Abstract
本发明涉及一种PVC防水卷材,包括第一软质PVC层以及在该第一软质PVC层上表面的ASA层;ASA层包括如下组分:ASA树脂50‑100重量份;弹性体5‑30重量份;抗氧剂0.1‑1重量份。本发明中的ASA层,具有良好的机械物理性能,ASA和ABS的结构相似,都是由丙烯腈和丁二烯橡胶组成,其保留了ABS作为工程塑料所具有的极佳的机械物理性能。ASA具有很强的耐候性和比较好的耐高温性能,另外ASA是一种防静电功能和自清洁功能,能使表面少积灰尘。在化学检测测试中心通过15000小时人工加速老化检测,ASA拥有丰富的色彩和保性色。ASA层可一次性直接提供色彩、自清洁、抗静电、耐候等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,尤其是涉及一种PVC防水卷材。
背景技术
市面上常见的PVC耐候防水卷材主要都是依靠PVC材料添加钛白粉或者抗老化的材料提高耐候性,如果想功能化,例如抗静电、自清洁等功能还需要额外做单独功能涂层,又涉及到环保等问题。
PVC防水卷材在防水行业通常质保要求≥10年,行业主流技术就是通过使用进口PVC树脂粉,加上进口的钛白粉,再辅以热稳定剂、增塑剂、碳酸钙、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂等材料生产而成。如果客户需要定制颜色,还需要添加无机颜料。但是根据市场调研发现,直接在PVC配方中添加无机颜料进行调色,保色性差,基本1-2年后颜色变化很大。
此外,由于屋面的彩钢板之间采用铆钉连接,PVC防水卷材铺设在彩钢板上,需要将铆钉裸露在外,随着使用时间的增加,铆钉会被腐蚀,导致连接强度下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC防水卷材,以解决现有技术存在的上述问题。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种PVC防水卷材,包括第一软质PVC层以及在该第一软质PVC层上表面的ASA层;
所述ASA层包括如下组分:
ASA树脂50-100重量份;
弹性体5-30重量份;
抗氧剂0.1-1重量份。
进一步地,所述ASA树脂为一种由丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丙烯酸橡胶组成的三元聚合物;
所述弹性体包括热塑性聚烯烃、热塑性橡胶、CPE树脂或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
所述抗氧剂为酚类或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂。

