The network performance problem can be quickly positioned by the intuitive network performance index, so that the cost of network operation and maintenance is reduced; the real-time acquisition of effective network performance data, the extraction of key information to directly reflect the network performance data, the reduction of redundant or invalid data and the like are all the foundations of the rapid operation and maintenance of the network.
However, in the existing network performance management, the device manager system collects network performance data (such as uplink and downlink throughput, Physical Resource Block (PRB) usage, etc.) according to the convention with the operator, and reports a large amount of collected network performance data to the operator manager system periodically (such as 5 minutes and 10 minutes). The operator needs to screen out the data concerned by the operator from the received large amount of network performance data, or analyze the reason of performance attenuation based on the received network performance data and the service condition.
A large amount of performance data is transmitted, so that on one hand, the real-time performance reporting is influenced, and the network operation and maintenance efficiency is influenced; on the other hand, a large amount of performance data inevitably has invalid data, and operators need to spend a large amount of effort and cost to analyze the performance data, which also affects the efficiency of network operation and maintenance.

With reference to the seventh aspect, in a possible implementation manner, the apparatus for obtaining a performance intention index includes a processor and a transceiver, where the processor is configured to support the apparatus for obtaining a performance intention index to perform corresponding functions in the foregoing method. The transceiver is configured to support communication between the apparatus for obtaining performance intention indicators and other devices. The apparatus for obtaining a performance intent indicator may also include a memory, coupled to the processor, that retains program instructions and data necessary for the apparatus for obtaining a performance intent indicator.
In an eighth aspect, a management device is provided, which includes means for acquiring a performance intention index, which executes the method for acquiring a performance intention index provided in the first aspect or any one of the possible implementation manners of the first aspect.
In a ninth aspect, a demand equipment is provided, which includes a device for acquiring a performance intention index, and the device executes the method for acquiring a performance intention index provided by the second aspect or any one of the possible implementation manners of the second aspect.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Where in the description of the present application, "/" indicates a relationship where the objects associated before and after are an "or", unless otherwise stated, for example, a/B may indicate a or B; in the present application, "and/or" is only an association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three relationships, for example, a and/or B, and may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone, wherein A and B can be singular or plural. Also, in the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more than two unless otherwise specified. "at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of the singular or plural items. Before describing particular aspects of the present application, the terminology referred to herein will be described.
The demand device, which may also be referred to as a Consumer, is a network element that uses a network and performs operation and maintenance on the network, and according to its own service needs, may define a performance intention index to provide request information, so as to obtain a performance intention value of the performance intention index for the operation and maintenance network. The demand device may be a network service operation system, or a network management system, or a domain management system of an operator, and the management device may be a device management system of a device manufacturer.
The management device, which may also be referred to as Provider, is a network element in a network for managing use and maintenance of the demand device. And the management equipment acquires the performance intention value of the performance intention index according to the request information provided by the demand equipment and feeds the performance intention value back to the operation and maintenance network of the demand equipment.
It should be noted that each of the above devices may be a functional unit, a chip system, or another device, and this is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The performance data refers to data related to performance exhibited by a network element that manages device management in operation.
The performance intention index is a reference index defined by the demand equipment according to the purpose of the operation and maintenance of the network, and is related to at least one performance data.
The performance intention value of the performance intention index is used for describing the performance of the measurement object of the performance intention index represented by the performance intention index. A performance intent value for a performance intent index is the result of the computation of the performance data for the performance intent index according to the expression for the performance intent index.
The method for obtaining the performance intention index provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to a communication system architecture as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the communication system architecture includes a service operation system, a network management system, a domain management system, and a plurality of network elements in a mobile communication network.
Wherein, the service operation system provides service operation function, including: the functions of service distribution, service guarantee, service scheduling and the like comprise a service operation system of the vertical industry or a service operation system of an operator. For example, the service operation system may be a service support system (BSS) or a Communication Service Management Function (CSMF).
The network management system provides network operation and maintenance functions, and comprises: the method comprises the following steps of network life cycle management, network deployment, network fault management, network performance management, network configuration management, network guarantee and the like; a network here may comprise one or more network elements or sub-networks. For example, the network management system may be a Network Slice Management Function (NSMF), or a Management Data Analysis Function (MDAF).
The domain management system provides intra-domain network operation and maintenance functions, namely the operation and maintenance functions of the sub-networks or the network elements, and comprises life cycle management of the sub-networks or the network elements, deployment of the sub-networks or the network elements, fault management of the sub-networks or the network elements, performance management of the sub-networks or the network elements, guarantee of the sub-networks or the network elements and the like; a sub-network here comprises one or more network elements. The domain management system may be a network slice sub-network management function (NSSMF), or a domain management system (DM), or an Element Manager (EM), or the like.
The network element is an entity providing network service, and includes a core network element, an access network element, and the like. For example, a core network element may include, but is not limited to, an access and mobility management function (AMF), a Session Management Function (SMF) entity, a Policy Control Function (PCF) entity, a network data analysis function (NWDAF) entity, a Network Repository Function (NRF) NRF, a gateway, and the like. Access network elements may include, but are not limited to: various types of base stations (e.g., next generation base station (gNB), evolved Node B (eNB), central unit Control Unit (CUCP), Central Unit (CU), Distributed Unit (DU), central unit user plane unit (CUUP), etc.).
