本发明涉及一种水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂,包括氨水、消泡剂、增稠剂、水性改性树脂、流平剂、蒸馏水,其特征在于,所述水性改性树脂包括助剂硅油、三乙胺、预聚体、蒸馏水,通过一套高效稳定的表面处理剂制备工艺,从而提供一种油皮皮革表面处理剂,以水为溶剂,无污染、安全可靠、性能优良、相容性好、耐水溶、耐水解等优点,可应用于汽车内饰、家装沙发、家装装饰、手包的PVC、PU及超纤革成品中,市场前景广阔。

一种水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮革处理剂涂料技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
市场上销售的合成革用油皮处理剂多为有机溶剂型,相对于传统的溶剂型合成革,水性处理剂甚至于水性生态革是真正意义上的高科技环保产品。水性处理剂加工采用水性聚氨酯树脂代替溶剂型树脂为原料,通过制革生产线制得革成品。水性树脂不含有毒的有机化学溶剂,生产过程中挥发出来的主体是水蒸气,对人体、环境无危害,极大地降低了环境污染的治理费用。另外,采用水性树脂生产的合成革成品中没有任何毒性物残留,完全可以达到合成革环保的高要求。在物理性能上,水性聚氨酯高分子链中存在氨基甲酸酯基、脲基甲酸酯基、脲基酯基、醚基、酮基、苯环等一系列多功能基团,从而使水性树脂具有耐水性、耐溶剂性、耐磨性、耐刮性、耐皱折性,透湿、透气性能,及与真皮一样的手感。
上述方案存在缺陷:由于水性聚氨酯在分子链段中引入了亲水基团,所以水性聚氨酯的耐水性能是不如常规的溶剂型聚氨酯;现在应用于表面处理剂的水性聚氨酯以聚酯型为主,聚酯型聚氨酯具有较好的剥离强度、耐磨耐刮等物性,但是其酯键容易水解,降低了皮革的使用寿命,由于水比溶剂更难以挥发,致使在同等制革条件下,采用水性树脂比采用溶剂型树脂生产合成革需要更多的能量来烘干革制品,影响皮革的生产效率和需要更多的水蒸气或导热油为烘干介质的热空气对流,增加制革的生产成本,因此需要改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高亮油皮皮革表面处理剂,以水为溶剂,无污染、安全可靠、性能优良、相容性好、耐水溶、耐水解等优点,可应用于汽车内饰、家装沙发、家装装饰、手包的PVC、PU及超纤革成品中,市场前景广阔。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂,包括氨水、消泡剂、增稠剂、水性改性树脂、流平剂、蒸馏水,其特征在于,所述水性改性树脂包括助剂硅油、三乙胺、预聚体、蒸馏水。
进一步的,所述预聚体由一缩二乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、脱水聚乙二酸己二醇、脂肪酸单甘油酯,顺丁烯二酸酐、三羟甲基丙烷制备。

进一步的,所述水性消泡剂为矿物油类消泡剂和疏水性硅氧烷油类消泡剂的混合物。疏水性硅氧烷油类消泡剂消泡能力强,稳定性好,不影响光泽。
进一步的,如权利要求1所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为纤维素类增稠剂。在涂料或者纺织行业的应用,纤维素类增稠剂具备良好的相溶性,不影响涂料和色浆,pH稳定,不产生结块现象,良好的丰满度、调色稳定性、贮存稳定性和保水性。
一种水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1预聚体半成品制备:按份数称取脱水聚乙二酸己二醇、甲苯二异
氰酸酯,并在85~95℃下反应2~3h;
S2预聚体制备:在预聚体半成品中添加按份数称取的脂肪酸单甘油酯、一缩二乙二醇、顺丁烯二酸酐、三羟甲基丙烷,并在75~85℃下反
应3~6h;
S3载体聚氨酯树脂配置:降温至35~45℃时,在预聚体中添加按份数称取的助剂硅油、三乙胺、蒸馏水
S4水性油皮:降至常温下,在聚氨酯树脂中添加按份数称取的氨水、消泡剂、增稠剂、蒸馏水、流平剂。
进一步的,所述步骤S3过程中,控制处理剂PH=8-10。
进一步的,所述步骤S3过程中,先添加增稠剂后添加流平剂。
更进一步的,将所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂用于印刷机处理、直涂、滚涂、喷涂工艺的一种或多种。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
其一,通过分子设计与结构调控技术和纳米硅与树脂界面作用调控技术,以协调高亮度与干爽手感平衡,构筑超高亮度、油蜡光、干爽手感的皮革表面;
其二,通过调控预聚体分子量和亲水分子链段设计,控制预聚体粘度与分散性,突破无油性溶剂聚体法合成水性聚氨酯树脂,实现零VOC排放的绿色环保生产工艺;
其三,通过载体水性乳液过程中添加可有效链接助剂,解决短期助剂提升手感,长期反粘的问题;
其四,通过载体单组分水性乳液,只需最顶层材料烘干即可,解决水性产品难烘干问题。

