Abstract
The invention relates to an anti-freezing tapered cylinder pile foundation in a frozen soil area, which is a tapered cylinder pile foundation with the upper part being a tapered cylinder; and a hole is formed between the conical column pile foundation and the backfilling hole wall. The invention also discloses a construction process of the pile foundation. The invention has simple structure, low cost and convenient construction, and effectively avoids the occurrence of the phenomenon of pile foundation freeze-drawing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engineering of frozen soil areas, in particular to an anti-freezing tapered cylinder pile foundation for a frozen soil area and a construction process thereof.
Background
The Chinese territory is vast, wherein the frozen soil area accounts for about 75 percent of the Chinese territory, the application of the pile foundation in the frozen soil area is wide, and the pile foundation frozen-out is one of the foundation diseases in the frozen soil area. The frost heaving of the soil body is closely related to the frost heaving property of the soil body, and the frost heaving of the pile foundation in the frozen soil area is mainly caused by the seasonal freeze-thaw process.
In the freezing and thawing process of frozen soil, when the temperature is reduced to be lower than the freezing temperature of the soil body, water is transferred to the freezing soil body and phase change occurs, and the volume is increased. In the process, liquid water in the soil body is solidified and filled into gaps of soil particles in the form of ice, and frost heaving of the soil body is caused to generate frost heaving force when volume expansion of water phase change in the soil body is enough to cause relative displacement between the soil particles.
In the frozen soil active layer freeze thawing process, the level frost heaving force around the traditional cylinder pile foundation increases, and pile foundation and frozen soil active layer contact surface friction resistance increases, and the pile foundation is tightly "embraced" by peripheral active layer frozen soil, and the tangential frost heaving force that pile foundation and frozen soil active layer contact surface formed makes the pile body upwards take place the displacement, forms the pile foundation and freezes and pulls out the phenomenon. The freeze-drawing effect is accumulated along with the prolonging of the service time of the pile foundation, which easily causes the uneven deformation of a building foundation or other engineering foundations to cause damage to buildings and the like, and finally cannot be used.

The upper diameter of the conical cylindrical steel template is smaller than the lower diameter of the conical cylindrical steel template, and the lower diameter of the conical cylindrical steel template is equal to the diameter of the drill hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the upper part of the pile foundation is a conical cylinder body, the friction resistance of the contact surface of the pile foundation and the frozen soil active layer is increased in the process of freezing and thawing of the frozen soil at the periphery of the pile foundation, the pile foundation is tightly held by the frozen soil of the peripheral active layer, but because the diameter of the upper part of the conical cylinder body is smaller than that of the lower part of the conical cylinder body, the pile foundation cannot be displaced upwards when the tangential frost heaving force formed by the contact surface of the pile foundation and the frozen soil active layer acts again, and the pile foundation cannot be frozen and pulled out.
