the first control module compares and judges the real-time energy consumption information of a certain breakpoint with standard energy consumption information, and if the real-time energy consumption information of the breakpoint is not matched with the standard energy consumption information, a judgment result is temporarily stored; comparing and judging the real-time energy consumption information of the next breakpoint with standard energy consumption information, if the real-time energy consumption information of the next breakpoint is still not matched with the standard energy consumption information, judging that the energy consumption information is abnormal, and if the real-time energy consumption information of the next breakpoint is matched with the standard energy consumption information, judging that the energy consumption information is normal;
the production workshop detection terminal also comprises an energy consumption information output detection module and an energy consumption information input detection module;
the energy consumption information output detection module is used for detecting whether the output end of the energy consumption information collector outputs real-time energy consumption information or not;
the energy consumption information input detection module is used for detecting whether the input end of the first control module inputs real-time energy consumption information;
when the first control module judges that the energy consumption information is abnormal, the energy consumption information is input into the detection module to act;

if the real-time energy consumption information output at the output end of the energy consumption information collector is detected, whether the energy consumption information is abnormal is cancelled and the input end of the first control module is judged to be in fault;
and if the output end of the energy consumption information collector is detected not to have real-time energy consumption information output, canceling to judge that the energy consumption information is abnormal, and judging that the output end of the energy consumption information collector has a fault.
2. An automated wrapper roll line control system according to claim 1, wherein said first control module determines an anomaly by:
the production site information acquisition device acquires real-time production site information according to a constant time interval breakpoint and sends the real-time production site information to the first control module;
the first control module compares and judges the real-time production site information of a certain breakpoint with standard production site information, and temporarily stores a judgment result if the real-time production site information of the breakpoint is not matched with the standard production site information; and comparing and judging the real-time production site information of the next breakpoint with standard production site information, if the real-time production site information of the next breakpoint is still not matched with the standard production site information, judging that the production site information is abnormal, and if the real-time production site information of the next breakpoint is matched with the standard production site information, judging that the production site information is normal.

if the output end of the production field information collector is detected to have real-time production field information output, the judgment that the production field information is abnormal is cancelled, and the judgment that the input end of the first control module has a fault is changed;
and if the fact that the output end of the production field information collector does not output the real-time production field information is detected, whether the production field information is abnormal is determined, and the output end of the production field information collector is determined to be in fault.

the first control module compares and judges the real-time video information of a certain breakpoint with standard video information, and if the real-time video information of the breakpoint is not matched with the standard video information, the judgment result is temporarily stored; and comparing and judging the real-time video information of the next breakpoint with standard video information, if the real-time video information of the next breakpoint is still not matched with the standard video information, judging that the video information is abnormal, and if the real-time video information of the next breakpoint is matched with the standard video information, judging that the video information is normal.

the video information output detection module is used for detecting whether the output end of the video information collector outputs real-time video information or not;
