Abstract

本发明公开了一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,属于汽车零部件技术领域,包含PU基材层,PVC面料层和负氧离子膜层,PU基材层和PVC面料层使用湿法模压工艺压制而成,负氧离子膜层为负氧离子转换液喷涂在PVC面料层后风干而形成。所述PU基材层位于汽车顶棚最底层;所述PVC面料层由PVC+发泡+无纺布构成,位于PU基材层和负氧离子膜层之间;所述负氧离子膜层位于汽车顶棚最上层,与空气直接接触,不断向汽车内部释放负氧离子。负氧离子膜层释放的负氧离子,可以杀死细菌、病毒,微生物等有害物质,改善汽车内饰环境健康;负氧离子膜层能吸附原来自大气的污染物质、氮氧化物、香烟等产生的活性氧(氧自由基)、减少过多活性氧对人体的危害,使空气得到净化。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚。
背景技术
我国家庭汽车的市场需求使很多汽车下了生产线就直接进入市场,各种配件和材料的有害气体和气味没有释放期。同时汽车内饰会使用多种溶剂型胶黏剂,胶黏剂使用过程中会释放甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯及其它挥发性有机物,让人不知不觉中毒,渐渐出现头痛、乏力等症状。严重时候会出现皮炎、哮喘、免疫力低下,甚至是白细胞减少!同时由于汽车空间窄小,新车密封性比较好,空气流通不畅,再加上车内乘客间的交叉污染严重,汽车内有害气体超标比房屋室内有害气体超标对人体的危害程度更大。
综上所述,汽车内饰导致的危害人体健康问题是目前汽车内饰领域最为重视的,因此如何提升汽车内饰材质的环保性能是本领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,包含PU基材层,PVC面料层和负氧离子膜层,PU基材层和PVC面料层使用湿法模压工艺压制而成,负氧离子膜层为负氧离子转换液喷涂在PVC面料层后风干而形成。所述PU基材层位于汽车顶棚最底层;所述PVC面料层由PVC+发泡+无纺布构成,位于PU基材层和负氧离子膜层之间;所述负氧离子膜层位于汽车顶棚最上层,与空气直接接触,不断向汽车内部释放负氧离子。汽车顶棚整体厚度为8mm。
进一步的,所述的PU基材层由PU板、玻纤、胶粘剂及无纺布构成,使用胶粘剂将PU板、玻纤及无纺布依次粘合而成,密度900g/㎡±90g/㎡。
进一步的,所述PVC面料层,由PVC+发泡+无纺布构成,PVC面密度为(760±76)g/㎡;发泡面密度为(120±12)g/㎡;无纺布面密度为(80±8)g/㎡,厚度为2mm;恒定载荷的延伸率:纵向为45%-90%;横向为50%-110%;加热后的重量减少≤10g/㎡;粘附性:未加工表面≥等级4;加工表面≥等级3;耐摩擦色牢度≥等级4;抗磨损性能≥等级4。
进一步的,所述负氧离子膜层,由负氧离子转换液喷涂覆盖在PVC面料层,经风干后负氧离子转换液形成负氧离子膜,其厚度为0.05mm±0.02mm。
进一步的,所述负氧离子膜层,利用汽车空间中的热能、光能、风能等能量,让负氧离子膜中原子外围的电子逃脱原子核的束缚产生大量的自由电子,该电子被空间内的氧气所获得自然负氧离子,释放到空气中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
(1)负氧离子膜层释放的负氧离子,可以杀死细菌、病毒,微生物等有害物质,改善汽车内饰环境健康;
(2)负氧离子膜层能吸附原来自大气的污染物质、氮氧化物、香烟等产生的活性氧(氧自由基)、减少过多活性氧对人体的危害,使空气得到净化。
(3)负氧离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,还能强化和激活人体的生理活动,还对人体7个系统,近30多种疾病具有抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的健康保健作用更为明显。

如图1所示,一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,包含PU基材层1,PVC面料层2和负氧离子膜层3。所述PU基材层1位于汽车顶棚最底层;所述PVC面料层2由PVC+发泡+无纺布构成,位于PU基材层1和负氧离子膜层3之间;所述负氧离子膜层3位于汽车顶棚最上层,与空气直接接触,不断向汽车内部释放负氧离子。
其中,所述的PU基材层1由PU板、玻纤、胶粘剂及无纺布构成,密度900g/㎡±90g/㎡。
其中,所述PVC面料层2由PVC+发泡+无纺布构成,PVC面密度为(760±76)g/㎡;发泡面密度为(120±12)g/㎡;无纺布面密度为(80±8)g/㎡,厚度为2mm;恒定载荷的延伸率:纵向为45%-90%;横向为50%-110%;加热后的重量减少≤10g/㎡;粘附性:未加工表面≥等级4;加工表面≥等级3;耐摩擦色牢度≥等级4;抗磨损性能≥等级4。
其中,所述负氧离子膜层3,由负氧离子转换液喷涂覆盖膜构成,其厚度为0.05mm±0.02mm;其中,所述负氧离子膜层3为负氧离子转换液喷涂后附着而成,所述负氧离子膜由负氧离子转换液喷涂后自然风干而产生,以体积份计,负氧离子转换液喷涂量为30ml/㎡,喷涂量为50毫升。
其中,所述负氧离子膜层,利用汽车空间中的热能、光能、风能等能量,让负氧离子膜中原子外围的电子逃脱原子核的束缚产生大量的自由电子,该电子被空间内的氧气所获得自然负氧离子,释放到空气中。
一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,将负氧离子转换液喷涂于PVC面料层,使用高分子材料来达到外观酷似人造皮革甚至天然皮革的效果,同时使用负氧离子转换液大大降低了此类材料带来的有毒气体并持续不断的释放出对人体有益处的负氧离子,使车内负氧离子浓度达到5000-10000个/cm3,达到了山顶、海边的负氧离子浓度级别,具有自然痊愈力。

1.一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,包含PU基材层,PVC面料层和负氧离子膜层,PU基材层和PVC面料层使用湿法模压工艺压制而成,负氧离子膜层为负氧离子转换液喷涂在PVC面料层后风干而形成。所述PU基材层位于汽车顶棚最底层;所述PVC面料层由PVC+发泡+无纺布构成,位于PU基材层和负氧离子膜层之间;所述负氧离子膜层位于汽车顶棚最上层,与空气直接接触,不断向汽车内部释放负氧离子。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述的PU基材层由PU板、玻纤、胶粘剂及无纺布构成,使用胶粘剂将PU板、玻纤及无纺布依次粘合而成,密度900g/㎡±90g/㎡。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述PVC面料层,由PVC+发泡+无纺布构成,PVC面密度为(760±76)g/㎡;发泡面密度为(120±12)g/㎡;无纺布面密度为(80±8)g/㎡,厚度为2mm;恒定载荷的延伸率:纵向为45%-90%;横向为50%-110%;加热后的重量减少≤10g/㎡;粘附性:未加工表面≥等级4;加工表面≥等级3;耐摩擦色牢度≥等级4;抗磨损性能≥等级4。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚,其特征在于,所述负氧离子膜层,利用汽车空间中的热能、光能、风能等能量,让负氧离子膜中原子外围的电子逃脱原子核的束缚产生大量的自由电子,该电子被空间内的氧气所获得自然负氧离子,释放到空气中。
