本发明公开了一种模块化轻质建筑绿化构件。包括刚性材料的基板以及基板上排布的突起于基板表面的内嵌支撑块,所述基板上还设置有通过内嵌支撑块定位安装的由高分子泡沫材料制成的栽培基质,所述基板的周边设置有位于栽培基质外围的连接位。本发明结构设计简单、安装方便快捷、阻燃、降噪、保水能力可调节并易于植物生长。

模块化轻质建筑绿化构件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于墙面、建筑物外立面绿化,或独立的立体绿化结构中,能够垂直、倾斜乃至倒立种植植物的用于模块化轻质建筑绿化构件。
背景技术
为了提高城市绿化覆盖率来缓解热岛效应、噪音污染等多种恶劣环境因素,垂直绿化墙体受到人们的欢迎,现有的墙体绿化技术,一般都是在墙体上设计有通过支架支撑安装的成排的种植盆,通过在种植盆中栽培绿化植物形成绿化墙体,现有的这种绿化墙体虽然能够达到一定的绿化效果,但是一方面,种植盆的材料通常为易燃的轻质材料,使得阻燃性差,存在重大安全隐患,另外一方面,保水能力差,不易于作物的成长,再一方面,通过支架对多个种植盆进行安装,安装过程十分麻烦,成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计简单、安装方便快捷、阻燃、降噪、保水能力可调节并易于植物生长的用于立体绿化的泡沫模块。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,包括刚性材料的基板以及基板上排布的突起于基板表面的内嵌支撑块,所述基板上还设置有通过内嵌支撑块定位安装的由高分子泡沫材料制成的栽培基质,所述基板的周边设置有位于栽培基质外围的连接位。
所述栽培基质上排布有孔槽,所述孔槽内嵌入具有与栽培基质不同吸水率的泡沫材料的嵌入体。
所述基板上设置有外框,所述栽培基质嵌入到外框的内腔中。
所述高分子材料为三聚氰胺泡沫材料或其他适于植物栽植的聚合物泡沫材料。
所述内嵌支撑块为硬质聚合物泡沫材料、金属材料或塑料。
所述栽培基质的外表面覆盖有无纺布、塑料或金属网。
所述基板上或栽培基质内设置有供水管路或通道。
所述基板可以通过连接位固定安装在墙面上。多个基板也可以借助连接位通过连接片相互连接,从而形成不依附于墙面的独立拼接结构。
本发明的优点在于:
1、利用了高分子材料(三聚氰胺泡沫或其它可种植植物的泡沫材料)制成的泡沫结构作为栽培基质,不仅适于植物生长,同时借助三聚氰胺等泡沫材料的定型能力,配合内嵌的支撑结构,可以将栽培基质直接作为植物的支撑体和容器,从而简化了结构,方便了安装和使用;此外,内嵌的支撑结构不但改善了泡沫材料强度低的问题,大大提高了使用可靠性,而且可防止高分子材料吸水太多坠落或者漂移。
2、在栽培基质内嵌入具有与栽培基质不同吸水率的嵌入体(吸水率低),降低了吸水量,可调节性好,避免了栽培基质因(吸水能力太大)吸水过多导致整体过重问题,由此保证了竖向强度且避免了植物烂根问题。
3、其独立化的模块结构不但能够固定安装在墙面上,而且还能够拼接成独立自支撑的复杂结构,包括曲面造型,不但应用场景广阔,而且植物在三聚氰胺泡沫内栽培后(地面水平种植比较方便且植物易于存活)进行竖向,侧向乃至倒立安置形成立体绿化,安装方便快捷且成活率高。
4、由于采用三聚氰胺泡沫材料,不仅提高了防火阻燃能力,并且具有较好的吸音降噪效果,能够广泛用于各类建筑表面装饰、公路隔音带、空间装饰隔断等用途。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本实施例的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,包括刚性材料的基板1、基板1上设置的外框6以及基板上排布的内嵌支撑块2,基板可以采用轻质高强挂板,基板的外形轮廓可以根据需要进行设计,所说的内嵌支撑块为硬质聚合物泡沫嵌入物,由图1可见,内嵌支撑块2优选为方形截面结构并固定安装在基板上,也可采用其它截面结构,基板1上还设置有通过内嵌支撑块2定位安装的采用高分子泡沫材料