The service operation system and the network management system illustrated in fig. 1 may be an operator network operation and maintenance management system. Or, the service operation system illustrated in fig. 1 is a third-party operation and maintenance system, and the network management system is an operator network operation and maintenance management system. The domain management system is an equipment manager management system. In the communication system architecture illustrated in fig. 1, when the service operation system is a demand device, the network management system is a management device; when the network management system is a demand device, the domain management system is a management device.
Optionally, the management device or the demand device for executing the intent processing method provided by the present application may be implemented by one device, or may be implemented by multiple devices together, or may be a functional module in one device, or may also be a chip in one device, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application. It is understood that the above functions may be either network elements in a hardware device, software functions running on dedicated hardware, or virtualized functions instantiated on a platform (e.g., a cloud platform).
For example, a management device or a demand device that executes the intent processing method provided in the present application may be implemented by the communication device 20 in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a hardware structure of a communication device 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The communication device 20 includes a processor 201, a communication line 202, a memory 203, and at least one communication interface (fig. 2 is only exemplary and includes a communication interface 204).
The processor 201 may be a general processing unit (CPU), a microprocessor, an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), or one or more ics for controlling the execution of programs in accordance with the present invention.
The communication link 202 may include a path for transmitting information between the aforementioned components.
The communication interface 204 may be any device, such as a transceiver, for communicating with other devices or communication networks, such as an ethernet, a Radio Access Network (RAN), a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), etc.
The memory 203 may be a read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact disc, laser disc, optical disc, digital versatile disc, blu-ray disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these. The memory may be separate and coupled to the processor via communication line 202. The memory may also be integral to the processor.
The memory 203 is used for storing computer execution instructions for executing the scheme of the application, and is controlled by the processor 201 to execute. The processor 201 is configured to execute computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 203, so as to implement the intent processing method provided by the following embodiments of the present application.
Optionally, the computer-executable instructions in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as application program codes, which are not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In particular implementations, processor 201 may include one or more CPUs such as CPU0 and CPU1 in fig. 2, for example, as one embodiment.
In particular implementations, communication device 20 may include multiple processors, such as processor 201 and processor 208 in fig. 2, for example, as an example. Each of these processors may be a single-core (single-CPU) processor or a multi-core (multi-CPU) processor. A processor herein may refer to one or more devices, circuits, and/or processing cores for processing data (e.g., computer program instructions).
In one embodiment, the communication apparatus 20 may further include an output device 205 and an input device 206. The output device 205 is in communication with the processor 201 and may display information in a variety of ways. For example, the output device 205 may be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display device, a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) display device, a projector (projector), or the like. The input device 206 is in communication with the processor 201 and may receive user input in a variety of ways. For example, the input device 206 may be a mouse, a keyboard, a touch screen device, or a sensing device, among others.
The communication device 20 may be a general-purpose device or a special-purpose device. In a specific implementation, the communication device 30 may be a desktop computer, a portable computer, a network server, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wireless terminal device, an embedded device, or a device with a similar structure as in fig. 2. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the type of the communication device 20.
In one possible implementation, when the communication device 20 is used as a management apparatus for executing the method for obtaining performance intention indicators provided by the present application, the processor 201 executes the following functions by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 203 and calling data stored in the memory 203:
receiving request information from the demand device through the communication interface 204, the request information including an identification of a performance intent indicator, an expression of the performance intent indicator, and a measurement object, the expression of the performance intent indicator describing a relationship of the performance intent indicator and at least one performance data; acquiring at least one performance data of a measuring object, and acquiring a performance intention value of a performance intention index according to an expression of the performance intention index; the communication interface 204 sends the performance intent value of the performance intent indicator to the demand device.
In one possible implementation, when the communication device 20 is used as a demand device for executing the method for obtaining performance intention index provided by the present application, the processor 201 executes the following functions by running or executing the software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 203 and calling the data stored in the memory 203:
acquiring an identifier of performance data which can be provided by a management device; determining request information, wherein the request information comprises an identification of a performance intention index, an expression of the performance intention index and a measurement object, and the expression of the performance intention index is used for describing the relationship between the performance intention index and at least one performance datum; transmitting the determined request information to the management device through the communication interface 204; the performance intent value of the performance intent indicator is received from the management device via the communication interface 204.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, in the following embodiments of the present application, names of messages between devices or names of parameters in messages are only an example, and other names may also be used in a specific implementation, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In one aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for obtaining a performance intention index, where in a communication system architecture illustrated in fig. 1, a demand device proposes the performance intention index to a management device, and the management device obtains performance data to obtain a performance intention value of the performance intention index, and provides the performance intention value to the demand device, where the performance intention value is used for operation and maintenance of a network by the demand device. The intent processing method provided by the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for obtaining a performance intention index according to the embodiment of the present application may include:
s301, the demand equipment acquires the identification of the performance data which can be provided by the management equipment.
The performance data that the management device can provide refers to data related to network performance that the management device can obtain. For example, network-related performance data may include, but is not limited to: the performance data of the network element itself, the performance data of the components thereof, the terminal-related performance data, the slice-related performance data, and the performance data of the network element, which are reported by other management devices.
The identifier of the performance data is used to indicate the performance data, and may include a name or a type of the performance data, or may be other information.
For example, the performance data may include, but is not limited to, throughput rate, Physical Resource Block (PRB) usage rate, number of registered users, number of online users, user perceived rate, packet loss rate, number of active users, delay, call drop rate, and the like.
The identification of the performance data that can be provided by the demand device acquisition management device in S301 can be implemented by, but is not limited to, the following four implementation manners:
in a first implementation manner, the management device periodically sends the identifier of the performance data that can be provided by the management device to the demand device that communicates with the management device, and in S301, the demand device can obtain the identifier of the performance data that can be provided by the management device by receiving the identifier.
Correspondingly optionally, in the first implementation manner, before S301, the method for obtaining the performance intention index provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include S301 a.
S301a, the management device sends a performance data capability reporting request.
The performance data capability reporting request includes an identifier of performance data that can be provided by the management device.
For example, the performance data capability reporting request includes an identifier of performance data supported by the management device (e.g., an average user throughput, a PRB usage rate, a number of registered users, a number of online users, a user sensing rate, a packet loss rate, a number of activated users, a delay, a call drop rate, and the like) and/or an acquisition period (e.g., 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, and the like).
In a first implementation manner, S301 may be specifically implemented as: the demand equipment receives the performance data identifier which can be provided by the management equipment and is included in the performance data capability reporting request sent by the management equipment.
In a second implementation manner, the management device sends the identifier of the performance data that can be provided by the management device to the demand device based on the request of the demand device, and in S301, the demand device receives and acquires the identifier of the performance data that can be provided by the management device by sending a request message.
Correspondingly optionally, in a second implementation manner, S301 may specifically be implemented as: the demand equipment sends a request message for acquiring the identification of the performance data which can be provided by the management equipment to the management equipment, and then receives the identification of the performance data which can be provided by the management equipment and is sent by the management equipment.
In a third implementation, an administrator of the demand device configures, in the demand device, an identifier of performance data that can be provided by the management device.
In a third implementation manner, S301 may specifically be implemented as: the requiring device reads the identification of the performance data that the managing device can provide, which is stored internally.
In a fourth implementation manner, the demand device queries a corresponding template (for example, a template of a certain network element provided by the management device or a template of an own network), where the template includes performance data capability information of the management device, and the performance data capability information includes an identifier of performance data supported by the management device.
Of course, S301 may also be implemented in other ways than the four implementation ways described above, and this is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application.
S302, the demand equipment determines the request information according to the performance data which can be provided by the management equipment.
The request information may include, among other things, an identification of the performance intent indicator, an expression of the performance intent indicator, and a measurement object. The expression for the performance intent indicator is used to describe a relationship of the performance intent indicator and the at least one performance data. The request information is used for instructing the management apparatus to collect at least one performance data of the measurement object to calculate a performance intention value of the performance intention index.
The request information may be performance subscription information or performance intention index configuration information, and of course, the request information may also be other types of information, which is not specifically limited in this application.
The performance intention index is a reference index defined by the demand equipment according to the purpose of self network operation and maintenance, and the performance intention value of the performance intention index is calculated by at least one performance data in the performance data provided by the management equipment according to an expression. The request information may include an identifier, an expression, and a measurement object of each of the one or more performance intention indicators, and the number of performance intention indicators included in the request information is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The identifier of the performance intention index may be a name or a type of the performance intention index, or others, and this is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, the content of the expression of the performance intention index may be configured according to actual requirements, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, the expression of the performance intent indicator may include an identification of at least one performance datum included in the expression, and a weight for each of the at least one performance datum. I.e. the performance intent indicator is calculated based on at least one performance data weighting.
For example, the expression of the performance intent index may include an identification of at least one performance datum included in the expression, and a weight value, a standard value, of each of the at least one performance datum. I.e. the performance intent indicator is calculated based on at least one performance data weighting and normalization.
The standard value is used for normalizing different data with different measurement units or different sampling granularities in the calculation process so as to improve the calculation availability.

Example 1: in the vertical industry (a customer who rents slices to an operator, such as an electric power enterprise), the time delay of the network slices and the user throughput rate can visually describe information of a network or a service, and the expression of determining a performance intention index according to the characteristics of the service of the vertical industry is shown in the following table 1.

For example, the measurement object may be a core network function (e.g., AMF, SMF, etc.), an access network function (e.g., gNB, eNB, CUCP entity, CUUP entity, DU entity, centralized Cell (Cell CU), distributed Cell (Cell DU), network (e.g., sub-network, network slice subnet), or a service (e.g., communication service).
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing, the request information may further include one or more of the following: reporting period, collecting period, reporting mode, prediction indication information and prediction period. The prediction indication information is used for indicating that the performance intention index is predicted; prediction is to perform statistical analysis on data of past time to obtain a trend, and obtain data of non-arrival time. The reporting mode is used for indicating the stream reporting or the file reporting of the performance intention value of the performance intention index.
In one possible implementation, the request information may further include first time point information indicating a first time point to indicate a performance intention value of the performance intention indicator included in the demand device request information at the first time point.
In another possible implementation, the requesting information may further include: and the edge value of the performance intention index is used for indicating the management equipment to report the performance intention value or the edge alarm notice when the performance intention value is worse than the edge value.
When the value of the performance intention index is larger, the network performance is better, and the difference of the performance intention index and the edge value is that the value of the performance intention index is smaller than or equal to the edge value; the worse than edge value means that the value of the performance intention index is greater than or equal to the edge value when the network performance is better as the value of the performance intention index is smaller.
The edge value of the performance intention index may be configured according to actual requirements, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the edge value of the performance intention indicator may be defined as a critical value of the performance intention indicator when the demand device performs network operation and maintenance.
In S302, the demand device determines that the request information may be obtained through, but not limited to, the following two schemes:
scheme 1, the administrator of the demand equipment inputs the content of the request information.
In the scheme 1, the demand device displays the identifier of the performance data that can be provided by the management device and is acquired in S301 to the administrator through the display device, the administrator inputs the specific content of the request information through the input device, and the demand device determines the specific content of the request information.
In the scheme 2, different request information contents are configured in the demand equipment in advance.
The content of different request information preconfigured in the demand device is preconfigured by an administrator of the demand device according to a network management requirement, and the configuration method and the content are not specifically limited in the embodiment of the application.
In scheme 2, the demand device matches the identifier of the performance data that can be provided by the management device and is acquired in S301 with different request information contents configured in the demand device, and selects the request information contents according to a preset rule.
The content of the preset rule may be configured according to actual requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the preset rule may be configured to select which set of requested information contents when the management device can provide which performance data.
And S303, the demand equipment sends the determined request information to the management equipment.
The request information sent in S303, that is, the request information determined by the demand device in S302, is not described herein again.
In another possible implementation, if the demand device desires to request a performance intention value of which the performance intention indicator is worse than the edge value thereof, as shown in fig. 3, the method for obtaining the performance intention indicator according to the embodiment of the present application may further include S303a and S303 b.
S303a, the demand device sends an edge alarm subscription request to the management device.
The edge alarm subscription request comprises an identifier of a performance intention index and an edge value of the performance intention index. The edge alarm subscription request is used for indicating the management equipment to report the performance intention value or the edge alarm notification when the performance intention value is worse than the edge value.
In a possible implementation, the edge alarm subscription request may further include second time point information, where the second time point information is used to indicate a second time point, so as to indicate the management device to report the performance intention value or the edge alarm notification when the value of the performance intention indicator at the second time point is worse than the edge value of the performance intention indicator at the second time point.
S303b, the management device receives the edge alert subscription request sent by the demand device.
S304, the management device receives the request information from the demand device.
The request information received in S304, that is, the request information sent by the demand device in S303, is not described herein again.
S305, the management equipment acquires at least one piece of performance data of the measurement object, and acquires a performance intention value of the performance intention index according to the expression of the performance intention index.
Specifically, the request information includes the identifier of the performance intention index a, the expression of the performance intention index a, and the measurement object of the performance intention index a, then, in S305, the management device measures the measurement object of the performance intention index a, acquires at least one piece of performance data included in the expression of the performance intention index a of the measurement object, then substitutes the acquired performance data into the expression of the performance intention index a to calculate, and takes the calculation result as the performance intention value of the performance intention index a.
It should be noted that the management device executes the process of S305 for each performance intention index, and the embodiment of the present application describes only the process of executing S305 for one performance intention index by the management device, but is not particularly limited.
In one possible implementation, the management device performs S305 periodically after receiving the request information, and the period is configured by an administrator of the management device.
In one possible implementation, the management device performs S305 periodically according to the acquisition period included in the request information after receiving the request information.
Further optionally, when the request information includes the prediction indication information, the management device further needs to perform statistical analysis on the performance intention index according to the performance intention value of the performance intention index that has been acquired, so as to predict the performance intention value of the performance intention index at a time after the current time.
Further, when the request information includes the prediction instruction information and the prediction period, the management device performs statistical analysis on the performance intention index according to the prediction period and based on the performance intention value of the performance intention index that has been acquired, to predict the performance intention value of the performance intention index at a time after the current time.
S306, the management device sends the performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand device.
Specifically, S306 may include, but is not limited to, the following possible implementation manners:
in implementation a, the management device executes S306 once every time S305 is executed, and reports the performance intention value of the performance intention index acquired in S305.
In implementation B, the management device executes S306 based on the request of the demand device.
In implementation B, as shown in fig. 3, the method for obtaining a performance intention index provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include S306a and S306B.
S306a, the demand device sends a performance intention value query request to the management device.
The performance intention value query request may include the identifier of the performance intention index and the first time point information, or the performance intention value query request may include only the identifier of the performance intention index.
