In this embodiment, by providing the transition chute and the pusher mechanism 8, a single seat ring is pushed into the clamping mechanism 3 by the pusher mechanism 8 in the excessive sliding process, an arc-shaped block 83 is arranged at one end of the material pushing head 82 far away from the hydraulic cylinder 81, and the shape of the arc-shaped block 83 is adapted to the outer ring of the seat ring, so as to be better attached to the seat ring.
The seat ring press-mounting machine 4 comprises a base 41, an upper mounting frame 42, a cylinder head supporting seat 43, a seat ring placing seat 44, a seat ring pressure head 45 and a press-mounting head 46; a plurality of supporting hydraulic cylinders 411 are arranged between the base 41 and the upper mounting frame 42, a cylinder head supporting seat 43 and a seat ring placing seat 44 are arranged on the base 41, and a seat ring pressure head 45 and a press-mounting head 46 are arranged on the upper mounting frame 42; the seat ring pressure head 45 and the press-fitting head 46 are respectively provided with a driving hydraulic cylinder 451, the seat ring placing seat 44 corresponds to the seat ring pressure head 45 in position, the seat ring pressure head 45 is used for pushing the seat ring in the clamping mechanism 3 to the seat ring placing seat 44, and the press-fitting head 46 is used for press-fitting the seat ring in the cylinder head.
In this embodiment, during production, the seat ring is transported by the clamp mechanism 3 along the two support rods 37 to above the seat ring placement seat 44, the seat ring ram 45 pushes the seat ring in the clamp mechanism 3 against the seat ring placement seat 44, the clamp mechanism 3 is retracted to the side of the limiting mechanism 2, the cylinder head is placed, and finally, the press-fitting head 46 press-fits the seat ring in the cylinder head.
Both sides of the conveyor belt are provided with baffles 16, and the height of the baffles 16 is lower than that of the single-layer seat ring.
In this embodiment, the baffle 16 is provided to prevent the races from being extruded from the conveyor line.
