Abstract

The calculation program in the control panel 26 compares the obtained data with the thickness required for processing the metal plate in the predetermined order, and when the difference does not exceed the tolerance range required by the predetermined order (usually, the tolerance range required by the predetermined order is about 3 mm), the shearing device 2 starts and executes the metal plate shearing program to continue the subsequent processing; and when the difference value exceeds the tolerance range required by the preset order, the shearing device 2 is not started, and an alarm 10 in the control device 3 gives an alarm to remind a worker to stop the machine in time and replace the metal plate with the wrong feeding. For example, when the thickness of the metal plate required by the order is 10 mm, the thickness of the metal plate to be processed is 10 mm as measured by the thickness detection device, and the tolerance range required by the predetermined order is 3(± 0.2) mm, the shearing device 2 starts and executes the metal plate shearing program, and the metal plate continues to be processed; if the thickness of the metal plate to be processed is smaller than 9.7 millimeters or larger than 10.3 millimeters, the shearing device is not started, and the alarm 10 gives an alarm to remind an operator to replace the metal plate.
Preferably, after the metal plate enters the feeding end 4 of the metal plate conveying device 1, the metal plate also passes through a straightening mechanism 11, a straightening support 12 is arranged in the straightening mechanism 11, a bottom straightening roller layer 13 fixed on the straightening support 12 is arranged in the straightening mechanism 11, the top of the straightening support 12 is connected with a top straightening roller layer 14 through a lower pressure screw rod 15, and the lower pressure screw rod 15 is driven by a lower pressure motor 16 to drive the top straightening roller layer 14 to move up and down; after the metal plate enters the straightening mechanism 11, the pressing motor 16 drives the pressing screw rod 15 to press the top straightening roller layer 14 downwards, the metal plate is extruded by the top straightening roller layer 14 and the bottom straightening roller layer 13 together while moving forwards, the straightness of the metal plate can be changed, the surface of the metal plate becomes smoother, and subsequent shearing processing is facilitated. After the metal plate is straightened, the metal plate is driven to advance at a constant speed by the rotation of the guide roller 18 in the transfer mechanism 6 and enters the material storage platform 20 in the shearing bracket 19; the top of the material storage platform 20 is provided with the conveying roller 21, the conveying roller 21 drives the metal plate to move to the shearing knife 22, then under the driving of the stepping motor 24, the limiting pressing block 23 limits the metal plate according to the size required to be processed, the shearing knife 22 rapidly falls to complete shearing of the metal plate, and the sheared metal plate leaves from the discharging end 5. The two sides of the cutting bracket 19 are provided with transparent guard rails 25, and the transparent guard rails 25 can provide a protection function and observe the working condition of the cutting device. Moreover, an emergency stop button 27 is arranged in the control device 2 and used for stopping the emergency brake of the plate shearing machine when the plate shearing machine fails, so that the loss caused by various accidents is avoided.
The invention has compact structure, can detect the thickness of the processed metal plate in advance, further avoids enterprise loss caused by feeding errors due to human errors, has high automation degree, does not need manual operation in all processes, greatly reduces labor cost, and is suitable for shearing and processing various metal plates.

A plate shearing machine with thickness detection function is used for shearing and processing metal plates; the plate shearing machine comprises a metal plate conveying device, a shearing device and a control device, wherein the metal plate conveying device comprises a feeding end, a discharging end and a transferring mechanism, wherein the discharging end is opposite to the feeding end; it is characterized in that a thickness detection device is arranged at the feeding end of the metal plate conveying device; the thickness detection device comprises two laser sensors and a sensor trigger device which are arranged oppositely, and the laser sensors and the sensor trigger device are both supported by a sensor bracket; when the metal plate is transmitted to the feeding end, the control device controls the sensor trigger device to trigger the laser sensor to start to detect the thickness of the metal plate, the detected thickness data is compared with the thickness required by a preset order, when the difference value does not exceed the tolerance range required by the preset order, the shearing device starts and executes a metal plate shearing program, otherwise, the shearing device is not started, and an alarm device is controlled to give an alarm to remind an operator to replace the metal plate.
