Claims (3)

1. A protective film drying process is characterized in that: the process method comprises the following steps:
s1: putting the protective film which is just produced into cleaning solution for cleaning, so that the surface of the protective film is not stained any more, and the subsequent operation is convenient to carry out;
s2: drying the just cleaned protective film by using a drying device, firstly putting the protective film into a drying box through a feeding roller, drying the protective film by using fast flowing hot air in the drying box, and then sending out the protective film through a discharging roller;
s3: cooling the protective film obtained in the step S2 to enable the protective film to be in a normal temperature state, and finally collecting the protective film together through a winding roller;
the drying device in the S2 comprises a feeding roller (1), a drying box (2) and a discharging roller (3); a first supporting plate (21) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the drying box (2); the feeding roller (1) is rotatably connected to the side wall of the first supporting plate (21); the discharging roller (3) is also arranged on the side wall of the drying box (2); a first roller (22), a second roller (23) and a third roller (24) are arranged in the drying box (2); the first roller (22) and the third roller (24) are symmetrically arranged around the center of the drying box (2); the second roller (23) is arranged at the bottom of the drying box (2); the bottom of the first supporting plate (21) is fixedly connected with a second supporting plate (211); the top of the second supporting plate (211) is provided with a through hole (212); the bottom of the second supporting plate (211) is provided with a wiping component (4); the wiping component (4) comprises a sponge ball (41), a baffle plate (42) and a sliding plate (43); the baffle (42) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second supporting plate (211); the sliding plate (43) is connected to the bottom of the second supporting plate (211) in a sliding manner; the sponge balls (41) are respectively arranged on the side walls of the sliding plate (43) and the baffle plate (42); a cavity (213) is arranged in the second supporting plate (211); an electric push rod (45) is arranged in the cavity (213); a guide rod (44) is arranged in the cavity (213); the sliding plate (43) is sleeved with the guide rod (44); a first through groove (214) is formed in the bottom of the second supporting plate (211); the bottom of the first through groove (214) is provided with elastic cloth;
an air inlet pipe (25) is arranged on the side wall of the drying box (2); a collecting component (5) is arranged inside the drying box; the collecting assembly (5) comprises an arc-shaped plate (51), a second through groove (52), a cover plate (53), a rectangular plate (54) and a rectangular groove body (55); the arc-shaped plates (51) are symmetrically arranged inside the drying box (2), and the arc-shaped plates (51) have elasticity; the second through groove (52) is arranged at the top of the drying box (2); the cover plate (53) is arranged at the top of the second through groove (52); the rectangular plate (54) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cover plate (53); the rectangular groove body (55) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the rectangular plate (54);
the other end of the air inlet pipe (25) is connected with a shell (6); a bottom plate (61) is arranged at the bottom of the shell (6); a third supporting plate (611) is fixedly connected to the end of the bottom plate (61); a filtering mechanism (7) is arranged in the shell (6); the filtering mechanism (7) comprises a motor (71), a rotating shaft (72), fan blades (73), a cylindrical cam (74), a straight rod (75) and an activated carbon plate (76); the activated carbon plate (76) is connected to the inner wall of the shell (6) through a torsion spring; the motor (71) is arranged on the side wall of the third supporting plate (611); the rotating shaft (72) is connected to the output end of the motor (71); the fan blades (73) are arranged on the rotating shaft (72); the cylindrical cam (74) is arranged on the rotating shaft (72); the straight rod (75) penetrates through the side wall of the shell (6), one end of the straight rod (75) is in ball joint with the activated carbon plate (76), and the other end of the straight rod (75) is in contact with the cylindrical cam (74).
2. The protective film drying process according to claim 1, wherein: the end part of the arc-shaped plate (51) is arranged in seventy-five degrees; the top of the rectangular groove body (55) is arranged in one hundred thirty five degrees.
3. The protective film drying process according to claim 1, wherein: a dust filter screen (77) is arranged on the side wall of the shell (6); and a resistance wire (8) is also arranged in the shell (6).
