Abstract
本发明公开了一种自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,包括依次层叠的:金属板层、高分子胶膜层和聚氯乙烯层;所述聚氯乙烯层延伸至金属板层和高分子胶膜层外围,且聚氯乙烯层的厚度不小于高分子胶膜层的厚度;所述聚氯乙烯层选用均质型PVC或内增强型PVC;所述金属板层选用钢板、铝板或铝镁锰板。本发明自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板生产工艺简单,一次成型,无需使用油性和水性的胶粘剂,全部采用高分子材料生产完成。本发明自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板是一种便捷化施工、耐候性优良、自清洁表层、更优异复合力的覆膜金属板。聚氯乙烯层具有延伸部分,主要用于材料的密封焊接,可实现板材和板材之间无缝施工,确保防水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板。
背景技术
彩涂钢板是钢板和有机材料的复合,既具有钢板的机械强度、易成型性能,又具有涂层材料良好的装饰性、耐腐蚀性,广泛应用于工厂厂房、车站、机场、体育馆等各类建筑。彩涂板目前国内外广泛使用,但随着中国经济的高速发展,国内客户对彩涂板的需求和要求越来越高。
现有彩涂板质量问题较多,比如钢板质量不一,选择非品牌类金属板;油漆和喷漆工艺不良,经常发生漏涂、有色差、耐候性差、褪色较快等问题,目前彩涂板使用寿命差的话也就1-2年就会漏水,只能返工维修处理,好一些的也只能质保4-5年。
专利CN109648949A公开一种高分子防水复合金属板及其制备办法,该专利通过将第一高分子防水卷材层、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层、第二高分子防水层、第一胶粘层和金属板层连接成一体,需要靠胶粘剂进行粘结,且胶粘剂是压敏胶。
专利CN102995840A公开一种屋面金属复合板,该专利构造包括金属基板、挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板、金属面板,通过胶合剂粘合在一起,但未公开胶合剂的品类。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,包括依次层叠的:金属板层、高分子胶膜层和聚氯乙烯层;
所述聚氯乙烯层延伸至金属板层和高分子胶膜层外围,且聚氯乙烯层的厚度不小于高分子胶膜层的厚度;
所述聚氯乙烯层选用均质型PVC或内增强型PVC;
所述金属板层选用钢板、铝板或铝镁锰板。
优选的,所述聚氯乙烯层具有两个相反表面特性,一面和胶膜层粘结,另一面有自清洁功能。
优选的,所述聚氯乙烯层延伸出金属板层和高分子胶膜层外围的长度为20~100mm。
优选的,所述高分子胶膜层厚度均一,高分子胶膜层的平均厚度为0.01~0.2mm。
优选的,按重量份计,聚氯乙烯层由以下组分组成:
100份PVC树脂粉,
30~80份增塑剂,
2~6份稳定剂,
5~30份钛白粉,
10~20份填料,
0.01~0.2份抗紫外剂,
0.1~1份PE蜡,
0.1~1份硬脂酸,
0.1~5份丙烯酸加工助剂。
优选的,所述PVC树脂粉为聚氯乙烯悬浮树脂,由乙烯法聚合而成,聚合度1000~1500;
所述增塑剂选自DOP、DINP、DOTP、环氧大豆油中的一种或几种;
述稳定剂为热稳定剂,选自铅盐类、钙锌类、有机类稳定剂中的一种或几种;
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;

本发明通过将聚氯乙烯层、高分子胶膜层和金属板层连接成一体,可采用传统彩涂板的施工工艺,施工便捷、耐候性优异、质保20年以上,表面的聚氯乙烯层还具有自清洁功能层,有效避免灰尘等异物,可提供屋面彩色方案,另外也可应用于维修屋面。
本发明自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板生产工艺简单,一次成型,无需使用油性和水性的胶粘剂,全部采用高分子材料生产完成。本发明自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板是一种便捷化施工、耐候性优良、自清洁表层、更优异复合力的覆膜金属板。
聚氯乙烯层是可以作为外露层使用的卷材,表层涂覆自清洁层;高分子胶膜层是采用多层共挤吹膜工艺生产的,兼顾PVC和钢板的粘结力,较传统一层复合力提高2倍。
本发明自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板可用作金属屋面板,可设计耐久年限,常规耐久年限起底保证10年;杜绝传统普通彩钢板喷漆后,没有几年就出现褪色、生锈等情况。另外,本发明一体化覆膜金属板可以有效节约施工工期,在维修项目上具有节约时效性、节约人工和提供材料使用寿命的特点。
本发明解决户外使用无自清洁性、胶膜不在单一使用一层,能够有效提高复合力。
与现有技术相比,本发明还具备如下优点和有益效果:
1、本发明采用高分子材料进行PVC和金属板的粘结,有效避免传统采用胶粘剂涉及的环保问题;
2、本发明聚氯乙烯层为耐候层,适用面广泛,灵活多变;如果是维修项目可直接使用玻纤均质型PVC和钢板复合,如果是新建项目要求高,也可采用内增强型PVC进行复合;
3、本发明金属板层可选用的钢板、铝板、铝镁锰板等金属板;
4、本发明金属屋面板是一体化材料,施工便捷,操作灵活;
5、本发明聚氯乙烯层耐候性优异、表面有自清洁层,可以减少屋面污染;
6、本发明高分子胶膜层是通过选用特殊材料共挤而成,有效提高现有单层胶膜复合力不足的问题。
为了提供足够的耐候性,聚氯乙烯层的厚度不小于高分子胶膜层的厚度。
聚氯乙烯层延伸至金属板层和高分子胶膜层外围,即聚氯乙烯层具有延伸部分,延伸部分长度20~100mm,主要用于材料的密封焊接,可实现板材和板材之间无缝施工,确保防水性。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,包括金属板层,金属板层为镀锌钢板、铝板或铝镁锰板,在金属板层上具有厚度均一的高分子胶膜层,高分子胶膜层平均厚度0.01~0.2mm,以及具有两个相反表面特性(一面有自清洁层,一面和胶膜层粘结)的聚氯乙烯层,为了提供足够的耐候性,聚氯乙烯层厚度大于等于高分子胶膜层,并且材料为保持良好的防水性,聚氯乙烯层会延伸出20~100mm用于焊接密封功能。
自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板的宽度50~200cm,优选的在80~120cm。
高分子胶膜层的厚度小于聚氯乙烯层和金属板层。
所述聚氯乙烯层选用均质型PVC或内增强型PVC。均质型PVC层或内增强型PVC层提供产品整体的耐候性、防水功能。还可以设计彩色、自清洁层和抗静电层等特殊需求。
所述聚氯乙烯层包括PVC树脂粉、增塑剂、填充料、加工助剂、钛白粉等组成,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出压延而成;
按重量份计,聚氯乙烯层由以下组分组成:
100份PVC树脂粉,
30~80份增塑剂,
2~6份稳定剂,
5~30份钛白粉,
10~20份填料,
0.01~0.2份抗紫外剂,
0.1~1份PE蜡,

