A formula of a moxibustion and wax moxibustion composite moxibustion material comprises a wax core and the following components in percentage by mass: 10-90% of moxibustion material, 90-10% of wax moxibustion material, and composite moxibustion strip, wherein the paper sheet is rolled into cylinder, the cylinder cavity is filled with the moxibustion material, wax core is added, the wax moxibustion material is melted and then added into the cylinder cavity, and the cylinder is cooled and formed, and the two ends of the cylinder are sealed with flour paste.