S306b, the management device receives the performance intention value query request sent by the demand device.
In implementation B, when the performance intention value query request includes the identifier of the performance intention index and the first time point information, S306 may specifically be implemented as: the management device sends a first time point to the demand device after receiving the performance intention value query request, and the performance intention value of the performance intention index included in the performance intention value query request is sent to the demand device.
In implementation B, when the performance intention value query request only includes the identifier of the performance intention index, S306 may specifically be implemented as: the management device sends the performance intention value of the performance intention index included in the performance intention value query request to the demand device after receiving the performance intention value query request, wherein the performance intention value is acquired after the time when the performance intention value query request is received.
In implementation C, the management device executes S306 when the performance intention value satisfies the preset condition based on the request of the demand device.
Specifically, when the request information includes the performance intention index edge value, or the method includes that the process management device as described in the foregoing S303a and S303b receives the edge alarm subscription request, S306 is executed according to the implementation C.
Wherein the preset condition is a condition that a value of the defined performance intention index is worse than the edge value. The preset condition includes being greater than or equal to the edge value, or being less than or equal to the edge value. When the value of the performance intention index is larger, the network performance is better, and the preset condition is that the value of the performance intention index is smaller than or equal to the edge value; when the smaller the value of the performance intention index is, the better the network performance is, the preset condition is that the value of the performance intention index is greater than or equal to the edge value.
In a possible implementation, if the edge alarm subscription request further includes the second time point information, executing S306 in implementation C specifically includes: if the performance intention value of the performance intention index at the second time point satisfies the preset condition, the management device executes S306.
In another possible implementation, in implementation C, the management device may send only performance intent index edge alert notifications, the performance intent index edge alert notifications including an identification of a performance intent index that exceeds an edge value, without sending a specific performance intent value.
Further, regardless of the manner in which the management apparatus performs S306, the management apparatus transmits the performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand apparatus, and also transmits the time point information of each performance intention value at the time of performing S306.
Further, when the request information includes a reporting mode, the management device needs to execute S306 in a mode indicated by the reporting mode.
S307, the demand device receives the performance intention value of the performance intention index from the management device.
Specifically, the performance intention value of the performance intention index received by the demand device in S307, that is, the performance intention value of the performance intention index sent by the management device in S306, corresponds to multiple implementations in S306, and the implementation manner corresponding to the performance intention value in S307 is also provided, which is not described in detail.
After S307, the demand device may operate and maintain its managed network according to the performance intent value of the performance intent index.
It should be noted that, the execution sequence of the above steps included in the method for obtaining a performance intention index provided in the embodiment of the present application may be configured according to actual requirements, which is not specifically limited in this application, and fig. 3 only illustrates one possible execution sequence of the above steps included in the intention processing method, and is not specifically limited.
According to the method for obtaining the performance intention index, the demand equipment provides the performance intention index requirement, the performance intention index requirement comprises a measurement object and an expression of the performance intention index, and the management equipment measures and determines a specific value of the performance intention index provided by the demand equipment and then feeds back the specific value to the demand equipment according to the indication of the demand equipment. On one hand, the management equipment has small data quantity transmitted to the demand equipment, and the real-time performance reporting is improved, so that the network operation and maintenance efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the management equipment measures and feeds back according to the requirements of the demand equipment, invalid measurement and invalid data do not exist, the demand equipment can also directly use the performance intention index to operate the network, and the network operation and maintenance efficiency is better improved.
Further, after S307, the demand device may analyze the received performance intention value or performance intention index edge alarm notification in combination with its own service/network performance condition (for example, whether coverage is problematic, whether a user is complaint, service delay, etc.), and decide (the decision process may refer to S302) that the subscribed performance intention index needs to be updated, including but not limited to: the method for obtaining the performance intention index provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include S308 and S309 when one or more of the subscribed performance intention index is increased or decreased, and a weight value and/or a standard value in an expression of the subscribed performance intention index, a measurement object, and related performance data are adjusted.
S308, the demand equipment sends an updating request to the management equipment.
The update request is used to update the performance intention index included in the request message, and may also be understood as updating the performance intention index requested by the demand device to the management device, including one or more of increasing or decreasing the requested performance intention index, adjusting a weight value and/or a standard value in an expression of the requested performance intention index, a measurement object, related performance data, and the like.
S309, the management device receives the updating request sent by the demand device.
Specifically, after receiving the update request, the management device adds or deletes the performance intention index, or adjusts one or more items of a weight value and/or a standard value in an expression of the performance intention index requested by the demand device, a measurement object, related performance data, and the like according to the content of the update request.
