Claims (10)

1. A financial asset transaction cloud system based on a block chain comprises an IaaS layer, a PaaS layer, a SaaS layer and a Client layer; the method is characterized in that:
the SaaS layer is a financial asset transaction cloud platform based on a block chain, and the transaction cloud platform comprises a user side asset transaction platform and a service side operation management platform; the asset transaction platform comprises a customer center, an account center, a product and service center, a data center and an operation marketing center; the operation management platform comprises an operation management system, a risk monitoring management system and an operation and maintenance monitoring management system; the asset transaction platform forms the block chain consisting of a supervision mechanism, an asset registration and circulation mechanism, a personal transaction mechanism and an enterprise transaction mechanism for financial transaction, wherein the supervision mechanism in the block chain is used for overall organization and coordination, the asset registration and circulation structure is used for jointly participating in each transaction mechanism and making a unified financial asset digital standard and a financial asset intelligent contract, and the block chain is used for performing member management on the transaction mechanisms in a two-stage account mode;
the PaaS layer comprises a service registration center, a data service layer, a basic service layer, a service warehouse layer, an operation and maintenance management platform, a risk management platform and an IDE development platform; all services must be registered with the service registry to be invoked; the data service layer provides data storage of the block chain data, and high-efficiency data access efficiency is achieved by using a distributed data access technology.
2. The transaction cloud system of claim 1, wherein the transaction cloud platform enables rapid information dissemination through a social network, and forms a seamless information flow and fund flow fully integrated ecosphere with the financial and financial ecosphere.

The transaction cloud system of claim 2, wherein the two-tier account mode is member management of the transaction institution in the form of: the asset registration and circulation mechanism checks real-name authentication data submitted by each transaction mechanism, writes authentication information into a block chain after the real-name authentication data pass the check, and opens member accounts for each transaction mechanism; then, a block chain distributes a pair of secret keys for each member account, wherein the private keys are kept by the transaction mechanism or the system, and external supervision and audit mechanisms are provided for authorized access when necessary; the member account is a primary account number, a plurality of financial asset transaction accounts are arranged below the member account, and all financial asset issuing, transaction, transfer and settlement are embodied in the financial asset transaction account level; the financial asset transaction account is limited to be open and retrievable according to relevant regulation and regulation, does not contain member account information, and provides privacy protection for members at a transaction level.

The transaction cloud system of any of claims 1-3, the customer center providing member registration, login, member setting management functions; the account center provides asset management, account management and payment settlement functions; the product and service center is a collection of various products and services, and provides financing products, loan products and financial services for the platform; the data center integrates platform data, external data and ecosphere data for effective analysis to form a data basis for operation marketing, risk control and credit rating; and the operation and marketing center provides operation management and marketing management for the transaction cloud system.

The transaction cloud system of claim 4, the base service layer being a collection of some service or component libraries, atomic or business independent, for further encapsulation into upper layer application services; the atomization service comprises a process engine, a search engine, task scheduling, identity authentication, organization authority, a message engine, payment settlement and a rule engine; the component library encapsulates various common functions, objects and algorithms.

The transaction cloud system of claim 4, wherein the service repository layer exchanges data with other subsystems by means of service calls, and the service repository layer mainly comprises relatively independent common application subsystems of Redis, RabbitMQ, application monitoring, ES, Kafka, hbase and spark services.

The transaction cloud system of claim 4, the IDE development platform comprising an application development environment and various types of rapid development frameworks; the development framework comprises a front-end application framework of the PC end, a mobile application development framework, a background Java development framework and a plurality of development platforms of a test service framework.
8. The transaction cloud system of claim 4, wherein the operation management system is a system provided for business management personnel at all levels to customize and manage background products and services of the asset transaction cloud platform based on the block chain, and business personnel can complete business operations of business customization, parameter management, marketing management, product definition and report query on the business management system.
9. The transaction cloud system of claim 4, wherein the risk monitoring management system is a subsystem for performing risk monitoring on the asset transaction cloud platform based on the block chain, and online risk monitoring and reminding of the asset transaction platform service can be realized by setting some risk control elements and establishing a risk monitoring model.
10. The transaction cloud system of claim 4, wherein the operation and maintenance monitoring system is an application system provided for operation and maintenance personnel, and the operation and maintenance personnel can monitor an existing system in real time, check the operation state of a system process and give system fault alarm to the operation and maintenance personnel through the system.
