人类学会制造使用玻璃已有上千年的历史,但是1000多年以来,作为建筑玻璃材料的发展是比较缓慢的,随着现代科学技术和玻璃技术的发展及人民生活水平的提高,建筑玻璃的功能不再仅仅是满足采光要求,而是要具有能调节光线、保温隔热、安全、艺术装饰等特性,随着需求的不断发展,玻璃的成型和加工工艺方法也有了新的发展。
现有的楼层建筑玻璃,面对夏日阳光的暴晒与楼层内空调的开启,玻璃在温差变化大时会有自爆的可能,存在一定的危险,爆裂的玻璃碎片在内可能划伤人,在外容易掉落误伤路人,有极大的安全隐患,不仅如此,现今的玻璃大多还存在隔音效果差,隔热效果差等问题,严重降低了用户的使用体验容易,鉴于此,我们提出一种楼层建筑玻璃。

本发明的目的在于提供一种楼层建筑玻璃,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

作为本发明一优选的实施方案,所述透明硅胶面板的型号为QSIL缩合形硅胶,所述透明硅胶面板的两侧均设置有突块。
作为本发明一优选的实施方案,所述隔音棉的形状设置为凹条形,所述隔音棉的材质设置为聚酯纤维材质。
作为本发明一优选的实施方案,所述隔音层的形状设置为Z字形,且隔音层的内部设置有填充树脂发泡颗粒的石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料层。

一种楼层建筑玻璃,如图1-图4所示,包括窗框本体1,窗框本体1的内部右侧开设有安装槽2,安装槽2的内部焊接有暖边间隔条3,安装槽2的内部粘接有热熔胶层4,热熔胶层4的内部分别粘接有玻璃内板5和玻璃外板6,玻璃内板5位于玻璃外板6的上方,且玻璃内板5和玻璃外板6之间开设有空腔7,空腔7的内部分别粘接有隔音棉8和透明硅胶面板9,隔音棉8位于透明硅胶面板9的两侧,透明硅胶面板9的内部设置有隔音层10。
本实施例中,透明硅胶面板9的型号为QSIL12缩合形硅胶,透明硅胶面板9的两侧均设置有突块,QSIL12具有良好的绝缘性、弹性、粘接性等特性,抗震性能好,透明硅胶面板9与玻璃内板5与玻璃外板6粘接在一起,当玻璃内板5或玻璃外板6发生破裂时良好的粘接性使玻璃不会飞溅或者掉落下去,保障了室内人员与室外人员的安全性,当玻璃受到碰撞冲击时透明硅胶面板9能够达到减震的效果,从一定程度上防止了玻璃的爆裂问题。
隔音棉8的形状设置为凹条形,隔音棉8的材质设置为聚酯纤维材质,通过设置凹条形的隔音棉8达到便于与透明硅胶面板9粘接固定的效果,能够更大程度的与透明硅胶面板9接触,增加稳定性,隔音棉8的右侧不超过窗框本体1,达到在隔音的同时不影响玻璃透光度的效果。
隔音层10的形状设置为Z字形,且隔音层10的内部设置有填充树脂发泡颗粒的石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料层,由于石墨烯独特的片层结构,形成一层致密的保护膜,使得改性后的聚氨酯涂料层具有较好的隔绝效果,再加上树脂发泡颗粒的作用,使得改性聚氨酯涂料层具有优异的隔音效果,树脂发泡颗粒为透明状,达到在隔音的同时不影响玻璃透光度的效果,Z字形的设计达到隔音层10能够隔音更好的效果。
实施例2
如图2所示,玻璃内板5的顶部和玻璃外板6的底部均粘接有防爆膜11,玻璃内板5的底部和玻璃外板6的顶部均粘接有玻璃纤维丝12,防爆膜11的底部粘接有隔热膜13,防爆膜11的安全防爆性能好,当玻璃碎裂时能够能碎裂的玻璃粘接住,避免玻璃蹦溅与掉落,达到了保障室内人员与室外人员安全性的效果,玻璃纤维丝12具有弹性高、刚性佳、耐热、透光的效果,能够从一定程度上避免玻璃自爆的效果,隔热膜13具有隔热的效果,避免夏日阳光暴晒导致室内温度过高的效果。
本实施例中,防爆膜11的厚度设置为3mil,防爆膜11的型号为龙膜安全防爆膜11,3mil的龙膜安全防爆膜11防爆效果更好,达到从一定程度上防止玻璃自爆的效果,从而达到保障使用者安全的效果,提高用户体验性。
本发明的楼层建筑玻璃在使用时,通过在窗框本体1内设置安装槽2达到安装玻璃的效果,通过设置暖边间隔条3达到将玻璃内板5与玻璃外板6隔断的效果,从而达到保温减噪的效果,通过设置热熔胶层4达到粘接固定玻璃内板5与玻璃外板6的效果,玻璃内板5与玻璃外板6之间形成的空腔7内粘接有隔音棉8与透明硅胶面板9,当玻璃受到碰撞冲击时透明硅胶面板9能够达到减震的效果,从一定程度上防止了玻璃的爆裂问题,隔音棉8与隔音层10能够达到隔音的效果,防爆膜11粘接在玻璃表面,当玻璃碎裂时,碎裂的玻璃被粘接在防爆膜11上,从而避免蹦溅与掉落的碎玻璃造成人员损伤的问题,玻璃纤维丝12对玻璃起到保护作用,从而防止玻璃自爆,通过设置隔热膜13达到隔热的效果,在防爆的同时进行隔音与隔热,极大程度的提高了用户的体验感。

1.一种楼层建筑玻璃,包括窗框本体(1),其特征在于:所述窗框本体(1)的内部右侧开设有安装槽(2),所述安装槽(2)的内部焊接有暖边间隔条(3),所述安装槽(2)的内部粘接有热熔胶层(4),所述热熔胶层(4)的内部分别粘接有玻璃内板(5)和玻璃外板(6),所述玻璃内板(5)位于玻璃外板(6)的上方,且玻璃内板(5)和玻璃外板(6)之间开设有空腔(7),所述空腔(7)的内部分别粘接有隔音棉(8)和透明硅胶面板(9),所述隔音棉(8)位于透明硅胶面板(9)的两侧,所述透明硅胶面板(9)的内部设置有隔音层(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的楼层建筑玻璃,其特征在于:所述透明硅胶面板(9)的型号为QSIL12缩合形硅胶,所述透明硅胶面板(9)的两侧均设置有突块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的楼层建筑玻璃,其特征在于:所述隔音棉(8)的形状设置为凹条形,所述隔音棉(8)的材质设置为聚酯纤维材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的楼层建筑玻璃,其特征在于:所述隔音层(10)的形状设置为Z字形,且隔音层(10)的内部设置有填充树脂发泡颗粒的石墨烯改性聚氨酯涂料层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的楼层建筑玻璃,其特征在于:所述玻璃内板(5)的顶部和玻璃外板(6)的底部均粘接有防爆膜(11),所述玻璃内板(5)的底部和玻璃外板(6)的顶部均粘接有玻璃纤维丝(12),所述防爆膜(11)的底部粘接有隔热膜(13)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的楼层建筑玻璃,其特征在于:所述防爆膜(11)的厚度设置为3mil,所述防爆膜(11)的型号为龙膜安全防爆膜。