制成的栽培基质3,栽培基质嵌入到外框的内腔中,栽培基质3优先采用三聚氰胺泡沫材料制成,三聚氰胺泡沫材料可以是彩色的,优选为黑色,土褐色或绿色中的一种或多种组合,通过栽培基质能够栽培用作绿化的绿色植物,内嵌支撑块2除了作为栽培基质的支撑之外,同时防止高分子材料吸水太多坠落或者漂移(实际操作时尽可能减小三聚氰胺泡沫体积),栽培基质上排布有孔槽,孔槽内嵌入与栽培基质不同吸水率的泡沫材料的嵌入体5,所说的嵌入体5为防火海绵,其截面形状为圆形并且嵌入到栽培基质后与栽培基质表面平齐,为了保证使用效果,可以在培基质的外表面覆盖有无纺布(优选土工布),基板1的周边设置有连接位4,连接位为安装孔、卡销与其它安装结构,基板1通过连接位固定安装在竖直、水平或倾斜的墙面上。
植物可种植在栽培基质3和嵌入体5中;另外,还可以在基板的顶端或栽培基质内部设置供水管路或通道以便于滴水灌溉。
实施例二:
如图2-图5所示,本实施例的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,包括刚性材料的基板1以及基板上排布的与基板固定连接的内嵌支撑块2,基板的外形轮廓可以根据需要进行设计,所说的内嵌支撑块为金属材料或塑料嵌入物,由图可见,内嵌支撑块2为方形截面结构并固定安装在基板上,基板1上还设置有通过内嵌支撑块2定位安装的采用高分子泡沫材料制成栽培基质3,栽培基质3采用聚合物泡沫材料制成,具体可采用仿土泡棉等材料,通过栽培基质能够栽培用作绿化的绿色植物,栽培基质上排布有孔槽,孔槽内嵌入与栽培基质不同吸水率的泡沫材料的嵌入体5,嵌入体5采用软海绵材料(吸收率低于聚合物泡沫材料)制成,通过合理设置软海绵材料的大小及数量可以实现含水率的调节,嵌入体的截面形状除了为圆形之外,还可以为其它任意形状,当将其嵌入到栽培基质后与栽培基质表面平齐,为了保证使用效果,可以在培基质的外表面覆盖有由塑料或金属制成的网,基板1的周边设置有连接位4,相邻的基板的连接位之间通过连接片7 进行连接,连接片7 上具有与连接位对应的孔位,由此通过连接片7 将多个基板进行拼接后形成独立自支撑的拼接结构,如图4或图5所示的不同轮廓的立体曲面造型结构。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:包括刚性材料的基板(1)以及基板上排布的突起于基板表面的内嵌支撑块(2),所述基板(1)上还设置有通过内嵌支撑块(2)定位安装的由高分子泡沫材料制成的栽培基质(3),所述基板(1)的周边设置有位于栽培基质外围的连接位(4);所述栽培基质上排布有孔槽,所述孔槽内嵌入具有与栽培基质不同吸水率的泡沫材料的嵌入体(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:所述基板(1)上设置有外框(6),所述栽培基质嵌入到外框的内腔中。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:所述栽培基质(3)为三聚氰胺泡沫材料。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:所述内嵌支撑块(2)为硬质聚合物泡沫材料、金属材料或塑料材料。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:所述栽培基质的外表面覆盖有无纺布,或塑料网,或金属网。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:所述基板(1)上或栽培基质内设置有供水管路或通道。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:所述基板(1)通过连接位固定安装在墙面上。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的模块化轻质建筑绿化构件,其特征在于:多个所述基板(1)的连接位之间通过连接片(7)相互连接,从而形成独立支撑的拼接结构。
