s1, firstly, conducting rough treatment on the upper surface and the lower surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4, if the rough treatment is not conducted, the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 is smooth in surface and not beneficial to bonding and adhering of a subsequent adhesive coating, the rough surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 after the rough treatment is more beneficial to bonding of an adhesive 5, the strength of the transparent writing quick-drying page film at the later stage is fully ensured, and the surface is cleaned after the rough treatment, so that the surface is clean and free of dust; baking the rough transparent BOPP film base layer 4 for 5-7min at the baking temperature of 40 ℃; baking the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 to soften the rough part of the surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4, so that the adhesive can be easily melted and bonded together, the bonding strength is improved, and after baking, spraying a layer of adhesive 5 on the upper surface and the lower surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 respectively; the sprayed adhesive 5 has more fluidity and can not be quickly condensed due to the fact that the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 is baked, the surface temperature is about 40 ℃, the sprayed adhesive 5 can be adhered to the surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 in sufficient time and is firmer, and a spraying form is adopted, so that the adhesive 5 on the surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 is uneven and flat in surface, connection between the base coat 3 and the adhesive coat can be facilitated, the connection strength is improved, falling off of each layer caused by writing is avoided, after spraying is completed, a plurality of acrylic adhesives horizontally arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 are respectively coated to serve as the base coats 3, the gap between every two adjacent base coats 3 on the same horizontal plane is guaranteed to be 0.5-1um, and coating of the base coats 3 of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 is completed;
s2, spraying an adhesive 5 on the bottom coating 3 on the surface of the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 coated with the bottom coating 3 in the step S1, vibrating the transparent BOPP film base layer 4 in the spraying process to enable the adhesive 5 to be uniformly filled in gaps among the bottom coating 3, and ensuring that the adhesive 5 is sprayed on the surface of the bottom coating 3; after the spraying is finished, coating the first writing quick-drying coating 2 on the surface of the binder on the surface of the base coating 3, heating and pressing, in order to ensure that the first writing quick-drying coating 2 is fully adhered to the surface of the binder on the surface of the base coating 3, and because the fluidity of the binder 5 is increased by heating, ensuring that the gaps between the base coatings 3 are uniformly filled with the binder 5, and finishing the coating of the first writing quick-drying coating 2 on the base coating 3;
s3, after the first writing quick-drying coating 2 on the base coating 3 in the S2 is coated, the adhesive 5 is sprayed on the surface of the first writing quick-drying coating 2, after the spraying is finished, small diatomite particles are sprayed on the surface of the adhesive 5 on the surface of the first writing quick-drying coating 2, and after the small diatomite particles are pressed on the second writing quick-drying layer, the finally formed transparent writing quick-drying page film can be naturally rough, the rotation of steel balls of a fountain pen is facilitated, characters can be written, meanwhile, the ink absorption capacity of the transparent writing quick-drying page film is improved, then the second writing quick-drying layer is coated, pressing is carried out, and the transparent writing quick-drying page film is finished.

the preparation method comprises the following steps:
