A vacuum bag pre-opening process comprises a membrane transmission assembly, a hot cutting mechanism, a vacuum transmission belt and a vacuum bag pre-opening arm, and is characterized in that the membrane transmission assembly is arranged at one end of the vacuum transmission belt, and the hot cutting mechanism is arranged between the membrane transmission assembly and the vacuum transmission belt; the other end of the vacuum conveying belt is provided with a vacuum bag pre-opening arm; the vacuum bag pre-opening arm is provided with a motor and a rotating arm; the device fixes the synchronous transmission film drawing through the vacuum transmission belt, and the hot cutting mechanism can perform hot cutting only by waiting for the packaging film to be in place, so that the arrangement of stations is reduced; the rotary arm can complete avoidance of the bag opening device while pre-opening the bag, and avoidance steps are reduced, so that the production efficiency is improved.

Background
In the pre-opening process of the prior packaging film bag making, most of the packaging film is adsorbed by an upper bag opening suction nozzle and a lower bag opening suction nozzle and then moves up and down respectively, so that the packaging bag is opened to complete pre-opening, and finally, the packaging bag is completely opened by a bag opening device; however, the bag pre-opening mode has more processes in the conveying process of the packaging bags, and the bag opening devices are avoided when the bag pre-opening is finished by the upper bag opening suction nozzles and the lower bag opening suction nozzles during evacuation, so that the single bag making time is increased, and the bag making efficiency is low easily when the reset time is unreasonable to allocate.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum transfer belt 3 adsorbs and fixes the lower bag film of the single-opening bag when the bag is pre-opened.
As a further preferred version of the invention, the pivoted arm 4-2 is reset at the same time as the pivoted arm 4-2 is lifted to pre-open the pocket.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, one end of the vacuum conveying belt 3 is provided with a membrane transmission component 1, and a hot cutting mechanism 2 is arranged between the membrane transmission component 1 and the vacuum conveying belt 3; and a vacuum bag pre-opening arm 4 is arranged at the other end of the vacuum conveying belt 3.
