技术领域
本发明涉及一种改进的润滑切削液,属于工业化工领域。
背景技术
全合成金属加工液由于不含矿物油,通常用聚醚类来增加加工液的润滑性能,鉴于其润滑极压性能有限,全合成切削液主要应用于磨削加工和一些对润滑极压要求不高的材质和工艺。对于苛刻难加工的材质和工艺(材质如不锈钢、高硬质合金钢等;工艺如攻丝、深孔钻、铰削等),必须使用高润滑和极压性能的金属加工液,有时甚至必须用切削油来加工。但是现有的切削液的缓蚀和防锈性能较差,使用周期短,易发臭,加工后的工件清洁度很低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种改进的润滑切削液,具有优异的润滑极压性能和防锈性能,使用周期长,不易发臭;具有良好的冷却性和清洗性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种改进的润滑切削液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐2.5-6.5份、烯基二丁酸3.5-8.5份、煤油25-55份、去离子水10-15份、甘油5-10份、苯并异噻唑啉酮1.5-2.2份和十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8-2.5份。
优化的,上述改进的润滑切削液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐4.5份、烯基二丁酸6.5份、煤油35份、去离子水12份、甘油8份、苯并异噻唑啉酮1.8份和十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.2份。
本发明与现有的切削液相比,具有优异的润滑极压性能,10%的水溶液的极压性检测显示PB值可达到70kgf,完全满足合成切削液的润滑性要求;具有优异的缓蚀和防锈性能,可适合铸铁、合金钢、不锈钢、铝合金等多种材质的加工,对黑色金属的工序间防锈达7-15天;本发明生物稳定性好,使用周期长,不易发臭;具有良好的冷却性和清洗性能,加工后的工件很清洁;不含易致癌的亚硝酸钠,环保性好,使用安全。

硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐4.5份、烯基二丁酸6.5份、煤油35份、去离子水12份、甘油8份、苯并异噻唑啉酮1.8份和十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.2份。
