Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a treatment method of oil and degreasing wastewater.
Background
The deoiling and degreasing wastewater generally has high water temperature and high content of alkali and inorganic salt, and also contains grease and a small amount of emulsion. Mainly comes from degreasing wastewater of a galvanizing line, modulating wastewater of a color coating line and processing wastewater. The degreasing wastewater treatment method generally adopts several treatment links such as a microbial flocculant treatment method, a buoyancy floating method (separating suspended matters), a bubble floating method (cleaning and removing oil stains), a natural floating method (removing oil stains on water surface) and the like. The former process generally adopts A/O biochemical process to treat the waste water, and the process has large floor area and high energy consumption.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems described in the background art, the invention provides a treatment method of oil and degreasing wastewater, which removes suspended matters through an air floatation device. Anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic processes are carried out by a sequencing batch biofilm reactor to treat aerobic, attached facultative and attached anaerobic microorganisms. This application has improved the waste water treatment effect, has practiced thrift the cost.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a treatment method of oil-removing and degreasing wastewater comprises the following steps:
a) the deoiling and degreasing wastewater is sent into an oil separation tank for oil separation treatment, and water separated from the oil separation tank is sent into a regulating tank;
b) the wastewater enters a regulating tank for stirring and pre-aeration treatment, and the treated wastewater is sent into an air floatation device;
c) solid-liquid separation of the waste water is realized in the air floatation equipment, a flocculating agent is put into the air floatation equipment to remove suspended matters, and the water separated by the air floatation equipment is sent into a sequencing batch biofilm reactor;
d) and (4) removing microorganisms in the wastewater by using the sequencing batch biofilm reactor to obtain water which reaches the discharge standard.
Specifically, the flocculant is polyacrylamide.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a treatment method of oil-removing and degreasing wastewater, which removes suspended matters through air floatation equipment. Anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic processes are carried out by a sequencing batch biofilm reactor to treat aerobic, attached facultative and attached anaerobic microorganisms. This application has improved the waste water treatment effect, has practiced thrift the cost.
Drawings
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the framework of the present invention;
Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic diagrams illustrating only the basic structure of the invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the framework of the present invention.
As shown in the attached figure 1, the treatment method of the oil-removing and degreasing wastewater comprises the following steps:
a) the deoiling and degreasing wastewater is sent into an oil separation tank for oil separation treatment, and water separated from the oil separation tank is sent into a regulating tank;
b) the wastewater enters a regulating tank for stirring and pre-aeration treatment, and the treated wastewater is sent into an air floatation device;
c) solid-liquid separation of the waste water is realized in the air floatation equipment, a flocculating agent is put into the air floatation equipment to remove suspended matters, and the water separated by the air floatation equipment is sent into a sequencing batch biofilm reactor;
d) and (4) removing microorganisms in the wastewater by using the sequencing batch biofilm reactor to obtain water which reaches the discharge standard.
The flocculating agent is polyacrylamide.
The air floating equipment is water treating equipment with great amount of micro bubbles introduced or produced in water to make air adhere to suspended matter grains in high dispersed micro bubble form to result in density lower than that of water and float on water surface based on buoyancy principle.
A Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor (Sequencing Biofilm Batch Reactor), also known as a membrane SBR (BABR), is a new biological sewage treatment process which is researched and applied at home and abroad. The sequencing batch biofilm reactor is a novel composite biofilm reactor developed by filling different fillers (such as fiber fillers, activated carbon, ceramsite and the like) in an SBR reactor, and the intervention of the fillers provides a more favorable living environment for microorganisms. The microorganisms form a complex ecosystem consisting of a plurality of nutrition levels such as bacteria, fungi, algae, protozoa, metazoan and the like in the longitudinal direction, and form a suspended aerobic type, attached facultative type and attached anaerobic type microorganism system with various different activities, breathing types and nutrition types in the transverse direction along the direction of water flowing to the carrier, thereby greatly improving the processing capacity and stability of the reactor, and the advantages of stable reaction process, more and complex biomass, less residual sludge, less power consumption and small occupied area of the sequencing batch biofilm reactor are achieved.
In light of the foregoing description of preferred embodiments according to the invention, many modifications and variations can be made by the worker skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