所述增塑剂为添加到聚合物材料中能使聚合物塑性增加的物质,选自DOP、DINP、DOTP、环氧大豆油等增塑剂中的一种或几种;
所述稳定剂为热稳定剂,选自铅盐类、钙锌类、有机类稳定剂中的一种或几种;
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;
所述填料选自碳酸钙、滑石粉、陶土中的一种或几种;

高分子胶膜层是一种PVC与金属粘结的双层复合热熔胶膜,可以由上下双层胶膜复合构成,双层复合胶膜的厚度是0.01mm~0.20mm,优选厚度0.02~0.12mm,最优选厚度0.03~0.08mm;上层为与金属粘结的热熔胶层,厚度为复合膜厚度的20%~60%,下层为与PVC粘结的热熔胶层,厚度为复合膜厚度的40%~80%,利用普通流延机经过两次挤出流延复合得到双层复合热熔胶膜;
按重量份计,高分子胶膜层由以下组分组成:
10-35份马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯-酯类共聚物;
30-60份聚乙烯-酯类共聚物;
5-40份聚烯烃共聚物;
0.1-1份引发剂;

金属板层主要从宝钢、首钢、马钢、中铝等优质供应商采购。优异的金属板必须经过上料→开卷→夹送、矫直→焊接→清洗→入口活套→退火→镀锌→(合金化)→冷却→中间活套→平整→拉矫→后处理→出口活套→检查卷取一系列工艺流程处理方可使用。所述金属板厚度在0.1-3mm,优选0.3-2mm,最优选0.5-1mm。
主要考察金属板与胶膜层和PVC层的粘结强度要足够牢靠。要求粘结力≥75N/mm,在沸水中蒸煮≥72h,不出现鼓包、脱开等现象。

专利CN111231451A公开一种TPO覆膜金属板,TPO覆膜金属板的结构同本发明类似,但本发明解决户外使用无自清洁性、胶膜不在单一使用一层,能够有效提高复合力。
取自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板和TPO金属复合板、普通彩钢板进行人工气候加速老化、耐酸碱盐、外观和颜色的变化
主要实验方案:
1、取400*400mm的PVC覆膜金属板和普通彩钢板放于人工气候老化箱,进行老化性能的测试,分别以2500h为单位,进行2500h、5000h、7500h、10000h的性能测试外观、颜色变化、粘结力的测试

1.一种自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,其特征在于,包括依次层叠的:金属板层、高分子胶膜层和聚氯乙烯层;
所述聚氯乙烯层延伸至金属板层和高分子胶膜层外围,且聚氯乙烯层的厚度不小于高分子胶膜层的厚度;
所述聚氯乙烯层选用均质型PVC或内增强型PVC;
所述金属板层选用钢板、铝板或铝镁锰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯层一面和胶膜层粘结,另一面有自清洁功能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯层延伸出金属板层和高分子胶膜层外围的长度为20~100mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,其特征在于,所述高分子胶膜层的平均厚度为0.01~0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁型PVC覆膜金属板,其特征在于,按重量份计,聚氯乙烯层由以下组分组成:
100份PVC树脂粉,
30~80份增塑剂,
2~6份稳定剂,

所述马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯-酯类共聚物选自马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物和马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物中的一种或几种;
所述聚乙烯-酯类共聚物选自聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、聚乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物和聚乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物中的一种或几种;
所述聚烯烃共聚物选自聚乙烯-丁烯共聚物、聚乙烯-辛烯共聚物、聚乙烯-丙烯共聚物、非晶态α-烯烃共聚物中的一种或几种;
所述引发剂选自过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化3,5,5三甲基己酸叔丁酯、过氧化苯甲酸叔戊酯、过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯、过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸叔戊酯、1,1-二叔戊基过氧化-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、1,1-二叔丁基过氧化-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、1,1-二叔丁基过氧化环己烷中的一种或几种;
所述交联剂选自三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、三(2-羟乙基)异氰脲酸三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、(3)乙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、(3)丙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、(4)乙氧化季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、(3)丙氧化丙三醇三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、二-三羟甲基丙烷四丙烯酸酯、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
