本发明公开了一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置及其工作方法,通过设置的第一连接座、单向传力机构和第二连接座的配合使用,可以将发动机的动力传递至ISG电机进行发电,以及可以使得ISG电机动力与发动机解耦并和驱动电机一起参与动力系统的驱动,从而增强整车动力性能和爬坡性能,区别于传统的ISG混动系统,利用单向传力机构替代了传统的气动离合器,使得发动机和ISG电机之间的机械结构更加简洁,减少了传统的气动离合器的气管路结构、气缸等机构,减轻了重量,而且控制策略和工作方法上更加简单和高效。

本发明涉及汽车动力技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置及其工作方法。
背景技术
现有的ISG混合动力系统在低速阶段发动机不参与驱动过程时,整车的动力性能和爬坡性能完全取决于驱动电机的能力,这时候要加大整车的动力性能和爬坡性能,往往采用的办法是让ISG电机和发动机脱离并参与到整车驱动过程中去,ISG电机和发动机之间采用传统的气动离合器或电磁离合器进行连接,在控制策略上要求ISG电机串联发电时则闭合发动机端的离合器,在参与驱动时则要打开发动机端离合器,形成双电机双离合的ISG混合动力系统,系统结构及控制策略复杂。

本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置及其工作方法,解决的技术问题包括:

一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置,包括耦合装置本体,所述耦合装置本体的一侧连接有发动机,所述耦合装置本体的另一侧连接有ISG电机,所述ISG电机远离耦合装置本体的一侧连接有驱动电机,所述ISG电机和驱动电机之间安装有离合器;
所述耦合装置本体包含第一连接座、单向传力机构和第二连接座,所述单向传力机构位于第一连接座和第二连接座之间的位置,所述第一连接座位于第二连接座的一侧;
所述单向传力机构包含外转柱、内转柱、连接柱、棘爪、固定盘、齿盘和棘轮,所述外转柱和内转柱均连接在固定盘的内部,所述内转柱位于外转柱的内表面,所述连接柱连接在外转柱的外表面靠近上方的位置,所述连接柱的外表面靠近一侧的位置安装有棘爪,所述固定盘的内表面固定安装有棘轮,所述固定盘的外表面固定安装有齿盘。