1、本发明中的ASA层,具有良好的机械物理性能,ASA和ABS的结构相似,都是由丙烯腈和丁二烯橡胶组成,其保留了ABS作为工程塑料所具有的极佳的机械物理性能。ASA具有很强的耐候性和比较好的耐高温性能,另外ASA是一种防静电功能和自清洁功能,能使表面少积灰尘。在化学检测测试中心通过15000小时人工加速老化检测(△E<5),ASA拥有丰富的色彩和保性色。ASA层可一次性直接提供色彩、自清洁、抗静电、耐候等特点。
2、本发明中ASA层采用高分子挤出机进行生产,加工便捷,不涉及环境污染等问题,传统的功能涂层一般都是溶剂型或水性的涂料,均涉及到环保排放处理等问题;
3、本发明可达到结构简化的作用,传统PVC防水卷材实现抗静电和自清洁功能需要4-5层结构,而本发明,实现抗静电和自清洁功能仅需要提供2层结构。
4、通过本申请的ASA层配方,对ASA层进行改性,降低ASA层与第一软质PVC层的复合难度。
5、第一软质PVC层具有可焊接性,相邻PVC防水卷材的既可通过第一软质PVC层进行焊接连接,又可以通过第一软质PVC层与ASA层焊接连接,以将连接彩钢板的铆钉包裹起来,避免了铆钉裸露在外,容易被腐蚀,从而导致彩钢板连接强度下降的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本申请实施例一提供的PVC防水卷材,包括第一软质PVC层1以及在该第一软质PVC层1上表面的ASA层2;
ASA层2包括如下组分:
ASA树脂50-100重量份;
弹性体5-30重量份;
抗氧剂0.1-1重量份。
具体地,ASA树脂为一种由丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丙烯酸橡胶组成的三元聚合物;
弹性体包括热塑性聚烯烃、热塑性橡胶、CPE树脂或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
抗氧剂为酚类或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂。
具体地,第一软质PVC层1包括如下组分:
PVC树脂粉100重量份;
增塑剂30-80重量份;
稳定剂2-6重量份;
钛白粉5-10重量份;
填料10-20重量份;
抗紫外剂0.01-0.2重量份;
PE蜡0.1-1重量份;
硬脂酸0.1-1重量份;
丙烯酸加工助剂0.1-5重量份;
PVC树脂粉为聚氯乙烯悬浮树脂粉;
增塑剂为DOP、DINP、DOTP、环氧大豆油或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
稳定剂为热稳定剂,包括铅盐类、钙锌类、有机类稳定剂或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;
填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、陶土或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
抗紫外剂包括紫外线吸收剂、光屏蔽剂、受阻胺类稳定剂或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
PE蜡为加工助剂;
硬脂酸为加工助剂;
丙烯酸加工助剂为陶氏生产,增加加工性。
具体地,ASA层2的厚度为10-500μm,第一软质PVC层1的厚度不小于ASA层2的厚度。
具体地,ASA层2采用挤出流延或吹膜工艺制成。
本申请的,PVC防水卷材的耐久性和保色性的实验对比数据,如表1所示:
实验方法:
取200*100mm的本申请的PVC防水卷材和传统PVC防水卷材放于人工气候老化箱,进行老化性能的测试,分别以2500h为单位,进行2500h、5000h、7500h、10000h、15000h的性能测试外观、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和颜色变化的测试。
表1传统PVC防水卷材与本申请的PVC防水卷材的的耐久性和保色性的实验对比数据,国家标准GB/T 12952-2011,要求拉伸强度≥85%、断裂伸长率保持率≥80%。
通过表1可知,本申请的PVC防水卷材在2500h-15000h的老化性能测试时,外观、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和颜色变化均满足测试要求,且各项指标均好于传统PVC防水卷材,而传统PVC防水卷材无法达到全部测试要求。
实施例二:
如图2所示,本申请实施例二提供的PVC防水卷材,在实施例一的基础上,还包括网格布层3和第二软质PVC层4,网格布层3设置在第一软质PVC层1下表面,第二软质PVC层4设置在网格布层3下表面。
具体地,网格布层3采用经编衬纬布制成,一般为聚酯材料,克重80-120g/㎡。
具体地,第二软质PVC层4包括如下组分:
PVC树脂粉100重量份;
增塑剂30-80重量份;
稳定剂2-6重量份;
钛白粉0-5重量份;
填料5-30重量份;
抗紫外剂0.01-0.2重量份;
PE蜡0.1-1重量份;
硬脂酸0.1-1重量份;
丙烯酸加工助剂0.1-5重量份;
PVC树脂粉为聚氯乙烯悬浮树脂粉;
增塑剂为DOP、DINP、DOTP、环氧大豆油或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
稳定剂为热稳定剂,包括铅盐类、钙锌类、有机类稳定剂或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;
填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、陶土或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
抗紫外剂包括紫外线吸收剂、光屏蔽剂、受阻胺类稳定剂或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
PE蜡为加工助剂;
硬脂酸为加工助剂;
丙烯酸加工助剂为陶氏生产,增加加工性。
实施例三:
如图3所示,本申请实施例三提供的PVC防水卷材,在实施例二的基础上,还包括背衬层5,背衬层5设置在第二软质PVC层4下表面。
具体地,背衬层5为纤维背衬层。
实施例四:
如图4所示,本申请实施例四提供的PVC防水卷材,在实施例一的基础上,还包括第二软质PVC层4,第二软质PVC层4设置在第一软质PVC层1下表面。
具体地,第二软质PVC层4包括如下组分:
PVC树脂粉100重量份;
增塑剂30-80重量份;
稳定剂2-6重量份;
钛白粉0-5重量份;
填料5-30重量份;
抗紫外剂0.01-0.2重量份;
PE蜡0.1-1重量份;
硬脂酸0.1-1重量份;
丙烯酸加工助剂0.1-5重量份;
PVC树脂粉为聚氯乙烯悬浮树脂粉;

如图5所示,本申请实施例五提供的PVC防水卷材,在实施例四的基础上,还包括背衬层5,背衬层5设置在第二软质PVC层4下表面。
具体地,背衬层5为纤维背衬层。

Claims (10)
1.一种PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,包括第一软质PVC层以及在该第一软质PVC层上表面的ASA层;
所述ASA层包括如下组分:
ASA树脂 50-100重量份;
弹性体 5-30重量份;
抗氧剂 0.1-1重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,所述ASA树脂为一种由丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丙烯酸橡胶组成的三元聚合物;
所述弹性体包括热塑性聚烯烃、热塑性橡胶、CPE树脂或这些材料中的二种或更多种的组合;
所述抗氧剂为酚类或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,所述第一软质PVC层包括如下组分:
PVC树脂粉 100重量份;
增塑剂 30-80重量份;
稳定剂 2-6重量份;
钛白粉 5-10重量份;
填料 10-20重量份;
抗紫外剂 0.01-0.2重量份;
PE蜡 0.1-1重量份;
硬脂酸 0.1-1重量份;
丙烯酸加工助剂 0.1-5重量份;

4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,还包括网格布层和第二软质PVC层,所述网格布层设置在所述第一软质PVC层下表面,所述第二软质PVC层设置在所述网格布层下表面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,还包括背衬层,所述背衬层设置在所述第二软质PVC层下表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,还包括第二软质PVC层,所述第二软质PVC层设置在所述第一软质PVC层下表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,还包括背衬层,所述背衬层设置在所述第二软质PVC层下表面。
8.根据权利要求4或6所述的PVC防水卷材,其特征在于,所述第二软质PVC层包括如下组分:
PVC树脂粉 100重量份;
增塑剂 30-80重量份;
稳定剂 2-6重量份;
钛白粉 0-5重量份;
填料 5-30重量份;
抗紫外剂 0.01-0.2重量份;
PE蜡 0.1-1重量份;
硬脂酸 0.1-1重量份;
丙烯酸加工助剂 0.1-5重量份;
