(3) fix the safety belt lower extreme at the maintainer waist, the maintainer climbs to on overhauing the operation platform through the both sides ladder, overhauls the operation, overhauls the in-process, if the height of overhauing the platform is not enough, lifts up the second plate body of folded sheet, opens the folding leg of second plate body below to support the tip of third plate body in connecting rod one side, fixed stay.