步骤二:当整车SOC较低时,整车工作在串联发电模式,打开ISG电机和驱动电机之间的离合器,让ISG电机处于转速控制模式下,利用发动机进行扭矩输出,利用单向传力机构将扭矩传递至ISG电机中进行发电;
步骤三:当车辆处于爬坡过程驱动电机不能提供充足的扭矩时,整车工作在双电机爬坡模式,需要ISG电机参与驱动电机的驱动时,关闭ISG电机和驱动电机之间的离合器,ISG电机和驱动电机共同驱动,利用单向传力机构将ISG电机产生的ISG扭矩与发动机进行隔离;
步骤四:整车工作在并联驱动模式时,启动发动机,通过发动机带动飞轮转动,通过飞轮带动第一连接盘转动,通过第一连接盘带动内转柱转动,通过内转柱带动外转柱转动,外转柱通过连接柱带动棘爪转动,棘爪转动后且通过限位槽与棘轮抵接固定,并使得齿盘通过固定盘和棘轮转动,通过齿盘带动齿盘转动,齿盘带动电机轴转动,使得发动机、ISG电机、驱动电机产生的扭矩叠加共同参与驱动过程。
与现有方案相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明公开的各个方面,通过设置的第一连接座、单向传力机构和第二连接座的配合使用,可以将发动机的动力传递至ISG电机进行发电,以及可以使得ISG电机动力与发动机解耦并和驱动电机一起参与动力系统的驱动,从而增强整车动力性能和爬坡性能;
当需要ISG电机参与发动机的驱动时,关闭ISG电机和驱动电机之间的离合器,ISG电机和驱动电机共同参与发动机的驱动,利用单向传力机构将ISG电机产生的ISG扭矩与发动机进行隔离;
当需要串联发电时,打开ISG电机和驱动电机之间的离合器,让ISG电机处于转速控制模式下,利用发动机进行扭矩输出,利用单向传力机构将扭矩传递至ISG电机中进行发电;
当需要进入并联驱动时,关闭ISG电机和驱动电机以及离合器,使得ISG电机、驱动电机和离合器都处于扭矩控制模式下,发动机产生的动力通过单向传力机构可以传递至ISG电机进行驱动;
区别于传统的ISG混动系统,利用单向传力机构替代了传统的气动离合器,使得发动机和ISG电机之间的机械结构更加简洁,减少了传统的气动离合器的气管路结构、气缸等机构,减轻了重量,而且控制策略和工作方法上更加简单和高效。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置,包括耦合装置本体4,所述耦合装置本体4的一侧连接有发动机1,所述耦合装置本体4的另一侧连接有ISG电机2,所述ISG电机2远离耦合装置本体4的一侧连接有驱动电机3,所述ISG电机2和驱动电机3之间安装有离合器5;
所述耦合装置本体4包含第一连接座6、单向传力机构7和第二连接座8,所述单向传力机构7位于第一连接座6和第二连接座8之间的位置,所述第一连接座6位于第二连接座8的一侧;
所述单向传力机构7包含外转柱9、内转柱10、连接柱11、棘爪12、固定盘13、齿盘14和棘轮15,所述外转柱9和内转柱10均连接在固定盘13的内部,所述内转柱10位于外转柱9的内表面,所述连接柱11连接在外转柱9的外表面靠近上方的位置,所述连接柱11的外表面靠近一侧的位置安装有棘爪12,所述固定盘13的内表面固定安装有棘轮15,所述固定盘13的外表面固定安装有齿盘14。
所述发动机1的内部靠近ISG电机2的一侧安装有飞轮,所述ISG电机2的内部靠近发动机1的一侧安装有电机轴。
所述齿盘14的外表面设置有若干个凹槽,所述齿盘14和棘轮15均与固定盘13焊接固定。
所述棘轮15的内表面设置有若干个限位槽,所述棘爪12通过限位槽与棘轮15抵接固定。
所述第一连接座6远离单向传力机构7的一侧设置有第一连接盘,所述第一连接座6通过第一连接盘和飞轮与发动机1相连接,所述第二连接座8远离单向传力机构7的一侧设置有第二连接盘,所述第二连接座8通过第二连接盘和电机轴与ISG电机2相连接。
该耦合装置的工作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:当整车SOC较高时,车辆起步阶段属于纯电工作模式,ISG电机2和驱动电机3之间的离合器5处于打开状态,此时驱动电机3单独驱动,发动机1和ISG电机2不参与工作;
步骤二:当整车SOC较低时,整车工作在串联发电模式,打开ISG电机2和驱动电机3之间的离合器5,让ISG电机2处于转速控制模式下,利用发动机1进行扭矩输出,利用单向传力机构7将扭矩传递至ISG电机2中进行发电;
步骤三:当车辆处于爬坡过程驱动电机3不能提供充足的扭矩时,整车工作在双电机爬坡模式,需要ISG电机2参与驱动电机3的驱动时,关闭ISG电机2和驱动电机3之间的离合器5,ISG电机2和驱动电机3共同驱动,利用单向传力机构7将ISG电机2产生的ISG扭矩与发动机1进行隔离;
步骤四:整车工作在并联驱动模式时,启动发动机1,通过发动机1带动飞轮转动,通过飞轮带动第一连接盘转动,通过第一连接盘带动内转柱10转动,通过内转柱10带动外转柱9转动,外转柱9通过连接柱11带动棘爪12转动,棘爪12转动后且通过限位槽与棘轮15抵接固定,并使得齿盘14通过固定盘13和棘轮15转动,通过齿盘14带动齿盘14转动,齿盘14带动电机轴转动,使得发动机1、ISG电机2、驱动电机3产生的扭矩叠加共同参与驱动过程。
本发明的工作原理为:发动机1通过马达起动,当需要ISG电机2参与发动机1的驱动时,关闭ISG电机2和驱动电机3之间的离合器5,离合器5可以为电磁离合器,ISG电机2和驱动电机3共同参与发动机1的驱动,利用单向传力机构7将ISG电机2产生的ISG扭矩与发动机1进行隔离;
当需要串联发电时,打开ISG电机2和驱动电机3之间的离合器5,让ISG电机2处于转速控制模式下,利用发动机1进行扭矩输出,利用单向传力机构7将扭矩传递至ISG电机2中进行发电;
当需要进入并联驱动时,关闭ISG电机2和驱动电机3以及离合器5,使得ISG电机2、驱动电机3和离合器5都处于扭矩控制模式下,发动机1产生的动力通过单向传力机构7可以传递至ISG电机2进行驱动;
区别于传统的ISG混动系统,利用单向传力机构7替代了传统的气动离合器,使得发动机1和ISG电机2之间的机械结构更加简洁,减少了传统的气动离合器的气管路结构、气缸等机构,减轻了重量,而且控制策略和工作方法上更加简单和高效。

