背景技术
超硬金属合金具有很高的硬度、强度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,被誉为“工业牙齿”,用于制造切削工具、刀具、钴具和耐磨零部件,广泛用于军工、航天航空、机械加工、冶金、石油钻井、矿山工具、电子通讯、建筑等领域,切削液(cutting fluid,coolant)是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品,合金在加工的过程中也需要实用类似的加工液,但是现有的加工液润滑性达不到超硬合金加工的使用需求,同时不容易清洗,因此,急需要一种环保型超硬合金加工液。

本发明提供的环保型超硬合金加工液由于添加有特殊的聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯缩合物具有优良的润滑性和清洗性,特种胺类和特种符合缓蚀剂的使用基本上杜绝了钴离子的析出,有效保护刀具,具有极佳的使用效果;
本发明提供的环保型超硬合金加工液环保无毒,具有优良的耐磨性。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本实施例中,一种环保型超硬合金加工液,环保型超硬合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂3份,
特种胺类5份,
耦合剂3份,
特种复合缓蚀剂1份,
聚氧丙烯缩合物5份,
水余量。
水溶性防锈剂为重铬酸钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺、异辛酸、三聚磷酸钠、癸二酸、苯甲酸钠、硼酸、六次甲基四胺和苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。
特种复合缓蚀剂为铬酸盐、膦羧酸、琉基苯并噻唑、苯并三唑、磺化木质素、亚硝酸盐、硅酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、聚磷酸盐、锌盐中的至少三种混合物而成。
特种耦合剂由特种异构醇、聚氧乙烯醚、S-80表面活性剂混合而成。
特殊胺为一种有机胺,且所述特殊胺为异丁酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二亚乙基三胺、六亚甲基四胺、六亚甲基亚胺、3-甲氧基苯胺、2,6-二氯苯胺、二甘醇胺、三亚乙基二胺、二卞胺、12/14叔胺、邻硝基对甲苯胺中的至少两种。
在本实施例中,一种环保型超硬合金加工液,环保型超硬合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂5份,
特种胺类10份,
耦合剂5份,
特种复合缓蚀剂5份,
聚氧丙烯缩合物10份,
水余量。
水溶性防锈剂为重铬酸钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺、异辛酸、三聚磷酸钠、癸二酸、苯甲酸钠、硼酸、六次甲基四胺和苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。

特种复合缓蚀剂为铬酸盐、膦羧酸、琉基苯并噻唑、苯并三唑、磺化木质素、亚硝酸盐、硅酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、聚磷酸盐、锌盐中的至少三种混合物而成。

1.一种环保型超硬合金加工液,其特征在于,所述环保型超硬合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂3-5份,
特种胺类5-10份,
耦合剂3-5份,
特种复合缓蚀剂1-5份,
聚氧丙烯缩合物5-10份,
水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型超硬合金加工液,其特征在于,所述环保型超硬合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂3份,
特种胺类5份,
耦合剂3份,
特种复合缓蚀剂1份,
聚氧丙烯缩合物5份,
水余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型超硬合金加工液,其特征在于,所述环保型超硬合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂5份,

耦合剂5份,

水余量。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型超硬合金加工液,其特征在于:所述水溶性防锈剂为重铬酸钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺、异辛酸、三聚磷酸钠、癸二酸、苯甲酸钠、硼酸、六次甲基四胺和苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型超硬合金加工液,其特征在于:所述特种复合缓蚀剂为铬酸盐、膦羧酸、琉基苯并噻唑、苯并三唑、磺化木质素、亚硝酸盐、硅酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、聚磷酸盐、锌盐中的至少三种混合物而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型超硬合金加工液,其特征在于:所述特种耦合剂由特种异构醇、聚氧乙烯醚、S-80表面活性剂混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型超硬合金加工液,其特征在于:所述特殊胺为一种有机胺,且所述特殊胺为异丁酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二亚乙基三胺、六亚甲基四胺、六亚甲基亚胺、3-甲氧基苯胺、2,6-二氯苯胺、二甘醇胺、三亚乙基二胺、二卞胺、12/14叔胺、邻硝基对甲苯胺中的至少两种。
