本发明属于污水处理领域,公开了一种高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂,由膨润土、沸石粉和PAC组成。各成分如下:膨润土25%‑30%;沸石粉10%‑37%PAC;38%‑60%。本发明还公开了一种所述的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂的制备方法,将固体原料按照比例充分混合后,常温下,用机械方法粉碎至200‑300目。本发明的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂广泛适用于化工,造纸,制药,石油,钢铁,洗煤,纺织印染所产生的污水处理,成本低廉,处理效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于污水处理领域,具体是一种高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂。
背景技术
对于化工、造纸、制药、酿造、电厂、冶金、洗煤、纺织、印染、油田等行业来说,污水和废水的处理是一项重要工作,絮凝是污水处理的常用方法,但是目前一般企业采用PAC进行污水絮凝处理,效果一般,成本高,而且许多污染严重的污水无法进行处理。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂,由膨润土、沸石粉和PAC组成。
进一步的,各成分如下:
膨润土 25%-30%
沸石粉 10%-37%
PAC 38%-60%。
进一步的,各成分如下:
膨润土 25%-30%
沸石粉 25%-37%
PAC 38%-50%。

本发明还提供了一种所述的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂的制备方法,将固体原料按照比例充分混合后,常温下,用机械方法粉碎至200-300目。
本发明的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂广泛适用于化工,造纸,制药,石油,钢铁,洗煤,纺织印染所产生的污水处理,成本低廉,处理效果好。

下面对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂,由膨润土、沸石粉和PAC组成。
表1示出了三种实施例说明各成分组成。

本发明的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂的制备方法;将固体原料按照比例充分混合后,常温下,用机械方法粉碎至200-300目,即可使用。
对比实验:
取油田废水各100L,分别加入本发明实施例1-3的处理药剂和聚合氯化铝各1kg,过滤絮凝物后检测经净化后的废水。
本发明的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂不仅对含油污水有很理想的处理效果,并且对印染工业废水,无机化工,城市生活污水等,都有很好的处理效果。
本发明还具有以下特点:
1.原料来源广泛,价格低廉,可以就地取材,加工,制作工艺简单,不需要大型设备,处理废水(污水)比较方便,成本较低。
2.对废水(污水)处理效果好,适用范围广,形成絮凝体沉降快,不需要进行污水(废水)预处理,偏酸偏碱都可以。PH值3-12都可以直接使用。
3.无废弃物排放,不产生二次污染,并且对细菌不伤害,不影响后续生物法对污水的进一步处理,对重金属,COD降解效果佳。

1.一种高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂,其特征在于:由膨润土、沸石粉和PAC组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂,其特征在于各成分如下:
膨润土 25%-30%
沸石粉 10%-37%
PAC 38%-60%。
3.如权利要求2所述的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂,其特征在于各成分如下:
膨润土 25%-30%
沸石粉 25%-37%
PAC 38%-50%。
4.如权利要求1所述的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂,其特征在于各成分如下:
膨润土 25%-30%
沸石粉 10%-25%
PAC 50%-60%。
5.一种如权利要求1-4之一的所述的高效絮凝沉淀水处理药剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
将固体原料按照比例充分混合后,常温下,用机械方法粉碎至200-300目。