具体实施方式
为了更好的解释本发明,现结合以下具体实施例做进一步说明,但是本发明不限于具体实施例。
实施例1
一种水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:氨水35份、消泡剂2.5份增稠剂2.8份、第一阶段蒸馏水90份、流平剂2.2份、助剂硅油0.2份、三乙胺4份、第二阶段蒸馏水50份、脱水聚乙二酸己二醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯35份、脂肪酸单甘油酯12份、一缩二乙二醇8份、顺丁烯二酸酐10份、三羟甲基丙烷1.7份。
按份数称取脱水聚乙二酸己二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯,并在85~95℃下反应2~3h;添加按份数称取的脂肪酸单甘油酯、一缩二乙二醇、顺丁烯二酸酐、三羟甲基丙烷,并在75~85℃下反应3~6h;降温至35~45℃时,添加按份数称取的助剂硅油、三乙胺、蒸馏水;降至常温下,在聚氨酯树脂中添加按份数称取的氨水、消泡剂、增稠剂、蒸馏水、流平剂。
添加三乙胺的过程中控制处理剂PH=8-10,制备过程中由于本发明的增稠剂带有流平性能,应先添加增稠剂后添加流平级。
水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂用于印刷机处理、直涂、滚涂、喷涂工艺的一种或多种,由于本实施例所得的处理剂相较于最优实施例粘度偏低,因此其最好用于印刷机处理和或喷涂。
实施例2
本实施例与事实例1的不同之处在于:氨水20份、第一阶段蒸馏水70份、第二阶段蒸馏水40份、甲苯二异氰酸酯45份。
水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂用于印刷机处理、直涂、滚涂、喷涂工艺的一种或多种,由于本实施例所得的处理剂相较于最优实施例粘度偏高,因此其最好用于直涂和或滚涂。
最优实施例
本实施例与事实例1的不同之处在于:氨水25份、第一阶段蒸馏水80份、第二阶段蒸馏水45份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10份。
水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂用于印刷机处理、直涂、滚涂、喷涂工艺的一种或多种。

2.如权利要求1所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂,其特征在于,所述预聚体由一缩二乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、脱水聚乙二酸己二醇、脂肪酸单甘油酯,顺丁烯二酸酐、三羟甲基丙烷制得。
3.如权利要求2所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:

6.一种水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1预聚体半成品制备:按份数称取脱水聚乙二酸己二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯,并在85~95℃下反应2~3h;
S2预聚体制备:在预聚体半成品中添加按份数称取的脂肪酸单甘油酯、一缩二乙二醇、顺丁烯二酸酐、三羟甲基丙烷,并在75~85℃下反应3~6h;
S3载体聚氨酯树脂配置:降温至35~45℃时,在预聚体中添加按份数称取的助剂硅油、三乙胺、蒸馏水;
S4配置水性油皮:降至常温下,在聚氨酯树脂中添加按份数称取的氨水、消泡剂、增稠剂、蒸馏水、流平剂。
7.如权利要求7所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3过程中,控制处理剂PH=8-10。
8.如权利要求7所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3过程中,先添加增稠剂后添加流平剂。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂的用途,其特征在于,将所述的水性高亮油皮皮革处理剂用于印刷机处理、直涂、滚涂、喷涂工艺的一种或多种。
