Detailed Description
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the terminal with the fingerprint identification function can comprise various intelligent devices such as mobile phones, tablet computers, personal digital assistants (Personal Digital Assistant, PDAs), mobile internet devices (Mobile Internet Device, MIDs) and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a fingerprint input method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a terminal has a screen capable of fingerprint identification, is capable of running client software, and communicates with a server through a mobile internet.
In S11, the user is prompted to place at least two fingers on the screen.
In some embodiments, to implement a multi-fingerprint entry mechanism, the terminal needs to collect multiple fingerprints of the user. Therefore, before fingerprint acquisition, the terminal plays a prompt message by displaying the prompt message on the screen or by voice, the prompt message prompting the user to place at least two fingers on the screen of the terminal. Specifically, the prompting manner of the terminal may be other forms, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In S12, fingerprints of at least two fingers placed by the user are acquired.
In some embodiments, in the process of fingerprint input, a user can place at least two fingers on a screen of the terminal, in the prior art, the user can often input fingerprints of only a single finger at a time, the fingerprint input efficiency is low, and in the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of fingerprints can be input at a time through the terminal with the screen capable of fingerprint acquisition, so that the fingerprint input efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the capturing the fingerprints of the at least two fingers comprises: determining fingerprint acquisition coordinates for each of the at least two fingers placed by the user; generating a fingerprint acquisition area according to the fingerprint acquisition coordinates; and acquiring the fingerprint of each finger in the fingerprint acquisition area.
Specifically, in the fingerprint collection process, after a user places at least two fingers on the screen of the terminal, the terminal determines fingerprint collection coordinates of each finger according to the contact surface of each finger with the screen, for example, when the user places three fingers on the screen, the terminal correspondingly determines three fingerprint collection coordinates. In some embodiments, the fingerprint acquisition coordinate may be a center of a contact surface of the finger with the screen.
In some embodiments, the terminal generates a fingerprint acquisition region from the fingerprint acquisition coordinates. Specifically, the terminal may generate a fingerprint acquisition area with the fingerprint acquisition coordinates as a center. For example, if the fingerprint acquisition coordinates are (50, 50), the coordinate range of the corresponding fingerprint acquisition region is the region surrounded by coordinates (30, 30), (30, 70), (70, 30) and (70, 70). After three fingerprint acquisition coordinates are determined, the terminal correspondingly generates three fingerprint acquisition areas.
In some embodiments, the fingerprint of each finger is acquired within the fingerprint acquisition area. The terminal collects one fingerprint in each fingerprint collection area. Thus, the terminal can complete the acquisition of a plurality of fingerprints at one time.
In some embodiments, the terminal may complete the acquisition of the user's multiple finger fingerprints after 1-2 seconds when the user places a finger on the terminal screen. In some embodiments, the terminal has a maximum collectable number for fingerprint collection, which is the number of fingerprints that the terminal can collect at most once. When the terminal detects that the number of fingers placed on the screen by the user reaches the maximum collectable number, the terminal can immediately collect fingerprints.
In S13, the acquired fingerprint is stored as a fingerprint template.
In some embodiments, the storing the captured fingerprint as a fingerprint template comprises: storing the collected fingerprint as a fingerprint template locally and/or sending the collected fingerprint to a cloud server. In some scenarios, such as when a user performs an unlocking operation, the fingerprint template may be stored locally at the terminal for subsequent verification. In other scenarios, the fingerprint template may be sent to a server, and in a subsequent verification process, the fingerprint collected by the terminal may also be sent to the server, where the server verifies whether the fingerprint template matches the stored fingerprint template.
In some embodiments, the fingerprint entry method further comprises: and displaying an input result message, wherein the input result message comprises whether the fingerprint of the finger placed by the user is successfully acquired by the terminal.
In a specific implementation, the entered fingerprint cannot be stored as a fingerprint template because of poor definition. After the acquisition is completed, the terminal displays an input result message on a user screen. The input result message includes whether the fingerprint of the finger placed by the user was successfully acquired by the terminal. Specifically, the terminal displays an input result message corresponding to each finger print input by the user on a screen. For example, after the user places the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger on the screen for fingerprint entry, the terminal may display on the screen that the user's index finger and middle finger entry was successful and that the ring finger entry failed.
In some embodiments, the user performs a fingerprint supplement entry based on the entry result message. And when the input result shows that the fingerprint of a certain finger of the user is not successfully acquired by the terminal, the terminal prompts the user to re-input the fingerprint of the finger. If the terminal has entered at least two fingerprints of the user, the user may also choose to forgo entering more fingerprints.
In some embodiments, if the user has only one finger placed on the terminal, the user still needs to make a supplemental fingerprint entry even if the terminal has entered one fingerprint of the user.
In some embodiments, a plurality of collected fingerprint templates corresponding to the same user may be stored in the form of a fingerprint template group.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an identification method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The identity recognition method is suitable for the terminal with the screen capable of collecting fingerprints.
In S21, the user is prompted to place at least two fingers on the screen.
In some embodiments, the user may choose to turn on the multi-fingerprint authentication mode of the terminal. In the multi-fingerprint authentication mode, a user has to enter the fingerprints of at least two fingers. And the user can also choose not to start the multi-fingerprint verification mode, so that the user only needs to input the fingerprint of one finger in the authentication process. Compared with the method that only one fingerprint of the user is collected for identity verification, the multi-fingerprint verification mode improves the safety of unlocking, payment and other operations of the user.
Thus, before fingerprinting, the terminal plays a prompt message prompting the user to place at least two fingers on the terminal screen by displaying the prompt message on the screen or by voice. Specifically, the prompting manner of the terminal may be other forms, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In S22, fingerprints of at least two fingers placed by the user are acquired.
Details concerning S22 may be referred to the description concerning S12 above, and will not be repeated here.
In S23, the acquired fingerprint is authenticated to acquire an authentication result message for each finger.
In some embodiments, the verifying the captured fingerprint may include: and fingerprint verification is carried out on the collected fingerprint on the terminal or the collected fingerprint is sent to a server for verification. Specifically, for the storage location of the fingerprint template, the terminal may perform verification locally or send the collected fingerprint to the server side for verification.
In some embodiments, the verifying the captured fingerprint may include: selecting a fingerprint from the plurality of collected fingerprints, verifying whether the fingerprint matches one of the stored fingerprint templates; and if the first fingerprint template is matched with the fingerprint, verifying whether other collected fingerprints are matched with other fingerprints in the fingerprint template group where the first fingerprint template is located.
In a specific implementation, the user places the index finger and the middle finger on the screen, the terminal can select the collected index finger fingerprint to be subjected to fingerprint matching first, and the terminal matches the index finger fingerprint with a plurality of stored fingerprint templates. And if the two fingerprints are not matched, matching the acquired middle fingerprint with the stored fingerprint templates, and displaying fingerprint verification results of the two fingers on a screen.
If the index finger fingerprint is matched with a first fingerprint template in the stored plurality of fingerprint templates, verifying whether other collected fingerprints are matched with other fingerprints in a fingerprint template group where the first fingerprint template is located. By verifying a plurality of fingerprints of a user based on a fingerprint template group, the efficiency of fingerprint verification can be improved.
In S24, it is determined whether the user passes authentication according to the authentication result message.
In some embodiments, if each of the collected fingerprints matches a stored fingerprint template, then the user is determined to pass authentication. Because the multi-fingerprint verification mode requires a user to enter at least two fingerprints, the user needs to enter at least two fingerprints matched with the fingerprint template to pass the identity verification.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the verification result message for each finger, the identity verification method further comprises: and displaying the verification result message of each finger on a terminal screen. The authentication result message may include: fingerprint matching, fingerprint mismatching and fingerprint unsuccessful collection.
In some embodiments, the user performs a fingerprint supplement entry based on the entry result message. The fingerprint with verified match may not be repeatedly entered, but only the fingerprint that was previously unmatched and not successfully acquired.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a fingerprint input device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The fingerprint entry device comprises a memory 31 and a processor 32, the memory 31 having stored thereon a computer program executable on the processor 32, the processor 32 implementing steps in the fingerprint entry method when executing the program. The memory 31 may include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, etc. The steps of the fingerprint input method are described above with respect to fig. 1, and are not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an authentication device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The authentication device comprises a memory 41 and a processor 42, wherein the memory 41 stores a computer program which can run on the processor 42, and the processor 42 realizes the steps in the authentication method when executing the program. The memory 41 may include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, etc. The steps of the authentication method are described above with respect to fig. 2, and are not repeated here.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and the scope of the invention should be assessed accordingly to that of the appended claims.
