The dry spray intercoat paints of examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested for performance.
1. Performance indexes are as follows:
free formaldehyde: GB 18582-; free formaldehyde is required to be less than or equal to 100 ppm.
Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene content: GB/T18581-; less than or equal to 300 ppm.
APEO: no artificial addition is required.
Heavy metals: GB 18582-; cadmium is less than or equal to 75 ppm; chromium is less than or equal to 60 ppm; mercury is less than or equal to 60 ppm.
VOC: GB 18582-; the VOC is required to be less than or equal to 120 g/L.
Scrubbing resistance: qualified products: not less than 200 times; first-class products: not less than 500 times; the superior product is more than or equal to 1000 times.
Construction time (open time): self-defining, and counting according to actual construction conditions.
The results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the dry-spraying intermediate coating has proper drying speed and is easy to construct; the VOC emission is low, the content of heavy metals, benzene substances, free formaldehyde and other related indexes meet the requirements, the scrubbing resistance is high, the comprehensive performance is excellent, and the industrial standard and the environment-friendly production concept are met.
2. Application testing
(1) Firstly, roller coating alkali-resistant primer as a bottom layer, and drying completely;
(2) respectively rolling the middle painting 1-10 in a layer thickness by using a middle hair roller, spraying the color piece on the bonding middle painting (when the color piece is sprayed, the ground is protected, the color piece falling on the ground can be tidied and used for the next time) by using a special spray gun before a middle painting film is dried, or uniformly spraying the color sand on the bonding middle painting, and waiting for the middle painting to be dried completely after the spraying is finished;
(3) after drying thoroughly, coating a layer of finish paint, and drying thoroughly;
(4) lightly polishing burrs by using fine sand paper; cleaning a wall surface by using a brush, coating a layer of finish paint to obtain color piece paint and color sand correspondingly, wherein the effect after spraying is shown in figures 1-11.
FIG. 1 is a graph showing the effect of the dry spraying of colored sand in example 1, wherein the colored sand is uniformly distributed without blooming.
FIG. 2 is a graph showing the effect of the dry spray of the colored sheet of example 1, wherein the colored sheet is uniformly distributed without blooming.

FIG. 4 is a graph showing the results of the experiments conducted on the dry spray-coated color sheet of example 3, wherein if the selected emulsion is not LV-380VF, the adhesion is slightly poor, and some areas fail to adhere the color sheet effectively.
FIG. 5 is a graph showing the effect of the experiment of spraying the color sand in example 4, and it can be seen that the paint film uniformity is slightly reduced if the kinds of the dispersing agent and the wetting agent are replaced.
FIG. 6 is a graph showing the effect of the experiment of spraying the color pieces in example 5, wherein the color pieces are uniformly distributed and do not bloom.
FIG. 7 is a graph showing the effect of the experiment of spraying the colored sheets in example 6, wherein the colored sheets are uniformly distributed, but have slight blooming compared with example 5.
FIG. 8 is a graph showing the experimental results of the color piece spray coating of example 7, from which it can be seen that the color pieces are uniformly distributed and the construction time is obviously longer.
FIG. 9 is a graph of the experimental effect of spraying colored sand in comparative example 1, and it can be seen from the graph that the single leveling agent is selected, so that the leveling is not proper, the color is not uniform, and the occurrence of the floating is observed.
FIG. 10 is a graph showing the experimental effect of the color sheet sprayed in comparative example 2, and it can be seen that the single leveling agent is poor in leveling and prone to blooming.
Fig. 11 is a graph showing the experimental effect of the color sheet sprayed in comparative example 3, and it can be seen from the graph that if cellulose with too large molecular weight is selected, the water retention is too poor, the coating surface dries too fast when the workability is poor, the sheet sticking capability is reduced, the spraying is not uniform, and part of the color sheet cannot be stuck because the intermediate coating is dry.

the leveling agent is prepared from a polyether leveling agent and a polyurethane leveling agent according to the mol ratio of 1.5: 3-2.5: 3 is prepared by compounding.

3. the dry paint surfacer coating of claim 1 wherein the cellulose has a molecular weight of from 100g/mol to 3000 g/mol.
4. The dry paint surfacer paint of claim 1 wherein the cellulose is selected from 250LR and 250HBR of ashland corporation.
5. The dry mid-spray paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyether leveling agent is selected from at least one of RHEOBYK-T1010 from BYK, TEGO Gldie 410 from Digao Germany, ZY-8533 from Shanghai catalpi and AKN-1033 from Okono.
6. The dry paint mid-spray coating of claim 1 wherein the polyurethane leveling agent is selected from at least one of NHS300 from asia-kalanchoe, SN-612 from nophacco, BG812D from bogaku chemical, and RM-2020 from rochans asia-leishun.
7. The dry paint mid-spray coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the dispersant is a polyacrylate-type dispersant.
8. The dry paint mid-spray coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the filler is selected from at least one of kaolin and heavy calcium.
9. The dry paint surfacer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the wetting agent is LCN407 or EH-9; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the defoaming agent is one or more of NXZ, T-4507 or ST 2410 AC; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the film forming auxiliary agent is one or more of OxFLIM 351, COASOL 290PLUS, TEXANOL or Istman 0E 300; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the antifreezing agent is selected from ethylene glycol, propylene glycol or polyethylene glycol.
10. A method for the preparation of a dry paint surfacer according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
premixing: mixing cellulose, part of water and a first part of the auxiliary agent under the first stirring state to prepare a colloidal substance;
dispersing: under the second stirring state, adding a second part of the auxiliary agent into the colloidal substance for 15-20min to prepare a mixture A;
adding the balance of water, the third part of the auxiliary agent and the emulsion into the mixture A under the third stirring state to prepare a mixture B;
and adding the rest of the auxiliary agent and the leveling agent into the mixture B in a fourth stirring state.
11. The method for preparing the dry spray paint primer surfacer according to claim 10, wherein the speed of the first stirring is controlled to be 300rpm/min to 500 rpm/min; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the speed of the second stirring is controlled to be 300rpm/min-500 rpm/min; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the third stirring speed is controlled to be 800rpm/min-1200 rpm/min; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the speed of the fourth stirring is controlled to be 800rpm/min-1200 rpm/min.
12. A color art paint, characterized in that it is prepared from a dry spray medium paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9; or, comprising a dry paint surfacer prepared according to the method for the preparation of a dry paint surfacer according to any one of claims 10 to 11.