The above-mentioned scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application is introduced mainly from the perspective of interaction between network elements. It is understood that the management device and the demand device include hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the functions in order to realize the functions. The functional units of the management equipment and the demand equipment for realizing the intention processing method are called as devices for acquiring performance intention indexes. Those of skill in the art would readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the device for obtaining the performance intention index may be divided into the functional modules according to the method example, for example, each functional module may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of the apparatus 40 for acquiring a performance intention index, which is disposed in the management device in the above embodiments, in the case of dividing each functional module by corresponding functions. The apparatus 40 for obtaining the performance intention index may be the management device itself, or may be a functional module or chip in the management device, or an apparatus used in cooperation with the management device. As shown in fig. 4, the means 40 for obtaining the performance intention index may include: receiving section 401, acquiring section 402, and transmitting section 403. The receiving unit 401 is configured to execute the processes S303b, S304, S306b, S309 in fig. 3; the acquisition unit 402 is configured to execute the process S305 in fig. 3; the sending unit 403 is configured to execute the process S306 in fig. 3. All relevant contents of each step related to the above method embodiment may be referred to the functional description of the corresponding functional module, and are not described herein again.
In the case of an integrated unit, fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of the apparatus 50 for acquiring performance intention indicators, which is deployed in the management device involved in the above-described embodiment. The apparatus 50 for obtaining the performance intention index may be the management device itself, a functional module or a chip in the management device, or an apparatus used in cooperation with the management device. The means 50 for obtaining a performance intention indicator may comprise: a processing module 501 and a communication module 502. The processing module 501 is used for controlling and managing the operation of the apparatus 50 for obtaining the performance intention index. For example, the processing module 501 is configured to execute the process S305 in fig. 3; the processing module 501 is also used for executing the processes S303b, S304, S306b, S306, S309 in fig. 3 through the communication module 502. The apparatus for obtaining a performance intention indicator 50 may further comprise a storage module 503 for storing program codes and data of the apparatus for obtaining a performance intention indicator 50.
The processing module 501 may be the processor 201 in the physical structure of the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2, and may be a processor or a controller. For example, it may be a CPU, general purpose processor, DSP, ASIC, FPGA or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor 501 may also be a combination of implementing computing functionality, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of DSPs and microprocessors, and the like. The communication module 502 may be the communication interface 204 in the physical structure of the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2, and the communication module 502 may be a communication port, or may be a transceiver, a transceiver circuit, a communication interface, or the like. Alternatively, the communication interface may be configured to communicate with another device through the element having the transmission/reception function. The above-mentioned elements with transceiving functions may be implemented by antennas and/or radio frequency devices. The storage module 503 may be the memory 203 in the physical structure of the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2.
When the processing module 501 is a processor, the communication module 502 is a communication interface, and the storage module 503 is a memory, the apparatus 50 for obtaining the performance intention index according to fig. 5 in the embodiment of the present application may be the communication apparatus 20 shown in fig. 2.
As described above, the apparatus for acquiring a performance intention index 40 or the apparatus for acquiring a performance intention index 50 provided in the embodiments of the present application may be used to implement the functions of the management device in the methods implemented in the embodiments of the present application, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiments of the present application are shown, and specific technical details are not disclosed, please refer to the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of the apparatus 60 for acquiring a performance intention index, which is disposed in a demand equipment involved in the above embodiments, in the case of dividing each functional module by corresponding functions. The apparatus 60 for obtaining the performance intention index may be the demand equipment itself, or may be a functional module or a chip in the demand equipment, or may also be an apparatus used in cooperation with the demand equipment. As shown in fig. 6, the means 60 for obtaining the performance intention index may include: determination section 601, transmission section 602, and reception section 603. The determination unit 601 is configured to execute the process S302 in fig. 3; the sending unit 602 is configured to execute the processes S303a, S303, S306a, S308 in fig. 3; the receiving unit 603 is configured to perform the process S307 in fig. 3. All relevant contents of each step related to the above method embodiment may be referred to the functional description of the corresponding functional module, and are not described herein again.
In the case of an integrated unit, fig. 7 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of the apparatus 70 for obtaining performance intention indicators, which is deployed in the demand equipment involved in the above embodiments. The apparatus 70 for obtaining the performance intention index may be the demand equipment itself, or may be a functional module or a chip in the demand equipment, or may also be an apparatus used in cooperation with the demand equipment. The means 70 for obtaining a performance intention indicator may comprise: a processing module 701 and a communication module 702. The processing module 701 is used for controlling and managing the operation of the apparatus 70 for obtaining the performance intention index. For example, the processing module 701 is configured to execute the processes S301 and S302 in fig. 3; the processing module 701 is further configured to execute the processes S303a, S303, S306a, S307, S308 in fig. 3 through the communication module 702. The apparatus for obtaining a performance intention indicator 70 may further comprise a storage module 703 for storing program code and data of the apparatus for obtaining a performance intention indicator 70.
The processing module 701 may be the processor 201 in the physical structure of the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2, and may be a processor or a controller. For example, it may be a CPU, general purpose processor, DSP, ASIC, FPGA or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor 701 may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of DSPs and microprocessors, or the like. The communication module 702 may be the communication interface 204 in the physical structure of the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2, and the communication module 702 may be a communication port, or may be a transceiver, a transceiver circuit, a communication interface, or the like. Alternatively, the communication interface may be configured to communicate with another device through the element having the transmission/reception function. The above-mentioned elements with transceiving functions may be implemented by antennas and/or radio frequency devices. The storage module 703 may be the memory 203 in the physical structure of the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2.
