(2.3) preparation of antibacterial yarn
a. Mixing cotton bales according to the wet weight blending ratio of 33% -38% of chitin fiber, 27% -31% of alginate fiber and 28% -36% of mulberry fiber;
b. according to the technological parameters of raw sliver quality ration of 20.5-21.5g/5m, cylinder speed of 310-330r/min, doffer speed of 28.4-30.4r/min, licker-in speed of 700-800r/min, cylinder-cover plate gauge of 0.1-0.2mm, 0.1-0.20mm, 0.1-0.15mm, 0.1-0.20mm, licker-in-cylinder gauge of 0.14-0.16mm and cylinder-doffer gauge of 0.1-0.13mm, cotton carding process is carried out;
c. the head merging process is carried out by pressurizing rollers with the speed of 19.3-19.8g/5m, the speed of 242.8-252.8r/min of front rollers, the merging number of 4-6 roots, the drafting of 3.585-5.805 times, the rear zone drafting of 0.95-1.03 times and the roller pressurizing of 200-240N multiplied by 300-340N multiplied by 330-370N;
d. the second merging process is carried out by pressurizing the rollers with the drying speed of 19.83-20.91g/5m, the front roller speed of 245.8-252.8r/min, the merging number of 4-6, the drafting of 4.694-5.904 times, the rear zone drafting of 0.94-1.06 times and the roller compression of 200-240N multiplied by 300-340N multiplied by 330-370N;

(2) Antibacterial finishing of the woven fabric: padding and finishing the three-proofing fabric in an antibacterial agent, and drying, baking and cooling to obtain the fabric with an antibacterial function, wherein the related technological parameters are as follows:
antimicrobial AG300:10-20g/L;
crosslinking agent: 2-3g/L;
pH value: 7-8;
rolling surplus rate: 65% -75%;
drying temperature: 100-120 ℃;
baking temperature: 170-190 ℃;
baking time: 140-160s.
