面设置台阶,然后涂抹粘结层,粘结层外侧黏结多孔层,为瓷砖的热胀冷缩提供空间,同时便于施工,免除清理过程。同时提供该瓷砖的铺装方法,该方法施工简单,不需要额外填充美缝剂,且免除清理过程,易于操作。

技术领域
本发明属于房屋建筑领域,尤其涉及一种瓷砖及其铺装方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们在家庭装修中所追求的健康、环保、美观也更加极致,而瓷砖美缝就是家装中衍生出的一项服务。瓷砖美缝顾名思义就是对瓷砖之间的缝隙进行美化,不过瓷砖美缝不仅仅是让地面看起来更加美观,而且还有比较实际的用途。比如在厨房和卫生间这些区域,污渍一般比较多,瓷砖之间的缝隙最容易发霉变黑,时间久了就会滋生细菌,影响家人健康。尤其在南方经常下雨的地区以及气候潮湿的时候,瓷砖缝就更容易发霉,因此这样以来瓷砖美缝就很有必要了。
在瓷砖美缝前,需要进行瓷砖缝隙的清理,并用小铲子给瓷砖细缝铲出2毫米深的凹槽,再用小毛刷清理干净。完成上个步骤后,就可以开始瓷砖美缝的施工了。先用小锥子打开美缝剂瓶口,安装上胶枪,这样就可沿着瓷砖缝隙开始上美缝剂。美缝完就用刮板将瓷砖缝隙的美缝剂刮平,再将瓷砖缝隙周围的美缝剂清理干净。施工完成等瓷砖表面的美缝剂完全固化,24小时后即可正常使用。
瓷砖美缝存在的问题包括过程难清理,同时使用过程中会随着清扫过程部分脱落,影响美观,另外美缝剂还有添加剂,不环保,不利于身体健康。
发明内容
瓷砖由于室内温差等环境的变化,施工时需要保留缝隙,缝隙内容易残留垃圾,随着人民生活要求的提高,美缝剂产生,但是其存在清理困难的问题,对此,本发明提供了一种瓷砖,通过在瓷砖侧面设置台阶,然后涂抹粘结层,粘结层外侧黏结多孔层,为瓷砖的热胀冷缩提供空间,同时便于施工,免除清理过程。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种瓷砖,所述瓷砖的侧边设有台阶1;所述台阶的高度为瓷砖厚度的1/2-2/3;台阶的深度为1.5-2.5mm;所述的瓷砖分为单双数列瓷砖,单数列瓷砖的台阶为上台阶,双数列台阶为下台阶;台阶两个侧边上涂有粘结层,粘结层外有与瓷砖匹配的多孔层。
所述的多孔层,原料Ⅰ包括:硅丙乳液30-40份、聚乙二醇油酸酯4-5份、改性硅酸盐20-30份、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙2-5份、颜料10-15份、聚酯多元醇5-10份;原料Ⅱ为碳酸钙、1,1,1,2,3- 五氟丙烷和 1,1- 二氟乙烷的重量比为:2-8:1-2:1-3;所述的原料Ⅰ与原料Ⅱ的质量比为10:1。
所述的多孔层的加工方法,将原料Ⅰ搅拌均匀,封装待用,原料Ⅱ单独封装待用;在加工瓷砖时,将原料Ⅱ加入到原料Ⅰ中,混合均匀,黏附在瓷砖的侧边。
所述的粘结层为:防水粘结剂。
上述任一瓷砖的铺装方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)设有台阶1的瓷砖,台阶侧边涂抹粘结层;
(2)将多孔层的原料Ⅰ、Ⅱ混合均匀,在步骤(1)的瓷砖的台阶上黏附一层多孔层;
(3)多孔层完全固化后24小时;
(4)按照单数列、双数列交叉进行铺装。
本发明采用台阶以及粘结层辅助固定多孔层,同时多孔层中各个原料相互作用,1,1,1,2,3- 五氟丙烷、1,1- 二氟乙烷作为发泡剂作用于聚酯多元醇、硅丙乳液、聚乙二醇油酸酯,实现多孔结构,硬脂酸钙、碳酸钙提供发泡的位点,实现细密发泡,获得小气泡;改性硅酸盐与其他原料作用,提升多孔层整体的强度;同时多孔层的原料在发泡的过程中可以与粘结层结合,另外多孔层与台阶配合,实现与瓷砖更好的粘合。