When the processing module 701 is a processor, the communication module 702 is a communication interface, and the storage module 703 is a memory, the apparatus 70 for acquiring the performance intention index according to the embodiment of the present application shown in fig. 7 may be the communication apparatus 20 shown in fig. 2.
As mentioned above, the apparatus 60 for obtaining performance intention index or the apparatus 80 for obtaining performance intention index provided in the embodiments of the present application can be used to implement the functions of the required devices in the methods implemented in the embodiments of the present application, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiments of the present application are shown, and specific technical details are not disclosed, please refer to the embodiments of the present application.
As another form of the present embodiment, the present embodiment provides a management apparatus including the intention processing device 40 or the intention processing device 50.
As another form of the present embodiment, the present embodiment provides a demand equipment including an intention processing device 60 or an intention processing device 70.

Claims (35)

1. A method of obtaining a performance intent indicator, the method comprising:
the management equipment receives request information from demand equipment, wherein the request information comprises identification of a performance intention index, an expression of the performance intention index and a measurement object, and the expression of the performance intention index is used for describing the relationship between the performance intention index and at least one performance datum;
the management equipment acquires the at least one performance data of the measurement object, and acquires a performance intention value of the performance intention index according to an expression of the performance intention index;
the management device transmits a performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand device.
2. The method of claim 1,
the method further comprises the following steps: the management device receiving a performance intent value query request from the demand device, the performance intent value query request including an identification of the performance intent indicator and first point-in-time information, the first point-in-time information indicating a first point-in-time;
the management device sending the performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand device, including: the management device sends the performance intention value of the performance intention index at the first time point to the demand device after receiving the performance intention value query request.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising: the management equipment receives an edge alarm subscription request from the demand equipment, wherein the edge alarm subscription request comprises an identifier of the performance intention index and an edge value of the performance intention index;
the management device sending the performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand device, including:
when the performance intention value of the performance intention index meets a preset condition, the management equipment sends the performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand equipment; the preset condition includes being greater than or equal to the edge value, or being less than or equal to the edge value.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the sending, by the management device, the performance intent value for the performance intent indicator to the demand device comprises:
the management device transmits the performance intention value of the performance intention index and time point information of each performance intention value to the demand device.
5. The method according to any of claims 1-4, wherein said expression comprises an identification of said at least one performance data and a weight value for each of said at least one performance data.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the expression further comprises a standard value for each of the at least one performance data.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the request information further comprises one or more of:
reporting period, collecting period, reporting mode, prediction indication information and prediction period;
wherein the prediction indication information is used for indicating that the performance intention index is predicted; and the reporting mode is used for indicating the stream reporting or the file reporting of the performance intention value of the performance intention index.
8. A method of obtaining a performance intent indicator, the method comprising:
the demand equipment determines request information according to performance data which can be provided by management equipment, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a performance intention index, an expression of the performance intention index and a measurement object, and the expression of the performance intention index is used for describing the relationship between the performance intention index and at least one piece of performance data;
the demand equipment sends the request information to the management equipment;
the demand device receives a performance intention value of the performance intention index from the management device.
9. The method of claim 8,
the method further comprises the following steps: the demand equipment sends a performance intention value query request to the management equipment, wherein the performance intention value query request comprises an identifier of the performance intention index and first time point information, and the first time point information is used for indicating a first time point;
the demand device receives a performance intention value of the performance intention index from the management device, including: the demand device receives a performance intention value of the performance intention index at the first time point from the management device.
10. The method of claim 8, further comprising: the demand equipment sends an edge alarm subscription request to the management equipment, wherein the edge alarm subscription request comprises an identifier of the performance intention index and an edge value of the performance intention index;
the demand device receives a performance intention value of the performance intention index from the management device, including:
the demand equipment receives a performance intention value of the performance intention index meeting a preset condition from the management equipment; the preset condition includes being greater than or equal to the edge value, or being less than or equal to the edge value.
11. The method according to any one of claims 8-10, wherein the demand device receives a performance intent value for the performance intent indicator from the management device, including:
the demand device receives the performance intention values of the performance intention index, and the time point information of each performance intention value from the management device.
12. The method according to any of claims 8-11, wherein said expression comprises an identification of said at least one performance data, and a weight value for each of said at least one performance data.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein said expression further comprises a standard value for each of said at least one performance data.
14. The method according to any of claims 8-13, wherein the request information further comprises one or more of:
reporting period, collecting period, reporting mode, prediction indication information and prediction period;
wherein the prediction indication information is used for indicating that the performance intention index is predicted; and the reporting mode is used for indicating the stream reporting or the file reporting of the performance intention value of the performance intention index.
15. A method of obtaining a performance intent indicator, the method comprising:
the demand equipment determines request information according to the performance data provided by the management equipment, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a performance intention index, an expression of the performance intention index and a measurement object, and the expression of the performance intention index is used for describing the relationship between the performance intention index and at least one piece of performance data;
the demand equipment sends the request information to the management equipment;
the management device receives the request information from the demand device;
the management equipment acquires the at least one performance data of the measurement object, and acquires a performance intention value of the performance intention index according to an expression of the performance intention index;
the management device sends a performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand device;
the demand device receives a performance intention value of the performance intention index from the management device.
