The three-proofing antibacterial woven fabric of example 1 of the present invention was evaluated, as shown in the following table 1, in which the waterproof performance was classified as 5 grades, with 5 grades being the best and 1 grade being the worst, according to the standard test of GB/T4745-1997 test for moisture resistance determination of surface moisture resistance of woven fabrics; the oil resistance is tested according to GB/T19977-2005 textile oil repellency and hydrocarbon resistance test, and is classified into 5 grades, wherein the 5 grades are the best and the 1 grade is the worst; the antifouling property is tested according to AATCC 130-2010 'method for testing soil release Property of textiles', and the antifouling property is classified into 5 grades, wherein 5 grades are the best and 1 grade is the worst.

As can be seen from the above table 1, the level of the water resistance, oil resistance and soil resistance of the surface layer 1-3 three-proofing antibacterial woven fabric in the embodiment 1 of the application only reaches 3.5 levels, and is lower than the three-proofing performance level of the fabric finished by the independent three-proofing method, because the three-proofing finishing agent is less in dosage in the experiment, the level of the water resistance, oil resistance and soil resistance of the fabric only reaches 3.5 levels, and the three-proofing finishing agent is excessive in dosage, so that the next antibacterial finishing can be influenced, and the antibacterial performance of the fabric is reduced. The three-proofing finishing agent is hydrocarbon resin, contains organic fluorine substances, and has lower surface energy after being finished by the water-proofing, oil-proofing and anti-fouling finishing agent, and can effectively prevent contamination caused by liquid adsorption of sweat, saliva, tea water and the like because the surface energy of the substance has non-sticky property (similar to the surface of lotus leaves).

The multifunctional protective mask comprises a mask body (1) and a hanging lug part (2) for fixing the mask body (1), and is characterized in that the mask body (1) sequentially comprises an inner layer (1-1), an intermediate layer (1-2) and a surface layer (1-3) from inside to outside, wherein the inner layer (1-1) adopts all-cotton antibacterial woven plain cloth, the intermediate layer (1-2) adopts activated carbon cloth, the surface layer (1-3) adopts three-proofing antibacterial woven fabric, a replaceable filter disc is arranged between the surface layer (1-3) and the intermediate layer (1-2), and the filter disc adopts melt-blown cloth with a filter effect of more than 95%;
the middle layer (1-2) activated carbon cloth takes terylene short fiber with fineness of 1-1.5dtex and length of 35-38mm as a raw material; the warp yarn of the three-proofing antibacterial woven fabric of the surface layer (1-3) is all-cotton yarn, and the weft yarn is blended antibacterial yarn of chitin fiber, alginate fiber and mulberry fiber;
the preparation of the three-proofing antibacterial woven fabric of the surface layer (1-3) comprises the following steps:
i warp yarn
(1) Yarn selection: the warp yarn is selected from 40-45s cotton yarn, and is subjected to meridian yarn, double twisting, shaping, sectional warping and reed threading treatment for standby;
II, weft yarn
(2) Yarn selection: the weft yarn is a blended antibacterial yarn of chitin fiber, alginate fiber and mulberry fiber with the thickness of 14.5-16.5 tex;
(2.1) selection of fibers: selecting chitin fiber with fiber fineness of 1.8-2.2dtex and fiber length of 35-38 mm; selecting alginate fibers with fiber fineness of 2.6-2.78dtex and fiber length of 36-38mm and mulberry fibers with fiber fineness of 2.6-2.65dtex and fiber length of 20-22 mm;
(2.2) pretreatment of fibers: pretreating chitin fiber and alginate fiber by using antistatic agent with a feeding amount of 0.3% -0.4% and emulsifying oil with a feeding amount of 1.1% -1.3%;
(2.3) preparation of antibacterial yarn
a. Mixing cotton bales according to the wet weight blending ratio of 33% -38% of chitin fiber, 27% -31% of alginate fiber and 28% -36% of mulberry fiber;
b. according to the technological parameters of raw sliver quality ration of 20.5-21.5g/5m, cylinder speed of 310-330r/min, doffer speed of 28.4-30.4r/min, licker-in speed of 700-800r/min, cylinder-cover plate gauge of 0.1-0.2mm, 0.1-0.20mm, 0.1-0.15mm, 0.1-0.20mm, licker-in-cylinder gauge of 0.14-0.16mm and cylinder-doffer gauge of 0.1-0.13mm, cotton carding process is carried out;
c. the head merging process is carried out by pressurizing rollers with the speed of 19.3-19.8g/5m, the speed of 242.8-252.8r/min of front rollers, the merging number of 4-6 roots, the drafting of 3.585-5.805 times, the rear zone drafting of 0.95-1.03 times and the roller pressurizing of 200-240N multiplied by 300-340N multiplied by 330-370N;
d. the second merging process is carried out by pressurizing the rollers with the drying speed of 19.83-20.91g/5m, the front roller speed of 245.8-252.8r/min, the merging number of 4-6, the drafting of 4.694-5.904 times, the rear zone drafting of 0.94-1.06 times and the roller compression of 200-240N multiplied by 300-340N multiplied by 330-370N;
e. according to the yarn speed of 19.52-20.11g/5m, the front roller speed of 348.4-252.8r/min, the combination number of 6-8 roots, the drafting of 4.694-5.904 times, the rear zone drafting of 0.94-1.06 times, and the roller pressurizing of 200-240 Nx300-340 Nx330-370N, three combining procedures are carried out;
III, woven fabric weaving process
(1) Weaving warp yarns and weft yarns on a loom according to a plain weave of one upper loom and one lower loom, selecting two heald frames, and adopting a reed two-in drafting mode;

IV, three-proofing finishing of woven fabric
(1) Three-proofing process treatment: padding and finishing the woven fabric in a three-proofing finishing agent, and drying, baking and cooling to obtain the fabric with waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling properties, wherein the related technological parameters are as follows:
three-proofing finishing agent: 20-40g/L;
pH value: 5-6;
catalyst: 1-2g/L;
rolling surplus rate: 65% -75%;
drying temperature: 90-110 ℃;
baking temperature: 150-170 ℃;
baking time: 40-60s;
(2) Antibacterial finishing of the woven fabric: padding and finishing the three-proofing fabric in an antibacterial agent, and drying, baking and cooling to obtain the fabric with an antibacterial function, wherein the related technological parameters are as follows:
antimicrobial AG300:10-20g/L;
crosslinking agent: 2-3g/L;
pH value: 7-8;
rolling surplus rate: 65% -75%;
drying temperature: 100-120 ℃;
baking temperature: 170-190 ℃;
baking time: 140-160s.
2. The multifunctional protective mask according to claim 1, wherein the surface layer (1-3) of the mask body (1) is provided with a zipper (3), and the seam between the zipper (3) and the surface layer (1-3) is treated by adopting a glue pressing process.

(4) Web impregnation: immersing the fiber net after pre-needling reinforcement in an impregnating solution, removing the impregnating solution and drying, firstly raising the temperature from 0 ℃ to 150 ℃ at the speed of 5 ℃/min, then lowering the temperature from 150 ℃ to 0 ℃ at the speed of 5 ℃/min, and then raising the temperature from 0 ℃ to 140 ℃ at the speed of 5 ℃/min, wherein the mass ratio of the activated carbon to the impregnating solution is 1:25-1:15.