Claims (6)

1.一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置,其特征在于,包括耦合装置本体(4),所述耦合装置本体(4)的一侧连接有发动机(1),所述耦合装置本体(4)的另一侧连接有ISG电机(2),所述ISG电机(2)远离耦合装置本体(4)的一侧连接有驱动电机(3),所述ISG电机(2)和驱动电机(3)之间安装有离合器(5);
所述耦合装置本体(4)包含第一连接座(6)、单向传力机构(7)和第二连接座(8),所述单向传力机构(7)位于第一连接座(6)和第二连接座(8)之间的位置,所述第一连接座(6)位于第二连接座(8)的一侧;
所述单向传力机构(7)包含外转柱(9)、内转柱(10)、连接柱(11)、棘爪(12)、固定盘(13)、齿盘(14)和棘轮(15),所述外转柱(9)和内转柱(10)均连接在固定盘(13)的内部,所述内转柱(10)位于外转柱(9)的内表面,所述连接柱(11)连接在外转柱(9)的外表面靠近上方的位置,所述连接柱(11)的外表面靠近一侧的位置安装有棘爪(12),所述固定盘(13)的内表面固定安装有棘轮(15),所述固定盘(13)的外表面固定安装有齿盘(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述发动机(1)的内部靠近ISG电机(2)的一侧安装有飞轮,所述ISG电机(2)的内部靠近发动机(1)的一侧安装有电机轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述齿盘(14)的外表面设置有若干个凹槽,所述齿盘(14)和棘轮(15)均与固定盘(13)焊接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述棘轮(15)的内表面设置有若干个限位槽,所述棘爪(12)通过限位槽与棘轮(15)抵接固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接座(6)远离单向传力机构(7)的一侧设置有第一连接盘,所述第一连接座(6)通过第一连接盘和飞轮与发动机(1)相连接,所述第二连接座(8)远离单向传力机构(7)的一侧设置有第二连接盘,所述第二连接座(8)通过第二连接盘和电机轴与ISG电机(2)相连接。
6.一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置的工作方法,其特征在于,该工作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:当整车SOC较高时,车辆起步阶段属于纯电工作模式,ISG电机(2)和驱动电机(3)之间的离合器(5)处于打开状态,此时驱动电机(3)单独驱动,发动机(1)和ISG电机(2)不参与工作;
步骤二:当整车SOC较低时,整车工作在串联发电模式,打开ISG电机(2)和驱动电机(3)之间的离合器(5),让ISG电机(2)处于转速控制模式下,利用发动机(1)进行扭矩输出,利用单向传力机构(7)将扭矩传递至ISG电机(2)中进行发电;
步骤三:当车辆处于爬坡过程驱动电机(3)不能提供充足的扭矩时,整车工作在双电机爬坡模式,需要ISG电机(2)参与驱动电机(3)的驱动时,关闭ISG电机(2)和驱动电机(3)之间的离合器(5),ISG电机(2)和驱动电机(3)共同驱动,利用单向传力机构(7)将ISG电机(2)产生的ISG扭矩与发动机(1)进行隔离;
步骤四:整车工作在并联驱动模式时,启动发动机(1),通过发动机(1)带动飞轮转动,通过飞轮带动第一连接盘转动,通过第一连接盘带动内转柱(10)转动,通过内转柱(10)带动外转柱(9)转动,外转柱(9)通过连接柱(11)带动棘爪(12)转动,棘爪(12)转动后且通过限位槽与棘轮(15)抵接固定,并使得齿盘(14)通过固定盘(13)和棘轮(15)转动,通过齿盘(14)带动齿盘(14)转动,齿盘(14)带动电机轴转动,使得发动机(1)、ISG电机(2)、驱动电机(3)产生的扭矩叠加共同参与驱动过程。