16. An apparatus for obtaining a performance intent indicator, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving unit configured to receive request information from a demand device, the request information including an identification of a performance intention index, an expression of the performance intention index, and a measurement object, the expression of the performance intention index being used to describe a relationship between the performance intention index and at least one performance data;
an obtaining unit configured to obtain the at least one performance data of the measurement object, and obtain a performance intention value of the performance intention index according to an expression of the performance intention index;
a sending unit, configured to send the performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand equipment.
17. The apparatus of claim 16,
the receiving unit is further configured to: receiving a performance intent value query request from the demand device, the performance intent value query request including an identification of the performance intent indicator and first point in time information, the first point in time information indicating a first point in time;
the sending unit is specifically configured to: after the receiving unit receives the performance intention value query request, sending a performance intention value of the performance intention index at the first time point to the demand equipment.
18. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to: receiving an edge alarm subscription request from the demand device, the edge alarm subscription request including an identification of the performance intent indicator, an edge value of the performance intent indicator;
the sending unit is specifically configured to: when the performance intention value of the performance intention index meets a preset condition, sending the performance intention value of the performance intention index to the demand equipment; the preset condition includes being greater than or equal to the edge value, or being less than or equal to the edge value.
19. The apparatus according to any of claims 16-18, wherein the sending unit is specifically configured to: and sending the performance intention value of the performance intention index and the time point information of each performance intention value to the demand equipment.
20. The apparatus according to any of claims 16-19, wherein said expression comprises an identification of said at least one performance data, and a weight value for each of said at least one performance data.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein said expression further comprises a standard value for each of said at least one performance data.
22. The apparatus of any of claims 16-21, wherein the request information further comprises one or more of: reporting period, collecting period, reporting mode, prediction indication information and prediction period;
wherein the prediction indication information is used for indicating that the performance intention index is predicted; and the reporting mode is used for indicating the stream reporting or the file reporting of the performance intention value of the performance intention index.
23. An apparatus for obtaining a performance intent indicator, the apparatus comprising:
a determining unit, configured to determine, according to performance data that can be provided by a management device, request information, where the request information includes an identifier of a performance intention index, an expression of the performance intention index, and a measurement object, and the expression of the performance intention index is used to describe a relationship between the performance intention index and at least one piece of performance data;
a transmission unit configured to transmit the request information determined by the determination unit to the management apparatus;
a receiving unit configured to receive a performance intention value of the performance intention index from the management apparatus.
24. The apparatus of claim 23,
the sending unit is further configured to send a performance intention value query request to the management device, where the performance intention value query request includes an identifier of the performance intention index and first time point information, and the first time point information is used to indicate a first time point;
the receiving unit is specifically configured to: receiving a performance intent value for the performance intent indicator at the first point in time from the management device.
25. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the sending unit is further configured to: sending an edge alarm subscription request to the management device, where the edge alarm subscription request includes an identifier of the performance intention index and an edge value of the performance intention index;
the receiving unit is specifically configured to: receiving a performance intention value of the performance intention index satisfying a preset condition from the management apparatus; the preset condition includes being greater than or equal to the edge value, or being less than or equal to the edge value.
26. The apparatus according to any of claims 23-25, wherein the receiving unit is specifically configured to:
performance intent values for the performance intent index are received from the management device, along with point-in-time information for each performance intent value.
27. The apparatus according to any of claims 23-26, wherein said expression comprises an identification of said at least one performance data, and a weight value for each of said at least one performance data.
28. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein said expression further comprises a standard value for each of said at least one performance data.
29. The apparatus of any of claims 23-28, wherein the request information further comprises one or more of: reporting period, collecting period, reporting mode, prediction indication information and prediction period;
wherein the prediction indication information is used for indicating that the performance intention index is predicted; and the reporting mode is used for indicating the stream reporting or the file reporting of the performance intention value of the performance intention index.
30. A system for obtaining performance intention indexes is characterized by comprising demand equipment and management equipment; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the demand device is to: determining request information according to performance data which can be provided by management equipment, and sending the request information to the management equipment; the request information comprises an identification of a performance intention index, an expression of the performance intention index, and a measurement object, wherein the expression of the performance intention index is used for describing the relationship between the performance intention index and at least one performance datum;
the management device is configured to: receiving the request information from the demand equipment, acquiring the at least one performance data of the measurement object, and acquiring a performance intention value of the performance intention index according to an expression of the performance intention index; sending a performance intent value for the performance intent indicator to the demand device;
the demand device is further configured to receive a performance intention value of the performance intention index from the management device.
31. A management device comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of obtaining performance intent indicators of any of claims 1-7 when executing the program.
32. A demand device comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of obtaining performance intent indicators of any one of claims 8-15 when executing the program.
33. A system for obtaining performance intention indicators, comprising a management device according to claim 31 and a demand device according to claim 32.
34. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of obtaining a performance intent indicator of any of claims 1-7.