本发明的有益效果
(1)施工简单
本发明的瓷砖施工简单,不需要额外填充美缝剂,且免除清理过程,易于操作。
(2)使用寿命长
通过多孔层发泡过程结构的变化,实现多孔层的高强度,同时多孔层与台阶配合,实现多孔层与粘结层与瓷砖的结合,从何提高使用寿命。

实施例1
多孔层的制备:
原料Ⅰ包括:硅丙乳液300g、聚乙二醇油酸酯40g、改性硅酸盐200g份、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙20g份、颜料100g、聚酯多元醇50g;原料Ⅱ为碳酸钙40g、1,1,1,2,3- 五氟丙烷20g和 1,1- 二氟乙烷20g;
将710g原料Ⅰ搅拌均匀,封装待用,71g原料Ⅱ单独封装待用。
一种瓷砖的铺装方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)单数列瓷砖的侧边设有高度为瓷砖高度1/2,深度为1.5mm的上台阶,双数列瓷砖的侧边设有高度为瓷砖高度1/2,深度为1.5mm的下台阶,上、下台阶侧边涂抹0.08mm防水粘结剂;
(2)将多孔层的原料Ⅰ、Ⅱ混合均匀,在步骤(1)的瓷砖台阶上黏附一层1.5 mm厚的多孔层;
(3)多孔层完全固化后24小时;
(4)按照单数列、双数列交叉进行铺装。
实施例2
多孔层的制备:
原料Ⅰ包括:硅丙乳液400g、聚乙二醇油酸酯50g、改性硅酸盐300g、硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙50g、颜料150g、聚酯多元醇100g;
原料Ⅱ为碳酸钙80g、1,1,1,2,3- 五氟丙烷20g和 1,1- 二氟乙烷30g。
将1050g原料Ⅰ搅拌均匀,封装待用,105g原料Ⅱ单独封装待用。
一种瓷砖的铺装方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)单数列瓷砖的侧边设有高度为瓷砖高度2/3,深度为2.5 mm的上台阶,双数列瓷砖的侧边设有高度为瓷砖高度1/3,深度为2.5mm的下台阶,上、下台阶侧边涂抹0.05mm防水粘结剂;
(2)将多孔层的原料Ⅰ、Ⅱ混合均匀,在步骤(1)的瓷砖台阶上黏附一层2.5 mm厚的多孔层;
(3)多孔层完全固化后24小时;

(3)沿着瓷砖缝隙开始上建材市场购买的常用美缝剂;
(4)用刮板将瓷砖缝隙的美缝剂刮平,再将瓷砖缝隙周围的美缝剂清理干净;
(5)等瓷砖表面的美缝剂完全固化后24小时,即可正常使用。
实施效果例
一、根据国标GB 18583-2008室内装饰装修材料,胶粘剂中有害物质限量的要求检测实施例1-3的粘结层与多孔层;粘结层按照标准中水基型检测,多孔层按照标准中溶剂型检测;表1为溶剂型胶黏剂中有害物质限量值;表2为水基型胶黏剂中有害物质限量值。按照标准中规定的方法,得到本申请实施例1-3的粘结层与多孔层符合国标GB 18583-2008室内装饰装修材料,胶粘剂中有害物质限量的限量要求。

二、冷热及摩擦考察
将实施例1-3及对比例1-3在同一厂房内施工,每个实施例的实施区域为20平方米,每日用吸水拖把清扫,每五日,扫上沙子,采用瓷砖表面摩擦十遍,然后清扫干净;每十日用热水冲刷瓷砖,然后迅速0℃水降温。
结果:对比例3的美缝剂经过5个半月出现翘皮;对比例1、2的经过1年时间,有些许缺失;实施例1-3的瓷砖的填充物经过两年时间还保持完好。

4.权利要求1-3任一所述瓷砖的铺装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)设有台阶(1)的瓷砖,台阶侧边涂抹粘结层;
(2)将多孔层的原料Ⅰ、Ⅱ混合均匀,在步骤(1)的瓷砖的台阶上黏附一层多孔层;
(3)多孔层完全固化后24小时;
(4)按照单数列、双数列交叉进行铺装。
